Airlines is in the service industry, and it would behoove the company to respond to the situation accordingly.I have attached all of the costs associated with two day delay. Your email only indicates a one day delay. I can provide receipts for all of the expenses minus the taxi rides and food in Aruba because it was cash. Per the conversation with the customer service representative, American Airlines would be reimbursing all those involved for the additional expenses. Thanks in advance!

I  am rejecting this response because the company still did not offer me a refund or any kind of credit. It was not a voluntary change. Air Force orders were changed and I had to return sooner than originally planed.

voucher. Except we aren't flying american airlines ever again. I told them 5 months ago that it was not a satisfactory resolution and they said "its' all we're able to do, there's no one else you can talk to." Their resolution didn't make up for their pattern of errors that affected our travels and ultimately caused us to pay more to get us home without having to stay in Philadelphia overnight, which they didn't even offer us a hotel stay. I don't know why they are reaching out now; it's been months. No well respecting company should be able to treat their customers this way.Still not satisfied.

rejecting this response because:If American Airlines (AA) value my business they're not working hardly enough to earn my continued patronage. AA's prefabricated messages sound hollow when they are not outright offensive. When AA deviate from them it's a complete disaster as shown on my email message of May 22. Another good example is AA's apology and understanding of my frustration. AA's apology doesn't buy me any groceries, pay for flight tickets or in any way provides me with adequate compensation for AA´s flight crew lack of basic manners and communication skills. I can assure AA that I'm not frustrated by the mistakes American employees make. It's AA's problem, not mine, to provide them with proper training in Customer Relations. So yes, AA has here a great opportunity to get themselves out of this mess of international proportions. I hope they'll do so.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:This is the first time I am seeing the letter the company claims to have been generated in 2015. Trying to follow directions in the attached letter using the provided website and ticket numbers  repeatedly results in error message, thus again not providing a prompt resolution. Curious, why did it take the airlines 2.5 years to even respond to the complaint?

rejecting this response because they did not resolve the issue. Their correspondence was not open and offered no resolution besides telling us to "get over it" because they can do whatever they want with no consequences. They need to change their check in process. They need to refund our fee. Just because they responded to me doesn't mean they resolved the issue. It is still unresolved.
