[redacted] [redacted]Hello I would like add additional information regarding this case, since I filed the complaint this company has charged me a finance charge for now reason would not return my call or email that I sent asking for an explanation for this charge. I went online to pay as I do every month and this what I found.  When I signed up with this company I made them aware that I had to pay monthly due to fact I only get money once a month and they agreed but now they have charged me an additional charge. I feel that this company is retaliating against because I complained. I called around and they are the only company that services my area so I feel like they are doing this to be spiteful. I have attached only invoices that I have from this company and you will see that there was no pass due amount so there is no justification for this extra charge.

Okay....this will be the third week in a row I have to call them to tell them they have missed us again!!!! We should get free trash for a month! UGgggg....this is getting old! We ALWAYS have our trash out the night before. I saw them drive by about 1:30 today....thought they would turn around.....maybe we should get new drivers....ones who actually CARE!

call was made to [redacted] on 8.16.14 @ 8:28 AM by myself.  I left a message returning his call on the phone number that was left, [redacted].  Lastly, I will be issuing a credit for $5.00.  Again, we do apologize for the service provided.

I am responding to the complaint filed.  We sent letters out explaining the acquisition that was taking place effective 9/15/14.  The rate we have for this customer is $16.50 / month.  This is the same rate they were paying with [redacted], we...

did not change their rate.  The billing maybe a bit confusing - The billing sent out by us was for services  9/15/14 through 1/31/15 - Rate $16.50 = billing total $74.80.  [redacted] transferred over a credit of  $33.00 - making the balance due $41.80.  In the future, bills will be sent out quarterly in advance.  The next billing going out will be for services 2/1/15 - 4/1/15 = $49.50.
I apologize for the letter not being received and I hope this clears up any billing questions.  We do have communication with [redacted] if the $33.00 credit that was transferred over is not correct, then let us know so we can get with them and resolve any issues.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and do not find that this resolution satisfactory to me. However it doesn't appear they are going to refund six weeks of service they aren't providing then so be it. They can say one must cancel during the billing cycle we, if I am paid until end of September, seems I did.  I cannot change their direction but they can be rest assured I will make sure my neighbors are aware of this and to avoid service with them if possible. Amazes me how businesses can get away with this type of practice. Thanks for looking into this and unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a solution available.
