Do not Buy from this company! I placed an order March 21, and today it is May 21, I have not received the orderAfter a few weeks I was given a tracking number that tracked it to NY I live in GA I called the company and they told me, and I quote, "to look around my house." This is no joke I live there and would know if it was delivered, plus I ask them to send it to my PO Box address as I do not get mail at my home Customer service is rude and jacked me around I have know contacted [redacted] to dispute the charges since I never received the order I will never order from this company again I have emailed them to take me off their email list Very bad experience!

I placed an order from Beyond the Rack ( Rue Hodge, Saint Laurent, QC H4N 2B3) on March 30th, The order was supposed to arrive within 10-business daysHowever after a month had passed I contacted them and they told me my order would be in route within two weeksAnother month had passed and they contacted me telling me the items were out of stock and that I would receive a refund in 5-daysI have proof of this promiseIt should also be noted that my countless emails to Beyond the Rack customer service were ignoredThose 5-days have now passedI was promised a refund and still have the email to prove it but however they are now telling me that since my order was placed before May 24th that I can't receive a refundI have paid $for these items and have not received themThis is flat out stealing, theres no other way to describe what they're doingI would like a refund and for my account with Beyond the Rack to be deletedHowever they are refusing to do pro

Received order yesterday 6/6/17, open product and it was not what I ordered Contact Beyond the rack and they were closed, so sent a email to them I also contacted Paypal to whom I paid through and put in a dispute I called Beyond the rack this morning 6/7/and spoken with a rep out in Canada name: Carla C [redacted] and she directly advised to me after I told her my experience, she expressed that the item is final sale and not returnable due to its a expensive item and she would have to request a supervisor to call me back! So her is my problem and I already know where its going with this company due to them sending me the wrong item! I've never filed a complaint with the Revdex.com I order items online A LOT and this is the worst experience I have ever had I ordered sunglasses order # [redacted] on 2/23/ I received an email with tracking number stating the item had shipped on 2/26/ I was to expect it in 7-business days I have had made phone call inquiries since then and talked to numerous representatives including: Venus, Tienne, and Mel EVERY time they apologized profusely, but said if I waited a short period of time (usually 2-days), I could click on my tracking information and an expected delivery date would be available That has NEVER happened (Also, the avg wait time to be connected to a representative was 5-mn) I've since asked to be refunded my shipping charge which Tienne said she would do and sent an email on 2/15/stating my shipping would be refunded It is now 2/24/and no sunglasses and no shipping refund I have now been told to wait til 2/28/for my shipping date I

I purchased several items from Beyond the Rack which they were unable to deliver, They kept asking me to wait saying the items were on their way The items never arrived, Instead of returning my money they gave me store credits of over $ Now the credits have disappeared from my accountI have called and emailed several times for months and get the same responseSomeone will be contacting you in a few days and no-one does I m very frustrated and understand from them that many other customers are in the same position

I ordered a four sets of two panel window curtains expecting to receive eight panels while only receiving four. Advertisement at beyond the rack and in my invoice stated a 2-pack Pom Pom window curtains in lilac are available and that it was sent to me. This is incorrect every package should have two panels, but I only received one one panel each package, with my order of four packages I should have eight panels, I only have four panels. Half of my order is missing. Calling costumer service did not solve this issue. I was told it was a known issue with the supplier and the company will only send a refund not the other four panel curtains I ordered. This is unacceptable, the website is still advertising that the 2 pack Pom Pom window curtains are still available, therefore it should be no issue that the company send me the panels it is continuing to advertised. Also if this is a known issue why are these curtains still availed and listed on the website? That is poor company costumer

PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION ON [redacted] I don't know if anything will come by signing the petition but it's worth a shot. I am from Canada but there are signatures from people in the US on the petition as well. My Review In 2016 I placed my first order with Beyond The Rack. My order was for items that costed a few hundred dollars. Like other people have said in their reviews here, my items were also never shipped but they charged my credit card. They cancelled my order without telling me and when I logged into my BTR account it was showing a credit. I called them to find out why and they said they could not get the product so they issued a store credit and I told them I wanted a refund and they told me they do not give refunds. Then one day logged into my account and my credit was gone. I then called them to find out what was going on and after putting me on hold the girl came back and said that she could see my order was there and then it was cancelled but she didn't know why the credit disappeared and said they had to do an "investigation" and that it would take 5-10 business days and that someone would contact me. After 10 business days had gone by and no one contacted me I called them again and was then told that the previous owner has gone bankrupt and they were under new ownership and would not honor the credit and said I could contact Consumer Protection. For a first time shopping experience with this company it was horrible and they constantly give you the run around, I will never shop was this company again and I would advise anyone else not to shop here as well, they are crooks.

I recently purchased three burberry scarves(Order #: [redacted] ) from beyond the rack, but when I go through internet I found lots of people saying that the burberry scarves bought from beyond the rack are fake after that I took them in store to compareThe sales told me they are fake I request for a full refund back to my credit card including shipping feehowever, their customers service department replied to me I only can get the beyond the rack credit for future purchase I am not interesting to buy any other products from this website, I need a fully refund to my credit card, thanks here is some links of the reviews of the fake burberry scarves

I purchased a bedding set on April 11, 2016 and was charged for the product on April 12, 2016. It has now been eight weeks and the product has not shipped. Toda contact was made with the company and contrary policies on their website which state they will refund to the original method of payment the company is refusing to do so stating they are under new management and offered credit, It was stated in the conversation that there is no longer any interest in using their services in the future and that they must refund to the method of payment since the product had not yet shipped and even if they did it would not reach the location before the recipient moves location. They again stated they are under new management and would offer credits and refused to refund the $264.40 amount no matter what which again is contrary to their policy=it's online. I am the recipient and my sister is the account holder and they still would not do anything.

They ripped me off, they took my money, told me they were unable to fulfill my order months later, offered me a credit of my btr account that I didnt get and I never heard from them again despite the multiple messages I left, they have a phone number but you cant get through to customer service, it just hangs up on you, victims should file and lawsuit against this company

Beyond the rack failed to deliver goods for over a months time (order was placed March 5th, 2016)Cancelation of the order was placed May 2nd where a refund was to be processed within 5-business days BTR has failed to provide a refund, their customer service line is unavailable and their processing SLA's are ridiculousI need them to refund me my money asap

I ordered a dress from beyond the rack back on Feb Upon multiple attempts to get a status of the order I kept getting a scripted message saying how they were waiting for the shipment from their supplier Well the reason I needed the dress has now passed and I requested a refund and to cancel my orderI have done this times and keep getting told hq will contact me withing a week (keep getting the same message for over a month)

I am confused and disgusted that a company can "sell" products that they do not own! I "purchased" a pair of sunglasses from the site and was sent an email that the product would ship in 1-weeksAfter 1-weeks had passed I checked my account on the BTR site (no email from them, no honesty or transparency) and the delivery had been updated to a date another 2-awayAfter 2-more weeks passed surprise, it was updated again giving me a new shipping date another 2-weeks awayI emailed BTR at that point and their answer was "we are sorry but we have been unable to secure the product from the vendor and therefore will refund your money" Excuse me, but "unable to secure product from the vendor" means it wasn't yours to sell in the first place! I have no idea how this is even legalStay away from this site
