When you changed my flight, you didn't mention or suggest some good alternative one.In a rush, I have to choose the flight that later I realized it didn't work for me.I had to book another ticket with high price from American Airlines in order to keep my travel plan due to the incidence.Can you please fully refund me? have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** I am appalled, but not surprised, that American Airlines waited nearly an entire calendar year to formally acknowledge this complaintEven the "resolution" that was reached between myself and American Airlines was a disappointment, but at this point, I have accepted that this company has no intention of acting in an appropriate or respectable mannerWith an "F" rating by the Revdex.com, I can only hope that American Airlines will begin to reflect on their hurtful, unethical, and unacceptable business practicesAs a family, we have made the commitment to book no future flights with American as a result of the pattern of disrespect we have experienced with this company
