I HAD A CREDIT OF $ON BEYONDTHERACK.COMWhen I called them up I was told that previous owner file for buncrupcy and they can do nothing about it I have to contact local consumer affair office

I would also like to address an order placed with Beyond the Rack on February for a pair of sunglasses to which I paid $for on my credit cardSeveral weeks passed and I had not heard anything regarding this order In early March, I received an email from the BTR CEO indicating they were going through some transitions but my order was secure, though may take longer than originally plannedWeeks went by and still nothing regarding my sunglassesin mid -late March, I reached out to BTR via the "live chat" feature on their website At that time I was told my order was still in place and they should arrive at the BTR warehouse from the manufacturer in 2-weeks, plus another days to allow for shipping On May I sent an email to BTR inuring about my order I received this in return:
"We apologize that you were not notified sooner, however, after further investigation, ***-Z Unisex FTin Sunglasses in Gold from order 17***that was originally ordere

On 2/22/16, I ordered two shirts at which point I was charged $ I received the first shirt in the beginning of March but emailed BTR on 4/18/when I never received any communication as to why I never received the second shirt BTR stated that they were waiting on the supplier I emailed BTR again on 4/28/asking for them to cancel my order because I waited too long The respond I received was as followed: Thank you for contacting BTR

I purchased an item from Beyond the rackorder on april16thI chose the option to come pick it up at the warehouse by myself when it is going to be delivered at the montreal warehouseI tracked the item via Canada Post's website tracking systemIt was delivered to the Montreal's warehouse and BTR accepted the itemBTR even confirmed that they received the item at the warehouse when I contacted with them via their customer serviceThe next day, I received an email saying that I refused the item when it was shipped to my houseFirst, I didn't chose the shipping optionSecond, they have the item at their warehouse and I have the proof from Canada Post tracking serviceThird, they accused me of refusing the item but the item was never shipped to me, because I did not chose for it to be shipped, there was no shipping address on the order I madeThey blame me in order to hide their own mistakePlus, their customer service is no help at allI've contacted them many time v

I returned tiems but they didn't make any refund and even store credit telling the ownership has been changed so that they can't refund the money

On the weekend of February 28th 2016, Beyond The Rack was promoting the use of Visa Checkout and if you spent or more, you were eligible for a 25$ gift cardI followed the steps in the IOS App of the company, used the Visa checkout option, got debited and never received said cardOrder ***When I contacted the company (emails and a minutes long phone call) I was told time and time again my "name is not on the list"The card (Visa) was never taken out (that's the whole idea of Visa checkout)

Ordered items and paid for them but have not received any of the items

We have placed three orders with Beyond the Rack and they averaged somewhere between six weeks and three month late with their deliveryNotifications are sent out that your order has been shipped, but it never was You can not trust the company to adhere to any professional honesty

I won a shopping spree on a popular game show to Beyond The Rackit just so happens at the time they were going bankruptThere were a lot of delivery issues n the beginning and at one point everything was refundedThey now are under new management and this new management is refusing the honor the shopping spree that I woni have been in contact with the for months and they now decided to tell me after many emails and phone callsI think that if they were going to take over the business they should have honored the customers that they hadi am very dissatisfied with the company and their brand

I had a $credit on file with this company and a month after receiving the credit it disappeared and it has taken them months to tell me I am SOL on the creditThey will not honour it Here is the explanation from these crooks:

I have asked several times for my credits to be returned to my bank accounts and all I get are excuses I finally asked to have all the rest of my orders cancelled and I did not receive a reply to this

I have put in a request for refunds on orders because they were not showing up I have contacted them several times over the last few weeks and I am always given the same answer I have tried to get the amounts reversed through my bank but I paid with visa debit and a charge back is not possible I have asked them to send me a chq, requested the money be put back into my account and still no result I have also tried calling and their phone lines have been down for weeks I am only able to access customer service through online chat
