rejecting this response because:  They lied when they said they addressed my issue as they said in their response.  They never ever addressed my concerns or did anything to satisfy me.  They gave me 15,000 useless AA miles and then repeatedly rejected my requests for useful compensation for my missed vacation time due to their business decision.

rejecting this response because:They did extend the time I could use the money for my tickets however they charged me a change fee of $200 per ticket. Considering the circumstances I believe this was unjust, because I could not control the fact that I was pregnant and Zika entered the area I was traveling to. It is curious that American Airlines is charging me when the hotel that I was suppose to be traveling to refunded all of my money.

rejecting this response because American Airlines failed to resolve my issue, and now 2 years later are attempting to close the complaint without resolution. They declined to accept responsibility for terrible customer service and rejected my request for a partial refund.

I am rejecting this response because: American airlines clearly are not taking my complaint seriously. It is laughable to think that I want a voucher from them. I want a refund from them for the abysmal experience and a truly awful service I have received both during and since the experience. 
A voucher is not a gesture of good will, it is to try and get me to go away. A gesture of good well would be fixing the SU by refunding the customer for a failed service. rejecting this response because:1.     I purchased tickets from a travel agent, named [redacted] which advertises extensively and has an A rating from the Revdex.com and a 5 star rating on Yelp.  I had no way of knowing that [redacted] was operating outside of American Airlines Program Conditions.2.     When I was contacted by [redacted] at American Airlines on Marcy 30, 2016, I fully cooperated with her investigation and provided her with all of the information I had.3.     On April 1, 2016, Ms[redacted] sent me a letter telling me “As it was clear that you were not aware that you were purchasing an award ticket, your account was only assessed half of penalty at this time, 97,500 miles…” and the miles were removed from my [redacted] account.4.     I have been a long term member of the frequent flyer programs at America West, US Airways, and American Airlines.  I have never violated the rules of the programs.
American Airlines removed 97,500 miles from my frequent flyer account and has not repaid them.egards,
