I returned tiems but they didn't make any refund and even store credit telling the ownership has been changed so that they can't refund the money
I made an order on some winter stuffs(1/27/2016, $351.95) and they were delivered in AprilSo I returned them because it was already springMeanwhile, I have contacted them several times by all mean, asking why my delivery was too lateTheir phone service line was dead, so I had to use online chatting, which was hardly connected, or mailing system on their websiteOne day the representative of beyond the rack mailed me saying sorry and she explainned the ownership was chaing and that was the reason everythina was slowSo I waited more and finally I asked full refund the way I made the payment, because three month taken delivery made my items uselss, and I really didn't want the store credit since I didn't trust this site any morePlus the amount of money was big for meThey agreed with me and promised me full refundSo I ketp one

I placed my order with Beyond the Rack May 16, It is now June 7, and I still have not received my itemsI have contacted the Customer Service department numerous times and every time I do so they give me different answers as to why my order has not shipped yetI spoke with them a week ago and they told me my order had just been received at the warehouse and they were shipping it that dayThat was a lie so I contacted them again today and this time they told me my order would not be at their warehouse for another weeks and then they would ship it which would be another 1-weeksThe phone lines are down and have been down forever which makes it harder to actually talk to someone and all methods of payment are down as well except Paypal which makes it even harder to cancel the chargeI have asked for a refund numerous times and I just get ignored or they avoid the question and try to convince me on waiting another month plusThis company is incredibly unprofessionalA

I bought several items with BTR and I have not received any of them and it's been almost two monthsI called customer service and they said it will ship last weekWell I haven't seen anythingAnd I can't get anyone to pick up at customer service
This is a horrible site to shop and I feel bad I lost my moneyDo not shop here!

A recent order of mine was cancelled by the company long after it should have shipped, but I was not refunded my moneyThey instead gave me store credit despite the fact that it was not me who cancelled the order

I placed an order on May 09, from Beyond the Rack (BTR), after more than month, I finally got my package in JuneHowever, the pair of shoes I ordered does not fit, so I had to call the customer service to send me a return label, it was so hard to get hold of the customer serviceI finally arranged to send the shoes back to BTR via Canada Post, and it was tracked in the system, item was successfully returned to sender on the 27June
