2/1/we increased recycling service to $per month. This was due to an increased operational cost for the processing of recycling material. We do review our operational costs on an annual basis and modify
rates accordingly. I will reduced the pricing for trash collection to $/ month. The recycling rate of $/ month will remain. If they do not recycling and wish to cancel this service, they may do so by contacting our office. Monday - Friday 8;AM to 4:PM - the trash rate was made effective 8/1/15thank you

Trash can do not just disappear I happen to be home sick that day and no one else on tge block was home Everyone works I went out within minutes of the truck leaving my house Looked everywhere and trash can was not found

year service agreement with American Disposal on July 13, with service to
begin on October 1, The contract clearly states the following “Buyers
Right to Cancel” on the front page of the contract, not far from where the customer
signed “The buyer may cancel this transaction at any time prior to
midnight on the third business day after the date of this transaction. If
buyer chooses to cancel service after the third business day, buyer understands
they are obliged to pay the agreement for the one year time period.“

(customer) was paid thru Dec'- the account has been adjusted accordingly - What is owed is $which will cover services thru May'15.

Missed pick up and after calls of telling me that it will be picked up today by pm ( for the last few days) trash is still on my curb and we are days away from the next weeks pick upTerrible service!

Hello I would like add additional information regarding this case, since I filed the complaint this company has charged me a finance charge for now reason would not return my call or email that I sent asking for an explanation for this chargeI went online to pay as I do every month and this what I found. When I signed up with this company I made them aware that I had to pay monthly due to fact I only get money once a month and they agreed but now they have charged me an additional chargeI feel that this company is retaliating against because I complainedI called around and they are the only company that services my area so I feel like they are doing this to be spiteful.
I have attached only invoices that I have from this company and you will see that there was no pass due amount so there is no justification for this extra charge
