I place an order for curtains on Apr 21, for $I have not received the orderI called on June and was told the company filed bankruptcy in AprilI was also told the new owner would fulfill my order and it would be shipped to BTR in 5-days and then shipped to me

On March 28, I made and on line order for several Jewelry itemsOrder number ***I was not made aware of any changes in ownership until after I complained about not receiving my orderI was informed on July 20, that due to new ownership I may not get a refund but may get store creditI did recieved a partial order but three kids necklaces were not received totalling $Canadian not including taxI have been fighting with Beyond The Rack ever since to get my items, refund or store creditAt this point I just want my money backNow I am told due to new ownership I can not get my money back and I can not get store creditStore was under review for new ownership prior to my purchases

They ripped me off, they took my money, told me they were unable to fulfill my order months later, offered me a credit of my btr account that I didnt get and I never heard from them again despite the multiple messages I left, they have a phone number but you cant get through to customer service, it just hangs up on you, victims should file and lawsuit against this company

Do not Buy from this company! I placed an order March 21, and today it is May 21, I have not received the orderAfter a few weeks I was given a tracking number that tracked it to NY I live in GA I called the company and they told me, and I quote, "to look around my house." This is no joke I live there and would know if it was delivered, plus I ask them to send it to my PO Box address as I do not get mail at my home Customer service is rude and jacked me around I have know contacted *** to dispute the charges since I never received the order I will never order from this company again I have emailed them to take me off their email list Very bad experience!

I placed an order from Beyond the Rack ( Rue Hodge, Saint Laurent, QC H4N 2B3) on March 30th, The order was supposed to arrive within 10-business daysHowever after a month had passed I contacted them and they told me my order would be in route within two weeksAnother month had passed and they contacted me telling me the items were out of stock and that I would receive a refund in 5-daysI have proof of this promiseIt should also be noted that my countless emails to Beyond the Rack customer service were ignoredThose 5-days have now passedI was promised a refund and still have the email to prove it but however they are now telling me that since my order was placed before May 24th that I can't receive a refundI have paid $for these items and have not received themThis is flat out stealing, theres no other way to describe what they're doingI would like a refund and for my account with Beyond the Rack to be deletedHowever they are refusing to do pro

STAY AWAY! Beyond the Rack says they have reorganized and fixed all their former problems - inability to get orders, constant delays, etc They are right back doing the same thing - blaming their suppliers when they probably aren't paying them (that was the problem before) AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS

On 2/22/16, I ordered two shirts at which point I was charged $ I received the first shirt in the beginning of March but emailed BTR on 4/18/when I never received any communication as to why I never received the second shirt BTR stated that they were waiting on the supplier I emailed BTR again on 4/28/asking for them to cancel my order because I waited too long The respond I received was as followed: Thank you for contacting BTR

I placed on order on Feb 7, for several items All of them except have been delivered, each of these items costing CDN I have sent several emails to the company, first requesting information (March 17, response received March 20) and then cancelling my order (May 1, response received confirming cancellation and refund May 11)I have not received a refund to my VISA card yet I sent a third email on June requesting my refund but I have not heard back yet I have contacted my bank but the original delivery date is beyond days therefore VISA is not able to dispute the purchase
