I am rejecting this response because: American Airlines has not addressed the root cause of the issue. As stated in the original compliant, at the time I purchased the ticket I specifically asked the American Airlines representative about their travelling minors policy. American Airlines informed me Kelly could travel with Luke without a fee. In the response from American Airlines they reference that the policy was explained to me on August 11th, 2017. Well, this does not address the issue at all because the August 11th phone call was after the flight took place. I does not appear to me that American Airlines has actually read and comprehended the original complaint submitted.I am even more disappointed with the manner American Airlines has handled themselves. The premise of my complaint is that I had other options but choose to purchase tickets from American Airlines based on the information they provided. American Airlines should honor the original price and refund the amount in question

I am rejecting this response because: the situation remains unresolved and the way AA treats its customers is completely unacceptable and unethica Every time I call, there is always an issue and no one takes
ownership and I’ve called multiple times to speak with the associate assigned to my case and she never calls me back when I requested Granted, I understand she may be working on other issues; however, I’ve requested on my voicemails that I wanted to speak with her supervisor but never received a response This has now taken too long and it needs to be resolved immediately

I am rejecting this response because:This is just a forwarding of the original response to my complaintIt fails to address the reasons for it, namely:1) That AA didn't let my family board a plane to a country (Uruguay) where they were allowed entryThis was despite the national authorities for Uruguay in the US being contacted to offer the relevant assurances to AA staffFurther, this was not hypothetical: they did board the same flight hours later and were allowed into the country, proving that AA was wrong and caused an unnecessary delay.2) Ticket emission issues at the airport kept my family from boarding on timeFirst, staff failed to offer to sell a return ticket that would have sufficed to allowed boardingWhen we requested to purchase this ticket, it took over an hour (!) for AA to actually emit the tickets, which ultimately caused my family to lose their original flightNo explanation or apologies regarding this fact were offered

I am rejecting this response because:In your response you said that decision to not provide available empty gate for the plane should provide better customer service for arriving passengers.I don’t think it is accurate The people who came to airport to meet us(they came because according to airline timetable plane did arrived on time) had to wait about hour outside.I would like to get a response from Airline public relationships manager on why company is unable provide incentive for the passengers who are frequent flyers by American Airline, had good experiences before and would like to continue fly American, but after bad experience on the last flight and lock of customer service now may reconsider that or pick another airlines .Based on you apologies before it is clear that It was possible to handle this situation better in the future
