I called the store. I received the replacement Sofa today with very minor damage. It's
such a shame they wouldn't work with me until I filed a Revdex.com Complaint and a Complaint with Attorney Generals Office. Great treatment for a Loyal Customer and Disabled Veteran. Shame on them!

On Mar 4,I bought my furniture from American Freight I was lied to from the beginning from sales agent TreneiceI picked out my sets of furniture It all came out to be 2,I told sales agent meet me half way with the and you have a dealShe then went to her manager Eddie he came back and told me he will give me everything for I was pleased and happy they worked with meThey promised me delivery next day the but I would need to wait for ottoman and bolden setIt would take up to days When everything got delivered I was missing itemsI shortly realized how the sales agent and manager met me half way is because they removed items off my bedroom set I was shocked and disappointed I was ripped off like that after spending all this money with a company I called and spoke to a manger named Tom which is no longer there and I wanted to return everything he told me he would add my pieces to the work order and he was sorry, so when my next shipment came in the

Ordered $in furniture and scheduled delivery, never received a confirmation call the day before deliveryCalled in to confirm, they don't have us on the list and don't have our furniture on holdGet a free upgrade to whatever furniture they did have in stock, but still missing a $chair (don't have it in stock and not willing to get something else)Call in a week later to find out if they got my chair in, they did but again never called meSchedule delivery for the following week, again no confirmation callSo I call them again to be told once more that I'm not on the list for delivery, but they do have my chair in stockHave to pay ANOTHER delivery fee for this chairDelivery man comes and asks me for twice as much than what I was told over the phoneI'm then told by him that I'm being charged for same day shipping, even though it was again their faultLong story short it took me a month to get all of my furniture, and even though I like my furniture I do not like the customer service here AT ALLI will not be a returning customer

The receipt given to this customer was a small receipt spit out by our credit card machine right after her card was swiped for a refund. This piece of paper this customer is talking about is her purchase receipt. Credit Cards take anywhere from to days and Debit Cards can take up to to days to be refunded depending on the customer service. Have the customer call her service and give the authorization number on her refund receipt so the service can find the ping

Regional Manager has made several attempts to contact the customer to get it resolved and they are yet to call me back. Not sure what else I could do at this pointLeft messages no call backs to this date!! HAVE CUSTOMER CALL IAN O*** AT *** *** ***

I ordered a sofa and love seat back in FebruaryOnce delivered I discovered it started ripping at the seamsI called and the Store Manager stated that since I was within my days, they could replace itThe first replacement had staples coming out of the back of the love seat and a rip on the sofaI called immediately and was promised a replacement and they would call when it came itThird replacement came with only a love seat with staples coming out of the back but no sofaI called and left several messages but did not get a response until I said I was going to write a review on the Revdex.com website I was promised only 1/of what I paid if I kept the furniture or replacement for the 4th time because they said I had "used" it for monthsFunny because the months was from my waiting to get them to ship and deliver my replacementsI will never, ever buy from them again and will steer everyone I know to stay awayThis was a sad state of affairs for meThe whole experience lasted until June 30, :(

Their Response is Not True! They Advertised in their Commercial that the Piece Packages Started at $So we were interested in the the Piece Set that was Shown on TvWhen a Company Advertises a Certain Item or ItemsIt's what is on a Sales ad and or TV CommercialWe have a Picture of the Piece Set that we Wanted for the Advertised Price of $We wanted the Same Exact Set that they were Offering for this Price, Not another set that was Shown to us by the Manager We had a Picture with the Item of their Commercial When a Company Advertises something at a Special Price and they Refuse to Sell it at this PriceIts Called " Advertisement " The Sales man even Admitted to us that they just did it to get Customers in thd StoreWe told him that is Lieing and Deceiving people and it's WrongTy had Nothing to SayThey Never once offered to Work with us or Discount anything at allThey just didn't careThe Heat in that Store was Unbarable We were Sweating and was very hard to BreathAll we wanted what we Saw in their Advertisement at the Price they were Offering it for and they Refused to sell it to usThe Manager even said that they have a lot of Stores .and we said what does that have to do with what we wantHe couldn't give us a Straight answerWe were Givin the Runaround from the Beginning and they did Not try to keep us as their Customers They Just did Not CareWe give them a Zero from 1-5! Paid for a mattress set on September guaranteed within days and no call no show and won’t return my messages to corporate

I received a defected dresser and it was in the box so I didn't know until I realized my drawers didn't fitI just want a new dresser this company told me I should of let them know, how it was still in the box's

I WAS NOT OFFERED A FREE UPGRADE ON A DINNING TABLE SETI WENT INTO AMERICAN FREIGHT AND ASKED IF I COULD PICK OUT ANOTHER TABLE BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT THE SAME THING TO HAPPEN IF I CHOSE THE SAME STYLE TABLEMANAGER AGREED AND AFTER WAITING FOR MINUTES FOR ASSISTANCE, I CHOSE A TABLE THAT WAS $LESS THAN THE ORIGINAL TABLE COSTI ALSO KEPT THE ORIGINAL CHAIRS THEREFORE I DID NOT RECEIVE NEW CHAIRSTHERE WAS NO UPGRADEIT WAS A DOWNGRADEI WAS TOLD THAT THE $WILL BE A STORE CREDIT AND CANNOT BE GIVEN TO ME ANY OTHER WAYSUSAN B*** REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE $CREDITSHE SAID THAT SHE, "I WILL NEVER GIVE YOU THAT CREDIT IN A CHECKYOU WILL HAVE TO USE IT AT THE STORE." ALSO THE DELIVERY DRIVER BROKE MY GARDEN LIGHTS IN FRONT OF MY HOUSEHE OFFERED MY HUSBAND $(TWELVE DOLLARS) CASH TO PAY FOR THE LIGHT. AFTER CALLING ABOUT THE NEW TABLE BEING DAMAGED, MELVIN (AF MANAGER) & JUSTIN (AF MANAGER) DROVE JUSTINS PERSONAL VEHICLE TO MY HOME ON WEDNESDAY 03/28/AT 8:00PM TO BRING ANOTHER TABLEMELVIN AND MY HUSBAND TURNED THE TABLE OVER, I UNSCREWED THE BASE FROM THE TABLE TOPMELVIN AND JUSTIN UNBOXED THE NEW TABLE TOP, BROUGHT IT INSIDE AND I SCREWED THE TABLE BACK TOGETHERMELVIN CONTACTED JOSH (MANAGER) AND OK'D THAT EVERYTHING WAS GOOD TO GOI AGAIN APOLOGIZED TO BOTH MEN AND OFFERED THEN WATERSTHEY PICKED UP ALL OF THE TRASH FROM THE BOX AND LEFT.AMERICAN FREIGHT NEVER NEVER NEVER OFFERED $COMPENSATION AND NEVER OFFERED FREE ASSEMBLE AND NEVER OFFERED FREE DELIVERY. HOWEVER, AMERICAN FREIGHT DID GIVE ME AND MY FAMILY A LOT OF ANGUISH AND UNSATISFACTORYTHE TROUBLE FROM AMERICAN FREIGHT HAS CAUSED ME ANXIETY AND MIGRAINES. ALTHOUGH I CAN SAY, AT SOME POINTS MY ANGER DID GET THE BEST OF ME, BUT I APOLOGIZED TO EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE THAT I SPOKE WITHAMBER, MELVIN AND JUSTIN WERE VERY PATIENT AND HELPFULSUSAN AT THE CORPORATE OFFICE HOWEVER, WAS BY FAR THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON THAT I HAVE EVER COME IN CONTACT WITHI NEVER USED FOWL LANGUAGE TO ANYONE IN THE LOCATION EITHER IN PERSON OR ON THE PHONE.I AM SATISFIED THAT I WAS ABLE TO GET A TABLE THAT WAS NOT BROKENI AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVEDI WILL NOT RECOMMEND AMERICAN FREIGHT TO ANYONE THAT I KNOW. AS A MATTER OF FACT I WOULD DETER THEM FROM EVER GOING THERE. I FEEL THAT THIS RESPONSE FROM AMERICAN FREIGHT IS 100% INCORRECT AND IT WAS NOT REPORTED BY SOMEONE WHO WAS FAMILIAR WITH THE SITUATION.$FOR LIGHT THAT A DRIVER BROKE$FOR MY STORE CREDIT THAT WAS MY MONEY TO BEGIN WITH THIS IS NOT COMPENSATION.I WOULD LIKE A FORMAL APOLOGY LETTER FROM SUSAN BELTRAN FOR THE DISRESPECT THAT SHE GAVE TO MEI AGAIN I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE SHE TREATED MEAND AS A PROFESSIONAL IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE THAT SHE HOLDS A MANAGERIAL POSITION WITH THEY TONE AND ARROGANCE THAT SHE POSSES.

Sofa is very badly built & AmFreight is being very slow in supporting their year warrantyThey did replace the "first" sofa, but, the replacement is worseIt's a recliner & the center cushion is protuding past both footrest with 3/" staples protuding, "I bent them down", to reduce damage to both recliner & personal injuryThey keep giving me a run around for almost months now

*** ***They brought us another set and it wasn't the set we inspected last night the manager has a bad mouth cussing and carrying on so I think we will just get a full refund I've never had any trouble with them until know

I visited the Peachtree Corners, GA location on 6/24/ I needed a bed to be delivered to my son in Blacksburg VA by 7/1/ The rep told me it couldn't be delivered until end of July I explained my son was moving into his new apartment on the 1st and my purchase was dependent on their ability to deliver the furniture by that date or soon after
The rep called the Roanoke store and (according the rep) was informed they had the bed on order and would receive it in the next order They couldn't make the delivery by 7/but would have it delivered no later than 7/ I told them that was still too late and I wanted to check some other stores out before making a decision They discounted the delivery fee in order to get me to make the purchase
As of 7/7, I still hadn't received a call about delivery I called Peachtree Corners and was left on hold so long I hung up When I called back they placed me on hold again I called Roanoke and was told they have no idea wh

American Freight has swapped the sofa out twice for them and just brought back the loveseat yesterday and issued a full refund for it. The loveseat was returned and refunded. Customer has no interest in returning or refunding the sofa

We purchased two couches and some other furniture from American freight in February 2016, when we bought it we purchased a five year warranty on the couches We contacted them in June of about one of our couches that the frame seems to be broke and I accidentally burnt a hole in it which our insurance covers rips,burns or and damageAmerican Freight put us through to the third party insurance company which helped us as far as they could and told us we have to go through the store and speak with the insurance specialist Which now we have sent many emails and called plenty of times and everytine the guy is not there or on vacation and never comes to a solution We contacted them about two weeks ago and said we have waited long enough and we are about to go through the better business buroughThey emailed back and said they will contact there factory to send us a replacement couch and then contact us back We still have not heard anything back

This customer became elevated because he could not get his mattress for $49.00. He developed an attitude and became increasingly disrespectful and noticeably aggressive! His behavior was so frightening our staff ask him to leave! American Freight gave this customer a $
mattress for $98. American Freight's security cameras were studied by our security AND SHOW NO SHOVING, NO SNATCHING OF PAPERWORK BY OUR EMPLOYEES. In fact this complaint is filled by elevated non factual accounts that have been heightened all due to the fact that customer could not get his mattress for $49.00.This customers radical behavior will not be tolerated by American Freight ESPECIALLY IN OUR STORE and we will no longer due business with *** ***!!

I put $down in cash to hold an item but then I found out that I don't need the item and less than 24hrs I go back to get my refund and they say I have to wait two weeks for a check and that policy isn't printed any where in the store or on the receipt I was provided with I called the cooperate office and spoke with Belinda that gave me Doug T*** the VP number ###-###-#### to Call about a cash refund he approved the refund but the Customer service Rep Marco said they didn't have $I'm the store as of 1140am on Wed 03/28/to give to me .I had to sit around and wait until they had it .I saw with my own eyes two transactions and I know they have the money he's just trying to make me wait .Because I wanted my money back
