This is what was sent 2X already with no satisfactionOnce again I have to contact you about this situation.Bought over $2,in furniture from Josh,boy he was so easy to get hold of when I bought the furniture and when I had complaints, you could never get him.I sat in the parking lot calling and they lied saying he wasn't there, when he was sitting with a couple people.The furniture bought in May, broke, set up wrong and had to call Josh.They picked up and dropped off again.However whoever does their setting up, didn't drill the tables right, so they are wobbly.Now, the furniture had bedbugs cant get hold of Josh.The olny time he communicated was when you told him to, and even then he never called me, I had to call him.I went into the store Again, and he said he would switch out the bad furniture.Said he had another set in different color and had to wait for it to come in.This was weeks ago.I told him come pick up this furniture, I don't want it and give me a refund.His smart mou

In April this year I put a sectional on layaway at the *** ** store, I called my payments in over the phone because I live an hour away from this location, at the end of July I called to pay my last payment, at that time I was told by the manager of the store to "hold off on that last payment" they no longer had that sectional in stock and to come down to pick something else and even if it was more money he would "eat the price" for the inconvenience , well I have been visiting their website frequently to try and find something else I like and they do not have anything else that I like so I went to the store in *** last night to discuss this with the store manager Sam, only to find out he has since been fired for stealingFor example taking peoples payments and not giving them a receipt and keeping the money! So anyway I was told I could not have a refund only store credit and to just keep checking back for something I likeOn my receipt it states "if the merchandise is not available within four week period, you will be entitled to a FULL refund or ALL LAYAWAY PAYMENTS" I am going back to the store today with my husband and getting my money back! After reading reviews on here about bedbugs and people having so many problems with this place I do not want anything from this place except my money!!

Thursday, October 13,2016, I paid in full for a black spider lamp Total cost $cash American Freight was going to order it The lamp was to arrive at the store on or around November 13, I realized that I could not afford to buy a lamp at this time On Tuesday, October 18,2016, I traveled fifty miles round trip to get a refund I was told that a company check would be issued to the store in seven days, and that I would have to piup at the store in Portage I told the clerk- Shakir B*** ,that I would have to pay my driver more gas money I asked if the check could be sent directly to me, and was told no That when the check arrive, that the clerk would call me to let me know that they received it Shakira said, she would call to let me know, that she was mailing it to me!! Wow! The check could have been mailed from Uganda by then!! I paid twenty five dollars for both trips to Portage I REALLY NEED MY MONEY!! My financial situation does not

I went in and paid cash for two queen and one kind bedroom suits, kitchen table and chairs, and a living room setNot only did “someone” disclose my personal purchase information, leaving my children and I in danger, but I was not notified prior to paying that the couch, kitchen table and chairs were on back order until AFTER I paid Then one of the dressers delivered was damaged, and here it is almost TWO months later and I still don’t have my couch or kitchen table and chairs and they still haven’t replaced my dresserI have received three phone calls of information saying they would deliever on such date and the never called or showed up

On Saturday October 27, we visited American Freight to make a furniture purchase I schedule delivery for the next day Sunday I paid for all of my furniture in full and was told that delivery would cost $in cash to given to the delivery guys On Sunday I paid the delivery guys and they tried getting my furniture into the house and it turns out that the furniture did not fit I was then told I would have go back to American Freight and select furniture that would fit the delivery guys measured the entrance and assured me that the next furniture I select would fit into the home The following day Monday I went to American Freight and was showed the furniture I was able to select from so I selected from the selection that I was shown and told that would fit through the entrance On Tuesday the delivery guys arrived and I was charged a second fee for the delivery of $in cash however the furniture did not fit through the entrance I told the delivery guys the furniture
