I am rejecting this response because:American Airlines is hiding behind their conveniently manipulated timeline that fit their inconvenient and customer second fine print....

Their tickets reference a 10 minute that means absolutely nothing. And if you get their 17 minutes early their gate attendants just annotate different timelines to fit their narrative and cover their as. They also take notes o try and point blame at their consumers. 21st century customer service I guess. The biggest airline in the country better be “too big to fail” or they’ll fall due to consumers having a choice in the matter.

I am rejecting this response because: There was no resolution to this matter.  American Airlines refuses to refund to the financial, physical, and emotional loss due to their gross negligence on the airline,...

the airline's pilot, airlines employee's staffing the airport, and the airline's mechanical repair team.  That plane should have never been allowed to taxi out to the runway, leave us stranded with no air or proper ventilation, refuse to allow us off the plane when we arrived back at the gate and there was no storm at all before the flight took off, and after the flight went back to the gate.  There is no logical explanation for refusing to give me my luggage, which my seizure and other medication was in because the luggage because it was supposed to be a rather short flight.  I suffered a seizure, a panic attack in a corner of the airport laying on the floor like a homeless person, and was unable to move to get help. I was denied food for over 14 hours, which my body desperately has to have due to diabetes.  There is no logical explanation for the American airline baggage claim supervisor to come out and attack us by cursing and telling us to get away, that he did not give a damn about the luggage he had better things to do like go home to his family!No this issue has not been resolved and I will continue till I do receive one

be included according to my itineraryFlight# [redacted] was told at front desk my flight was schedualed for earlier but would be put on this flight. Showed attendant email for this flight. Was given 4 sheets of paper assuming all my passes.Buff 8:30/charlotte 10:34Got to charlotte on time. Waited for flight. Went outside forquick ciggarette. No lines at time.abd plenty of time.Got to gate and tsa would not ket me pass. Stated I did not have boarding pass for tampa but clearky showed him final destination was tampa. Was told to go to front desk. After explaining my problem Jodie your attendant at frint desk laughed at me and said I would miss my flight and had to wait 2 hrs. Since lines just formed and would nit have time to get to gate. Told her there was plenty of time and to get me on my flight. She refused. Got delayed 2 hrs. Flight 2053 clt to tampa 11:20/1pmDid not arrive until about 5pm and had to rescedual many things due to delay. $118.30
Was very irritated about whole experience and customer service and confusion. Dont understand why there was so much of a mix up.

Their message states that they have "responded accordingly" which I believe is only according to their interest. I have see or receive any such response and their message provides no actual response. rejecting this response because:While American Airlines 'resolved' this issue long ago by refusing to do anything about it (indeed, they provided no customer service phone number or any way for me to correspond except through e-mail, and typically delivered canned responses), I do not consider this to be satisfactory. Their failure to enforce their pet policy cost me thousands of dollars, and is unacceptable.

rejecting this response because: this response literally took years. I could have died without my breathing apparatus. They didnt care when they promised we would all make our flights, they didnt care when they gave us a 20 dollar voucher to buy food at midnight at a casino(20 dollars yea right), they didnt care when I told them to make sure my bag was  transferred to the correct plane, they didnt care when I tried to get them to  find my luggage,  they didnt care when I had to drive  there several times to wait for my luggage that never arrived, they didnt care for the years this complaint existed.  No they never resolved the issue.  I want my money back for it. that was an absolutely ridiculous situation.
