I have shopped with Beyond the Rack frequently with out any issue until this yearI placed a order with Beyond the Rack on January 24/for a *** Scarf, my order number was *** It is now June 1st and I have still not received my item nor my money back and I am too frustrated to deal with any more representativesWhile everyone I have talked to has been very apologetic they have not helped me at allI made my first call in late February, the Representative told me that my item will be shipped and to wait a few more weeksI was told my shipping tacker would update and I could view its progressI waited the entire month and called back, this new represented told me that there was a issue with the company shipping to them and that I would still get my item and to wait againLate April I called back for the 3rd timeThis representative informed me I would not get my Item as the company (***) can not fulfill the order, he apologized and told me that this does not hap

I won a shopping spree on a popular game show to Beyond The Rackit just so happens at the time they were going bankruptThere were a lot of delivery issues n the beginning and at one point everything was refundedThey now are under new management and this new management is refusing the honor the shopping spree that I woni have been in contact with the for months and they now decided to tell me after many emails and phone callsI think that if they were going to take over the business they should have honored the customers that they hadi am very dissatisfied with the company and their brand

I made some purchases from the website and in process needed to return some of the itemsI was given store credit which do not expire for the returned item which are posted to your account as credit to be used on future purchasesThe credit balance of around $disappeared from my account without noticeWhen I called to find out why and how to get my money back was emailed a letter acknowledging the amount of credit I had left to use however was told the company is under new owners and could not honor the credits which is completely unfair to the consumer and completely unacceptableThere was no option or effort made to notify me or honor the credits with a refundBusinesses should not be allowed to disolve and re-establish at the expense of the consumerI also know there are many, many others reporting the exact problemThis is horrible business practice and someone should hold these businesses that continue to make money accountable to the very consumers that keep them in b

You guys are unbelievableI will never order anything from this web site againI am very upsetI USED to order all the time and never had issues but now wow really.
First item is unavailable and instead of refunding me you give me a store creditNot happy.
Then as I am shoppingOh look the same duvet set that was unavailable but way more expensive.

I recently purchased three burberry scarves(Order #: ***) from beyond the rack, but when I go through internet I found lots of people saying that the burberry scarves bought from beyond the rack are fake
after that I took them in store to compareThe sales told me they are fake
I request for a full refund back to my credit card including shipping feehowever, their customers service department replied to me I only can get the beyond the rack credit for future purchase
I am not interesting to buy any other products from this website, I need a fully refund to my credit card, thanks

I purchased dresses from this site in February 2016, totaling $1.700+
out of dresses in my order never arrivedWhen I followed up with the merchant on May 25, regarding these dresses, the merchant replied that they will not be able to ship those dresses and my credit card will be refundedBUT, I did NOT receive a refund back to my credit card to date

Like many others, when the business went bankrupt, they "stole" my store credits I earned from a returnThey just give credits, not money backIt took months and months for them to tell me, sorry, your loss, but that's what happened, contact your consumer business bureauThey got bought out and the new ownership didn't want to honor consumers' prior credits, so they erased the slate for everyoneMy CC company ended up refunding me the money after I filed a dispute, but that also took time

Terrible customer service, you cannot call, and when you chat live, they all say " for some reason" it hasn't gone through, but we have emailed our refund department and you should see a refund in 5-business days...which does not happen
