I am
rejecting this response because: There was no response from American Airlines When asked how they could be selling tickets on flights that could get me home on time they had no response Because my flight cancellation was allegedly weather related they claimed they essentially had no responsibility to get me home even though the weather was actually fine and they had open seats on flights Despite me just booking a flight on another airline No refund was issued

I am rejecting this response because:I did speak with the AA correspondentA very nice personBut AA is months plus late on their response to the *** I also complained to the attorney general, made an uncountable number of phone calls and email to AAAnd now they decide to respond months laterVery poorMy time is very important to me and I wasted hours/days of time trying to resolve the issues with AAIt cost me a lot of money and timeTheir service and responses were/are absolutely terribleThey did not apologize until now- again months laterThe trouble AA put me and my wife thru was needless (as agreed upon by their rep today on a phone to me). So my complaint standsI will avoid AA travel for as long as it takes or until a change has been made.I appreciate their call but it is a little too late - obviously

solved this on my own without the Revdex.com I do not know why I have been contacted as I dealt with American on my own ever since and the issue was resolved Revdex.com did not in any way help to solve this problem so I don't understand why you have contacted me and American Airlines again Going through u was a waste of time as many other reviewers have stated Thank you .

I am rejecting this response because: the letter is factually incorrectThe flight was not cancelled due to weatherI already pointed this out to AAThey continue to lie and hide behind a policy related to weatherAirlines, including American Airlines, consistently take advantage of its customers and very rarely admit fault or own up to their mistakesBottom line I purchased a ticket at times the price to attend a funeralI paid that extra amount and AA had fault equipment and kept me on a plane for several hours causing me to miss a funeralThis issue is far from resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:Once again an example of poor customer service from American AirlinesThis response completely ignores my primary complaint that I purchased
mile upgrades that I'm unable to use because I'm always too far down the list. I'm sure customer service will tell me that these are non-refundable, in which case it's a scam. If you're selling something that is of no value to a customer, it's a scamI would like to be refunded the money that I put towards the mile upgrades that I'm unable to use die to the number of passengers in front of me. Of all the ways that American Airlines shows a lack of appreciation for the customer, this is one that surely should be addressed. Just look at the Revdex.com rating to see if American Airlines really cares about their customers. Then, compare the rating to their competitors

*** ***I don't think there is any point continuing - they never addressed that it was wrong, unethical, to use a pop up screen to increase the price because of the information that had been entered detailing the passenger informationIt could be argued it was discrimination against older travelers.It appears that this was a marketing ploy to get web customers to think they have a lower price and then after all the time spent on booking the flight they will not objectThis wording was probably a mistake by the web programmers but AA did not have the professionalism to admit it was wrong. Thanks for trying - unfortunately AA appears not care about customer service and loyalty to a flier that has been using them for yearsSAD AA will not be our preferred airline in the future ***
