I ordered some bedding through beyondtherack.com on April 18, At this time, it indicated a shipping date three weeks beyond the order, approximately When I looked at shipping information close to the actual shipping date, it had changed It continued to change until I contacted BTR on May 31, inquiring as to the status of my order They replied on Junethat they were having issues with the supplier and would refund my original method of payment, which I used *** for, within 3-business days I never received that refund I emailed back on June 24, which I never received any reply to I did receive an e-mail that stated I had a store credit, which I had missed but it was not what they originally had said on June On July 18, I contacted their online chat agent to resolve this and they directed me to call their toll-free number, which I did I was informed by their agent that they would be unable to process the refund and I was left with the store credit When I asked to speak to their manager, they would not put me in contact with them or have them contact me I am pursuing a claim through *** but it should not have reached there, especially since they promised to refund my original payment within 3-business days on June 1, I am entirely not satisfied and feel this is somewhat fraudulent, given the earlier e-mail response I received

My account was credited for a previous order I had returnedI was able to use the credit for a new purchase and paid the balance with my credit cardThe new order was placed in August By end of October 2016, I still did not receive my order despite follow-ups with the customer service telling me it will be shipped promptly from their New York Warehouse
When I verified the status of my order in November, Beyond the Rack had canceled it and credited my account only with what I had paid with my credit card and disregarded the credit I had usedI did not receive any notifications that the order had been canceled by them
According to their policy, the refund can be made by the original payment methodI was promised a refund on my credit within to days on November It is December and the request is still pending approval
Regarding the previous credit that I had used for the order, they refuse to give it back to me stating that they are not responsible for cre

I ordered a product from Beyond the Rack on February 20, I waited for months and did not receive my productI contacted them several times and they did not respondI finally got to speak with someone on May 12, (all of my conversations are recorded) and she advised they would start the refund process for meIts been weeks, ive spoke to customer services reps and they all provide the same answerRefund will be processed in 5-business daysI get told the same story every time, new management, in the system to be done, a manager will contact youNothing has beenI want my money back

In I placed my first order with Beyond The RackMy order was for items that costed a few hundred dollarsLike other people have said in their reviews here, my items were also never shipped but they charged my credit cardThey cancelled my order without telling me and when I logged into my BTR account it was showing a creditI called them to find out why and they said they could not get the product so they issued a store credit and I told them I wanted a refund and they told me they do not give refundsThen one day logged into my account and my credit was goneI then called them to find out what was going on and after putting me on hold the girl came back and said that she could see my order was there and then it was cancelled but she didn't know why the credit disappeared and said they had to do an "investigation" and that it would take 5-business days and that someone would contact meAfter business days had gone by and no one contacted me I called them again and was then told that the previous owner has gone bankrupt and they were under new ownership and would not honor the credit and said I could contact Consumer ProtectionFor a first time shopping experience with this company it was horrible and they constantly give you the run around, I will never shop was this company again and I would advise anyone else not to shop here as well, they are crooks

They attract customers with good deals which are not even available
They inflate xthe original price of the item to make it look like a great deal

I had store credit on my account from an order I had returned The business underwent change in ownership and at that time, the credit on my account disappeared without any notice I emailed the company a couple of times and chatted with a customer service rep back in August who assured me that they would look into the matter and respond within hrsMonths passed and when I emailed them again, they responded stating that they cannot honor any credits that were issued under previous management

I purchased a Celine handbag from Beyond The RackThey guaranteed it was authentic but they liedI contacted Celine and Celine told me that Beyond the Rack is not authorized to sell Celine products and also that Celine does not sell their products onlineBeyond the Rack sold me a fake Celine bag and that is ILLEGAL!! Even Gucci is suing them for selling fake bags

I have shopped with Beyond the Rack frequently with out any issue until this yearI placed a order with Beyond the Rack on January 24/for a *** Scarf, my order number was *** It is now June 1st and I have still not received my item nor my money back and I am too frustrated to deal with any more representativesWhile everyone I have talked to has been very apologetic they have not helped me at allI made my first call in late February, the Representative told me that my item will be shipped and to wait a few more weeksI was told my shipping tacker would update and I could view its progressI waited the entire month and called back, this new represented told me that there was a issue with the company shipping to them and that I would still get my item and to wait againLate April I called back for the 3rd timeThis representative informed me I would not get my Item as the company (***) can not fulfill the order, he apologized and told me that this does not hap

I purchased a bedding set on April 11, and was charged for the product on April 12, It has now been eight weeks and the product has not shippedToda contact was made with the company and contrary policies on their website which state they will refund to the original method of payment the company is refusing to do so stating they are under new management and offered credit, It was stated in the conversation that there is no longer any interest in using their services in the future and that they must refund to the method of payment since the product had not yet shipped and even if they did it would not reach the location before the recipient moves locationThey again stated they are under new management and would offer credits and refused to refund the $amount no matter what which again is contrary to their policy=it's onlineI am the recipient and my sister is the account holder and they still would not do anything

I bought a scarf on Jan 24; the item received (by the end of February) was not as describedI called the company and arranged a return, sent the item back on the next day after I received itThe package, according to UPS tracking number, was delivered on March to the BTR warehouseI had waited for two weeks (as stated in their return policy: "Be advised that the average timeframe to process the return is approximately 1-weeks from the date your parcel is received in our warehouseOnce received and assessed by our Returns Department, you will receive an email notification indicating that your return has been processed.") Beyond the Rack is not honoring any previous credits I had on my account with themThey are trying to justify that because they are under new management, the new management decided to no longer honor the creditsThere was no communication to customers to let them know that credits were about the expireThey simply removed them from the account with no notificationThe Government of Alberta created the Gift Card Regulation act to protect consumers from the expiry of gift cardsThis situation is exactly the same thing, where Beyond the Rack is no longer honoring a gift card/creditWhat they are doing here must not be legalDo not buy from this storeYou can find good deals from many other retailers in Canada

I made an order months ago and it has not been shipped nor does the company know when it will shipI have asked for a refund and told it would be completed in 5-days and no movement has occurred on the refund

I had a credit on account for $from a return made Order#***When I would log on to the site I would see my credit and just recently, my credit disappearedI live chatted with the site and was told they are having IT issues and are looking into itI also decided to call in on 10/6/2016, and spoke with Tony, who told me that he sees the credit on his side but IT is working to fix the issue which would be resolved within 24-hours maxIt is days later and there is still no credit on the accountAlso, after looking on their social media accounts and online reviews, there are hundreds of people complaining for weeks that they are having the same issues and the company keeps giving them the run aroundThis is not fair that I returned the product and followed their return policy, and now they have stolen my money

I have been a loyal customer to Beyond The Rack for several years; the product sales, customer service and ethical business practices was the hallmark for other online retailers to followIt was not uncommon for me to place an order of several items on a weekly basis; without fail, delivery time was reasonable and any problems were always resolved quickly and effectivelyEverything changed six months ago
After waiting four or more months for orders to be fulfilled, Beyond The Rack has failed to deliver these itemsAfter much communication with customer care, numerous promises of future delivery, the items were canceledAfter pleading with them to refund all of my money for orders they failed to fulfill, I fought for and eventually accepted a store credit for future purchases
