I am...
rejecting this response because: My complaint for discrimination against American Airlines was never addressed. I am tired of trying to contact American Airlines only to get brushed aside. I was unfairly treated on my flight and I watched passengers who had bags that were twice the size of mine pass by. I believe that at this point, my only option is to sue American Airlines for a much larger amount than I had requested. I can safely say that I have done everything in my power to deal with American Airlines yet their attitude and behavior shows why they are the worst company to ever exist. I don't think it is right that American Airlines use its power to perform unlawful actions, and ignore the customers that file numerous complaints with the "I am sorry" excuse while really not being sorry and think that it is ok to trample civil rights. I am sure that this excuse will once again be ignored and they only way I will be taken seriously is in a court of law. Well, if that is what it comes down to then it is what it is. I have gone through such an ordeal with American Airlines and now it is time for them to pay. The bill always comes due.

I am rejecting this response because: it has been TWENTY TWO (22) months since I filed this complaint. It is completely unprofessional and unacceptable that a company as large as American Airlines would disrespect their customers this way. I urge everyone to look to an alternative airline for all their future travel plans. My family and I will NEVER use the RACIST American Airlines again.

I am...
rejecting this response because: American Airlines did not resolve my complaint. My luggage was damaged in their care and they did absolutely nothing to fix it. I was told by a representative that if I could not provide an original receipt of luggage purchase then there was nothing they could do. I explained to the representative that there was no way I could have known to keep a receipt from a purchase that I made years ago. And I also had no clue that trip would be the day that American Airlines would ruin my luggage and not try to fix the situation. It is amazing that a major airlines can damage your personal items and get away with it.

I am...
rejecting this response because:American Airlines (AA) did respond that no further action would be taken and I responded back that it was unacceptable. As stated in the original complaint, AA did not live up to the obligations provided to me by the reservations agent. If that agent did not follow policy, that is not my problem. They provided me information for which I relied on and then I was charged full price for their mistake. Until restitution is provided or some other agreeable compensation, the matter will stay unresolved.

I am rejecting this response because you are not investigating the root cause of the problem. Talking to the manager after the incident does not accurately convey the problem. Find out when I made the reservation, I made it with an agent over the phone and if you have recorded calls, review the conversation. Then you will find that the reservation agent gave false information which led to the overall issue. In my field we call this the RCCA process, Root Cause and Corrective Action. Every case reviewer goes to the conversation post incident, not to the root cause which was the conversations held pre-incident.

I am...
rejecting this response because: American Airline did not address my concerns regarding of our group previous flights. American Airlines failed to transport four of us to the final destination because of their delayed flights and thereby mis-connection. American Airline were not willing to cover our overnight stay due to their faults. American Airline did not issue a full refund to our tickets. In the email communication, American Airline did not show any courtesy (neither miles nor credit) to comfort the customers. And it takes them two years to get back to us via Revdex.com.

I am rejecting this response because: Working within your response time requirement of 6 calendar days before you close out the complaint, would require I have an actual offer from American Airlines. That has not occurred. I am to receive a call from the refund department, according to the most recent response from AA. I appreciate the fact that they are figuring out the refund, but I won't be able to say the matter is closed until AA tells me the amount of the refund and when I can expect it. Thank you.
