What was explained to *** was that on our Website it states "MATTRESSES SOLD IN SETS ONLYPHOTOS ARE FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES ONLY". She claims its not on there. We have all tried to explain this to her but to no avail. We have asked her TO CALL US BACK WHEN SHE HAS CALMED DOWN
BECAUSE OF THE FOULNESS SHE USES EVERYTIME SHE CALLS AND SPEAKS TO US ALL....EXAMPLE "AS MANAGER" in her statement provided here PLEASE ADVISE TO THIS CUSTOMER: "MATTRESSES SOLD IN SETS ONLYPHOTOS ARE FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES ONLY"

this store is the worst furniture store I have ever been in the service is poor they took a payment from me which I was told it would secure my furniture once they had received it in there warehouse when I called to see if it had came in they told me it was sold and my refund will take 14-days for them to cut me a check when I paid with cash poor customer service beware this place is bad business

We purchased two couches and some other furniture from American freight in February 2016, when we bought it we purchased a five year warranty on the couches We contacted them in June of about one of our couches that the frame seems to be broke and I accidentally burnt a hole in it which our insurance covers rips,burns or and damageAmerican Freight put us through to the third party insurance company which helped us as far as they could and told us we have to go through the store and speak with the insurance specialist Which now we have sent many emails and called plenty of times and everytine the guy is not there or on vacation and never comes to a solution We contacted them about two weeks ago and said we have waited long enough and we are about to go through the better business buroughThey emailed back and said they will contact there factory to send us a replacement couch and then contact us back We still have not heard anything back
