I am rejecting their response, they have yet done anything to try and resolve this matter. I have pictures that I have provided them as well and they still didn't do anything to resolve this matter. I even noticed a couple weeks back where the [redacted] has warned all Minorities from traveling with American Airlines due to the same stuff me and my wife had to go through that day.

I have not received the reimbursement. The airline representative who contacted me was very kind and courteous and I very much anticipate the discussed check arriving, and closing this complaint as satisfactory.

I am rejecting this response because: Their recompense for the incident that occurred does not match the level of interruption and difficulty that this mistake caused me....

It wasn’t a simple matter of there was bad weather. We were grounded several hours and most of that was due to an oxygen mask issue in the cockpit. Because of this unpreparedness, this made me late to my business conference and caused a large issue for me. Therefore, I cannot accept their “resolution”

rejecting this response because: American Airlines did not provide a fair or reasonable solution. They did not agree to or offer to compensate me for the loss in cab fare that should be done at a minimum considering everything I went through. As stated previously, the airfare vouchers are appreciated, but these were never asked for and this forces me (the consumer) to still purchase future airline tickets thus making American Airlines receive future benefits/compensation. This is not right or acceptable. American needs to be held accountable to its customers when its representatives make promises like this. In this case, that my cab fare would be reimbursed as long as I submitted it afterward...This complaint will not be resolved until American has reimbursed me for the unnecessary loss/expense I was forced to make by paying the cab fare from the airport to my home after issues caused by American staff.

The attached document shows the breakdown of fare which explains the disputed amount. The customer was charged correctly according to charges on his credit card.

rejecting this response because: American Airline did not address my concerns regarding of our group previous flights. American Airlines failed to transport four of us to the final destination because of their delayed flights and thereby mis-connection. American Airline were not willing to cover our overnight stay due to their faults. American Airline did not issue a full refund to our tickets. In the email communication, American Airline did not show any courtesy (neither miles nor credit) to comfort the customers.And it takes them two years to get back to us via Revdex.com.
