Similarly to my fellow reviewers I have also been having terrible experiences with this company5yrs ago when I was in university I ordered basically my whole dorm furnishings and wardrobe through BTR and rec'd all of it in delayed time, but I got it all so I was happyThis year with months to an event date (a birthday and a wedding) I ordered items anticipating that the delivery time is pretty horribleIts now months later, a couple items came, but I've been trying to get the refund for the unshipped items to no availThe total value of the unshipped items is over $over ordersI have emailed them multiple times, many of which go ignored, others are replied with vague answersThe last reply I got indicated a refund would be made on my order (which one????? there's 3) as the supplier could not deliver the itemsof course the throw blame to their suppliers and not their terrible system and even worse service teamSave yourself the hasslego to winners/homesense/tjmax for off the rack shopping

Placed an order on February 24th, and cannot secure a delivery date and they just keep making excusesItem shipped on 3/11/but they have no Tracking information

I placed an order with Beyond The Rack on February 21, At that point I was told it could take couple of weeks for deliveryI was ok with thatHowever when I still haven't received anything in April I started asking questionsMy emails were not returned until weeks later and I was told there is a delay with supplier and I should just wait a little longerThis continued in April and MayAt the end of May I was told they discovered that my order was not shipped and their supplier now doesn't have the itemSo they will refund my original form of paymentDIDN'T! Second week of June I received an email saying my money will be "refunded" to me in a form of a store credit
I can't order anything at this store - Why would I do that? Orders don't get shipped - so why would I need a store creditFiling a complaint now!

I ordered a maxi dress from beyond the rack website on February 23, and never received itThey withdrew the money from my bank account and I still haven't received my purchaseI called the "877" number on March 28, to complain about this matter and I was told that, "it was shipped but UPS failed to deliver the product, and that it would be reshippedWell, fast forward to April 7, 2016...still nothingI called the company back today and I was told that same lame UPS story that I was told on March 28, Oh and that the dress should arrive sometime next weekPlease help!

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! I ordered a pair of shoes in April to be shipped in early may When nothing was happening I contacted BTR via their live chat They apologized but my order was not coming they couldn't get it from the supplier They told me I would get an email in hours stating my refund details two days later nothing! I contacted them again to ask where my refund was and they told me they have issues lately refunding credit card purchases!!! and it could take up to three weeks to for it to be processed!!! totally insane I doubt I will get my money back I do not understand how this company is still allowed to operate!

On May 1/MrF* emailed asking if he could call me on May 2/and I agreedWe spoke on May 2/and MrF* explained the re-organization had caused many delivery issues but if I could be patient, he assured me the issues would be resolve and I would receive my items
I did not receive my orders and I then emailed MrF* June & 3/and left a voicemail on June 10/I never received a response so therefore I emailed the CEO again on

I placed an order on 4/23/for a productI received the email stating that the product would be shipped between May 11th- 15thDuring this time I researched reviews for Beyond the Rack and seen that the reviews were horribleOn May the 11th I sent an email requesting a refund and on May 13th I received a response from BTR with case # *** stating that they would allow me this 'One time" cancellation for order # Per the verbiage of the email the cancellation process may take up to business hours to be completed in their system for the refund to be processedThe refund would apply to the original method of payment and once issued allow 5-business daysIt has now been days (business days) without resolveOn 5/18/I did a live chat with BTR and spoke with repTEO and he said that he followed up with the refund deptto have the refund completedOn 6/3/I did a live chat with BTR and spoke with repJames and he said that due to system upgrades th

I ordered a swimsuit and some sheets in February After waiting for two months I contacted BTR and explained that I would like my money refunded as they still had not been shippedI received an email from the company asking me to wait longer..so I waited another two weeks with no shipmentsI then spoke with an agent and they told me they would refund the moneyThat was three weeks ago and I have sent multiple emails etcto find out where the refund is and no one answers meThe chat people never get back to you, no email reply's and I never got through on the phone againI also have a credit of almost on the site and it won't even let me use that to order...no processing going throughI just want some help to at least get something for my money at this point
