When he first contacted us, he stated it was missing after pickup so we must have taken the canHe later said he witnessed us taking the can, a claim his wife said was false *** *** said the can was on site at the home when they moved in the home We checked with our crew who denied removing the canWe train our crews extensively on how to treat personal/company cans If an accident occurs, the crews are good about reporting this so we can get a replacement can to the customer. *** *** *** - Dear Revdex.com, I have reviewed the account in question and have spoken with my operations team and account manager. We were
informed of the concern with recycling pickup on November 30, and, according to my operations team, crews were addressed and issue was resolved. On the same day, the customer reported a pipe was collected with the trash. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for items sitting near trash the containers and the customer was informed of thisOur records show no further issues regarding property damage or recycling concerns were reported until May 15, 2015. At that time, the account was on credit hold due to non-payment. The customer was refusing to pay anything due to claims of mixing trash and recycling. According to my operations team and account manager, the issue was only reported one time in 2012, and resolved immediately afterwards. We will not be removing the requested amount. Services were performed and are due to us
