after that I took them in store to compareThe sales told me they are fake

I ordered an item from the Company on September 24, On November 20, I contacted the company by email in regards to my order I received a prompt reply stating that my item was on its way to their warehouse and I should be getting it within 1-weeks
On January 4, I contacted the company again via email as I had not received the item nor any communication I received a prompt reply stating that the item is now scheduled to be at their warehouse the following week They said it could take up to days to fill the order They said that I would receive an email stating that they have shipped the item

I placed an order with Beyond The Rack on February 21, At that point I was told it could take couple of weeks for deliveryI was ok with thatHowever when I still haven't received anything in April I started asking questionsMy emails were not returned until weeks later and I was told there is a delay with supplier and I should just wait a little longerThis continued in April and MayAt the end of May I was told they discovered that my order was not shipped and their supplier now doesn't have the itemSo they will refund my original form of paymentDIDN'T! Company was sold and my balance of $was stolen by the companyI messages customer service even called and they were very disrespectful saying my message would be answered in five daysIt's been two months and no answer has been sentThey simply disregard my complaint saying the company had changed owners as if it was my fault and I had to lose my money
