I am rejecting this response because: American Airlines continues to show they do not value me as a customer and just continue to play the "here is a $refund" instead of realizing that they are still making me pay for something I didn't receiveI booked a first class ticket and did not get to fly first class because of their "policy" and "their rules"They continue to show they don't care about this situation and you can tell they have years of awful responses at their disposal probably from providing years of awful service to many other unfortunate customers duped by their policiesI'm afraid we will never find an acceptable solution, I will instead go out of my way to never fly American again and will gladly share this experience on Social Media for years to come. I would like to thank the Revdex.com for their help in this issue but unfortunately American is never going to make this right

rejecting this response because: they said basically that things happen! And feel that its just too bad it happened! I don't accept this answer! They moved my seat separate from my wife and its NOT what I paid for! The man attacked me and they did NOTHING!!!
