On August 26, I purchased a Windsor King bed from American Freight I also purchased a king mattress, box frames and sofa/loveseat through financingI scheduled delivery for October 5, On October 5, 2018, they delivered the bed, box frames and sofa/loveseat; but no mattress I called Mike who handled my order and at first, he had the nerve to tell me I didn't order a mattress and I said that I would purchase it at another store I was irateHowever, after having to email him proof of purchase, he apologized and sent the mattress later on that night with a free pillowOn October 6, my boyfriend put the bed together and I noticed that it wasn't the bed that I purchased on August 26, It was a Windsor but the incorrect model I called Mike and again he said that I didn't have the wrong bed And again, I had to email him proof He then apologized and said that he would have to see if the bed is in the back He didn't call back I called him the next day

At first I was not born yesterday!!! Understand this before I bought the box spring mattress, they or he knew that it would not last very longThat's why he would not put a warranty on it, but the mattress to who it may concern, who have some mulitators, beating peoples out there moneyNow I am telling let the game begin? What you do if it happen to you? I'm going straight to legal aide, by the time you receive thisMay the have mercy on your soul!!!!

I would steer clear of this businessI purchased a sectional from this store, I was happy with it until I realized the seams were coming apart and a spring broke loose in a cushionThe manager was great and immediately walked me through the steps to getting a new oneThey assured me that the warranty was untouched, I asked if I should purchase another warranty so we were covered, they told me this was a manufacturer defect so I was fine and the warranty was still in placeUnfortunately, the same thing happened to the replacementI sent pictures and said if we use the warranty that would be fine but now they tell me the warranty is no longer good and I am stuck with a busted sectional unless I would like to purchase anotherI do not have the money to just buy another sectional, I spent about on this and the ottoman just to have a piece of junk falling apartDo yourself a favor and go to another store, save yourself the headache

9-18-I Went to American Freight to buy two recliners salesman Alex who said he was the manager promised me if I bought today he could promise delivery with in a weekI bought the chairs for $.after a week had passed Alex said he would check on delivery and call me back Alex never called meI called ever day until 9-29-I went to store with my wife I was meet by a new salesmen claiming that he was the manager so I handed him copy's of or contract telling him we wish to cancel the orderHe looked up order and said that chairs were never shipped from warehouse and won't be for another weekManager said they have days to deliver chairs and Alex lied to me an that Alex was on probationOn the bill/contract it has a no return policy and they don't even guarantee color or condition I pointed out that the contract was never signed by me or anyonePlus that the contract/bill has a return policy but I cancellation policy on it No product was ever received to retur

DO NOT GO TO THIS FURNITURE PLACE, INTEREST CHARGE IS 144%, YOU READ THAT RIGHT AND THE STORE IS FULLY AWARE OF IT THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL

I bout a new mattress and box spring September it came with a yrs warranty the mattress is very poorPoor quality the box springs have broken , there are several issues as far as springs are coming through mattress , severe indentations equivalent to 4-inches deep in multiple areas , I have contacted multiple people and managers at the store my neck and back are absolutely killing me , I have also called corporate with no response they ask me to send pictures to emails I have sent multiples they are still not accommodating the warranty I can't sleep I'm in tremendous body pain in which I've never had before and I need this resolved this was my last alternative

Here is the reason why I do not at this time yet accept the resolution proposed by American Freight: Their explanation is a bit faultyThey state that “we are going to take off the hold on this purchase” and “please advise customer her furniture is now available.” There was never a “hold.” They said I received the furniture, but more importantly, my furniture is NOT now availableThey don't have it anymore and stated they don't know what happened to itSean, the manager, told me I could come in and pick out something elseSo, until I do that and find something for the same price that I like, I can't accept their solution of replacement at this time

Purchased an $Simmons mattress in 8/Why is it already having a butt indentation in February? I talked to the mgr by the name of Zack in 3/and he told me to send him picsI did thatSo when I call back in 4/they give me the round about and tell me that John is the mgr now and why can't management give me an email that Simmons denied the credit? The mattress shouldn't be dipping already when it's just person sleeping in the bedI just want a decent mattress

I bought a couch/sofa from American Freight in Missouri and they sent me a damaged product initiallyI sent them the pictures and they replaced itThe replacement is also damaged, however, they are not agreeing and not providing any replacement or refund of the amount I spentPlease help

On December 28th, we purchased a king size mattress set, a couch, and a loveseat from American Freight in Carnegie, PAUpon delivery of the order on December 28th, 2017, we noticed two large holes in the king size mattressMrs*** immediately called the store and spoke to Chris, the person who sold us the mattress, and informed him of the issueHe told us that they didn't have one in stock but would order one and it would be delivered within the next monthMrs*** called once a week for three weeks asking Chris as to the whereabouts of the mattressEach time she was told that the mattress had not yet been delivered to them and that they would call when it was delivered

We purchased a bunk bed from American Freight in Knoxville, TN, on 11/11/ Since the bed was not in-store, we were told it would be delivered in no longer than days The sales manager said it normally does not take the full days for delivery but they would keep in touch with us throughout the process We called them twice after several weeks because we had not heard from them, being assured each time the bed was would be delivered any day On 1/31/(days later), we went to the store to ask about the status of the bedThe manager told us the bed had been delivered to the store and asked if we would be available for delivery the next day Delivery was set up for 2/1/between - 5pm The manager called on 2/1/at 12:pm to tell us the bed had been discontinued but he could bring a cheaper bed for the same price When we told him that was not acceptable and we wanted our money back, he said he was unable to return our money and would have to request a refund from corporate because we paid with a check and that we would receive a refund in - business days He, then, told us if we have a problem with it, we could just call corporate Three phone calls to corporate and business days later, we still have not received our $refund from corporate The last two phone calls to corporate tell us the check has been mailed (each time it was mailed on different days) and blame the US Postal Service for the delay

I went into the Dallas location and purchased a queen bed on Octfrom a gentleman named (Cedric)After paying in full that day I was told “it was not in stock and it would take weeks to come in”Not once has the Dallas location reached out to me l’ve had to continually call themThe first person I talked to told me it would be in Monday of last week or this Monday(which has passed)Then I talked to another guy last week, on the phone trying to see if my queen bed would be here this Monday he said they could deliver it on Thursday which is Thanksgiving and I told him that wouldn’t work for meHe said “I’ll call you back and see what we could do”, but never did So I called back and I talked to another person who then told me that the bed hadn’t even come in....I’ve talked to three different people including someone at the Grand Prairie location who was also unhelpful (Teresa)Yesterday when talking to Teresa I was told that they would upgrade my bed to one that was in stock and it would be delivered the same day and here it is a day later and I still don’t have a bed

Bought L shape couch sat on one corner peice broke & lean all the way over contacted them, they came out and said I needed new cough took pictures said I would get oneSaid they were on back order give them wks been waiting months nowWhen I call they tell me the same thing over and overWe have some coming but then they tell me next time there on back orderAsk if I can exchangeThey tell me the store manager will call back, never doesEvery two weeks the same thingThere coming on b/o.

My husband and I bought a king size Jameison StRegis mattress yesterday from the Jacksonville, FL location and we were expecting to love it based on the one on the sales floor that we layed on, but the one that was delivered to us was vastly firmer than the floor model and consiquently my husband and I spent a very restless night last night only to wake up with our backs and hips hurting When I contacted the location I was asked if the mattress still had the factory plastic on it and I said no and I was told that if it was out of the plastic they would not be able to take the mattress back I asked the salesman I was speaking to who sleeps on a mattress covered in the dusty, dirty factory plastic? Even he admitted that no one does, but still there is nothing they can do for me He spoke with his manager who said we can purchase a mattress topper and bring the receipt in and they will refund us some money, but now I own a mattress that I hate and can never sleep on without a mattress topper This is my 3rd time purchasing from them and previous purchases have gone okay, but I will NEVER recommend purchasing a mattress here due to lack of customer service after the sale I explained that Mattress firm will take the mattress back after one night and not being in plastic and the salesman proceeded to tell me that Mattress Firm was under investigation for reselling the previously slept on mattresses as new That is no excuse for poor customer service after the sale!!!!

Purchased a sofa, loveseat and table from American FreightThey had a sub contractor who I can't find any information or get any information from American Freight, to file a claim, about the contractor who delivered itemsThe contractor is refusing to repair damage to front door that he and his partner damaged when leaving taking the new couch that was brought to my house damaged back to the store and damaged my door I want my door repaired back to the way it was prior to the contractor delivering the furniture!

I am rejecting this response because this is still not a formal written apology from the company for the aggregation and still not a refund of any delivery charges had things been done properly the first time
