I am rejecting this response because: I was racially profiled and discriminated against by the flight attendant. In addition my husband and I were overcharged for this flight by...
$320.00. We purchased tickets for a flight where first class was offered at $511 ROUND TRIP but were were charged $160.00 additional dollars per ticket to fly first class on our return flight from BWI to DFW. The only response I will accept is a refund of $320.00 for that additional charge.

I am rejecting this response because:the airlines did not get me to my intended destination and had to drive myself to Vermont. They did not even get me into the same state for...
that matter!!! Therefore they need to compensate me for the accured costs. If AA was able to get me to my destination, ir same state, by resheduling with a different airline, I would not be having to file this complaint.

I am rejecting this response because: American Airlines only offered to help with part of the claim and they should have accepted 100% of the responsibility. They are the ones who did not load my luggage which missed my vacation.
