I would also like to address an order placed with Beyond the Rack on February for a pair of sunglasses to which I paid $for on my credit cardSeveral weeks passed and I had not heard anything regarding this order In early March, I received an email from the BTR CEO indicating they were going through some transitions but my order was secure, though may take longer than originally plannedWeeks went by and still nothing regarding my sunglassesin mid -late March, I reached out to BTR via the "live chat" feature on their website At that time I was told my order was still in place and they should arrive at the BTR warehouse from the manufacturer in 2-weeks, plus another days to allow for shipping On May I sent an email to BTR inuring about my order I received this in return:
"We apologize that you were not notified sooner, however, after further investigation, ***-Z Unisex FTin Sunglasses in Gold from order 17***that was originally ordere

I had placed an order for an item several months in advance, told would be shipped in weeksWas now the week before I needed the item and still had not shippedI contacted the company asking for a refundThey send me an email response on May 11th, title Case #*** - "*** COadvising they would give me a refund of my original method of payment in 5-business day, not a purchase creditI called on after that time line to customer service during business hours to inform no credits were refundedHowever, their phone line says we are closed and to call back during business hours, which is during the time I calledI attempted the chat service online and that also didn't workBoth customer service calls and chat service attempt made over the past monthI sent an email asking for a refund for another product since it now showed out of stock, in that request I mentioned the original request I had yet to be refunded for since it's now been business day

I had store credit on my account from an order I had returned The business underwent change in ownership and at that time, the credit on my account disappeared without any notice I emailed the company a couple of times and chatted with a customer service rep back in August who assured me that they would look into the matter and respond within hrsMonths passed and when I emailed them again, they responded stating that they cannot honor any credits that were issued under previous management

Company was sold and my balance of $was stolen by the companyI messages customer service even called and they were very disrespectful saying my message would be answered in five daysIt's been two months and no answer has been sentThey simply disregard my complaint saying the company had changed owners as if it was my fault and I had to lose my money

I order products from this business and I was charged for them and none of them were ever deliveredOrder #*** total $74.98, #total $& *** total $for a total amount of $that I was charged and received none of the products that I orderedI have contacted the company a number of times for refunds and they say they are sending the refunds but I have not received them

I placed an order on April 24, 2016, order number On the website it said it would ship in 2-weeks, and that a shipping notification would be sent to me when it shipsAt the end of May, I checked the website to see when my order would finally ship, but the website changed the shipment date to June 2-It is now June 8th, weeks since I have placed my order, I have not received any notification from the companyI tried calling Friday, June 3rd, but their customer service line did not work and the message said to leave an inquiry on their website and they would get back to you in 24-hoursSo I filled an inquiry on their website Friday afternoonIt has been three business days now, and I have not received a response and their telephone line still does not workI am not sure how to contact them or if I will ever receive my product

I placed an order for a product that was never delivered and my money was never refundedI have had multiple emails around delay of filling order to finally admitted that they were unable to fill itWas written that I would receive a full refund that I never gotAfter calling again to inquire about refund I was told they couldn't under new owners and that I should contact my bank to make claimDue to the long period of time since charge was made the bank is unable to make a case for me

I ordered a bag the givenchy antinoga for $with the company and within an hour changed my mind called the company canceled the bag they said it was fine and that they would cancel the transactionbeing that they did not I disputed with my bank because the fund were taken out immediatelyAfter a month the company sent the bag any way and they took money back from my bank
I immediately contacted them they told me they apologize for the confusion send the bag back and they would refund my money $back in original paymentand so I did I sent back waited waited waited and nothing the company kept saying they are trying to refund my money but were not able to and that I should just contact my bank and have them to a chargebackWell the sure did take me for a dollar ride because not only do they have the bag they have my money and my bank is not able to do a charge back because of the prior claim filed before they cannot file against the the same purchasenow

This company took my money and Ive been trying to get this resolved for a year

Prior to September 1st, I had a $dollar credit After going thru a hassle in august (and filing a separate Revdex.com complaint) in trying to acquire products that are itemized in the (BTR Checkout pdf) On September 1st, I assume they were indirectly answering to the previous complaint and sent me an e-mail confirming that they will send of the products with free shipping That total came out to $ Therefore, my remaining credit was $ Ironically on September 8th, I went to use the remainder of my credit, the credit of $was not showing up on the website I placed an inquiry on September 8th, which the company acknowledged but never followed up with me I placed subsequent inquiries on September (e-mail with a response identifying my issue of lost credit), and a live chat rep on September Likewise, I place an inquiry on September 23rd thru their website, but only received an e-mail stating my inquiry would be sent to rep I called on October 13th,

I ordered a white Burberry womens Polo shirt; size Medium on January 13th, for $79.99; order number ***They communicated there was a delay, I continued to wait and received notifications it was still delayedAfter 5+ attempts to get a confirmation it was coming; I asked to have my credit card refundedThey said they would only issue a store credit which isn't even showing on my account nor has it ever

I placed Order No*** on or about Feb 14, Prior to and upon purchase, their website stated the merchandise would be shipped between Feb23rd and March 2ndAfter I had made the purchase and the shipping timeframe had come and gone, the info on the site changed to say that the order was "on track" and I would be notified upon shippingIt has been more than months and the product has not been shipped I have talked to the company four times and they give me different information each timeIt is now at the point of being ridiculous

Since the new ownership took over, they denied me money I had in credits from a return I made under the old ownershipI understand if they went out of business but they didn'tMy login and password are the same the only thing that changed to me is I don't have my credit anymore
I don't understand how that is legal, unless I filed for bankruptcy collections would be coming after me
Also one would think honouring the credits would be a good way to bring in business that fell off, but I guess not the new ownership

Order placed March 9, heard nothing since, no shipment received, no response to requests for information

I purchased dresses from this site in February 2016, totaling $1.700+
out of dresses in my order never arrivedWhen I followed up with the merchant on May 25, regarding these dresses, the merchant replied that they will not be able to ship those dresses and my credit card will be refundedBUT, I did NOT receive a refund back to my credit card to date
The remaining dresses in my order arrived but they arrived very late (months later)BTR said the shipping delays are due to them going through "changes in ownership"The occasion I was planning to wear them to was already past by the time I got the dresses I wanted to return the dresses but I was told "As you may be aware Beyond the Rack is now under new owner ship as BTRUnfortunately we are not able to process refunds for purchases made before May 24th.” This is contrary to the refund policy on the items I purchased in FebruaryAt the time I made my purchase in February 2016, the items were fully refunda

I bought pairs of mukluks from Beyond the Rack, one was not the right size so I called customer service and I was told to return the product for a credit on my account because they do not give refunds and there was none in my required sizeI agreed to this and a couple of months later, I wanted to use my credit and realized the website was completely downI tried calling customer service and the phones were dead as wellI searched for months and it was as if the company did not exist any longer and was off the internetAnytime I searched, it would say there was a technical error, however, the website was off the internet and as a customer during this period, there were no promotional emails from the companyThis lasted for several months
All of a sudden, I started receiving emails again from the company, so I logged into my account and realized my credit had been purged off during the time the company was off the internet

I have had fairly good service from BTR for the last or so years but this time around the service has been atrociousI placed an order April 25th and the email I got stated that it will be shipped after weeks in May , and when I had not received I followed up and got an email that the order did not ship due to supplier inventory error and that the item was unavailableI was promised a refund in 5-days on May 19th, which I haven't receivedWhen I followed up on June 1/I was told my refund was in a pending state and would be finalized in a day or and today is June and I still don't have itWhen I call I get a message that the phone systems are not working and to send email onlySound like they are going broke and will go down with all the money from current ordersVery very disappointed

ordered from beyond the rack and months and months went and then my order could not be filled , had an email on may stating the I would be refund in -buisness days , still nothing so I called (emailed them twice with zero response about this ) finally spoke to customer service and they can no process any refunds at this time and dont know when they can :( the center in montreal is down or something :(i just want my money back its not much but this is not the point , so I can never get my money back ? this is a big huge company , I have ordered from there many of times , she said only way I can get a refund if my bank does it ? what kind of a company is this ? the public needs to know not to order this !!!!!! I will never ever ever again
