sent a canned response. This is a pattern of poor customer service they have when resolving flights they cancel.

multiple sources American Airlines is not proactive in such matters and rarely offers resolution for the customer. In the very least, I deserve compensation for a new phone in a timely manner.

I am rejecting this response because: A special meal was requested once the ticket was purchased(months in advance) and confirmed 2 days prior to the trip via phone.

I am rejecting this response because: It has taken 2 years for them to respond nothing. Just an automated response that leaves things just as they were. I would like them to go over my evidence again and re-consider providing compensation for over 10K of stolen things combined with medical expenses.
