supervisor to speak to returning my calls and letting me know certain things about this claim was horrible this response is basically the same thing he has said in my resolution...I still havent recieved a personal response from a supervisor or american airlines since I emailed them on this issue before I put my statement in with Revdex.com.... I called and asked could I speak to a supervisor numerous times american airlines treat customers like crap and they put day or limitations thats unheard of so they can use that as an excuse to not do what theyre supposed to....when I sent my paperwork in no one stated that this paperwork needed to be in within a certain amount of time and thats what customer service is about....if im calling in with a claim I should let you know all the guidelines and the stipulations before we would move on with the process which you all did not do and used that as an excuse to say that was the reason why you all denied my claim...american airlines also have tons of complaints from customers who signed up for there advantage club who also gets poor customer service all the time....In the resolution letters you have sent states that the documentation I sent in dont meet your criteria and couldnt be verified, when you said certain things about the documentation needed to be resent I tried and told you thats the only documentation we had....I called both stores myself and could verify so I cant understand how you all couldnt and on these documentations what all are you all looking for it clearly showes the store it was purchased from the item the amount the date the store clerk transaction number I dont see what more is needed to be seen; this is just another way for american airlines to let there employees get away with my items that was stolen out of my luggage and there employees to have terrible customer service...

I am rejecting this response because:it does nothing for me nor my husband. We spent an extra three thousand dollars on tickets because their crew argued with us for over an hour causing us to miss our flight. If they are not willing to reimburse I will follow up with my attorney who is ready to file a discriminatory suit based on the recorded language and actions of the employees.

Thank you for contacting me. It took me lots of trouble to finally get in contact with the director of AA customer service,...
and he helped me resolve the issue. The customer service agent was not helpful at all, but the director was very helpful. Thanks again!

I am rejecting this response because:I have written to AA previously and I have read the letter you have forwarded to me. AA has said they check documentation of...
passengers and may choose to stop them from travel AT THE TIME OF DEPARTURE. This would be appropriate and acceptable to us. But AA did not do this. They checked us in and our bags throughout to Ecuador at Reagan Airport (DCA) but stopped us in Miami, both were AA flights. We are only asking for refund related to flight to Miami and back from DCA because we ended up in Miami because of AA fault. This is beyond doubt and a matter of fact!

I am rejecting this response because:This complaint is in regard to July 2016 issue I'm not sure about 2015 which was mentioned in this report.The refund for the tickets did not come to me. My issue is the costs incurred because of AA failed to meet their end of the commitment. It's not only the fact that my vacation was ruined all because of AA failed to honor their end of this business transaction but the excuse provided was obsurd. Instead Of Trying To Get Us On Another/alternate/ later Flight Which Was Requested But We We're Advised There Weren't Any Until THE Following Week, Meanwhile I Went Several Days WithOut Clothes Or Hygiene Items, Prescriptions Etc. Because Our Luggage Was Flown To the vacation destination on one of the flights AA claims did not exist. I Had TO Pay For An Overpriced Taxi WhicH IVE Not been reimbursed for nor was I reimbursed for having to replace clothing unmentionables and hygiene items so no this definitely is not a solution for this issue.
