April 14th or 15th me and my wife went to American Freight located in Pensacola FL( mobile Hwy) and spent over dollars cash on new furniture for our new homeWe purchased furniture protection plans on all the items we purchasedWe less than a month later the living room chair was coming apart at the seamsWe called and reported this issue the beginning of MayThey made us send in photos and told us it would be about weeks before it was replacedIt's now August 1st and nothing has happenedWe have called home over and over and where told they could do nothing at the momentWe asked for a refund or a replaced chair because we have had family here for the 4th of July and my wife's birthday gathering is Aug5thIt's very embarrassing We called the home office and where given a regional manager number in which we have called and left over messagesNobody has returned one! We are tired of the run around and want either a new chair or our money!

I brought a sofa & love seat set from this company on 3/28/ Upon purchasing it, I was talked into purchasing their guardian value plan that guarantees repair on fabric, leather/vinyl, wood & hard surface for years after purchase Today, November 17, 2016, I filed a claim because the wood on the arm on my sofa/love seat is starting to sink down, I have a rip on the love seat, & stains that I was told at the time of purchase, my guardian value plan would cover Well I was told today that the warranty only applies to fabric only There is no way on God's green earth, I would have paid $for a warranty that only covers fabric I only had this set for year & it's already breaking down on me & now, I find out that my warranty isn't worth the money I paid for it So I am a unhappy customer because I feel I was lied to to purchase this warranty plan that really doesn't cover anything

We purchased a mattress from American freight July 1st, Now we have come to realize that our mattress came with bed bugsWe have had to now pay an exterminator $to treat our house for bugs and American freight is refusing to take this mattress that has a warranty backOr at least refund us the money we paid for the mattressThey haul old beds and furniture away in the same truck they use to bring the new beds and furniture inThis has to be a health code violation it’s disgusting

Paid for a mattress set on September guaranteed within days and no call no show and won’t return my messages to corporate

I am rejecting this response because: a credit does not satisfy the treatment I received from this companyThey sold my couch after I bought accessories for this
furniture that cost more than they offeredThis is poor customer serviceLet alone the other complaints they have against themThey should not be allowed to operateI have the original layaway order and the second one they rigged up to cover up my original orderI need a better offer to relieve the pain and suffering I receivedI am years old and have never been treated so badly by a businessAnd they say I still owe them They owe me!Regards,

My wife and I bought a $sofa set from American FreightWe called the store in late May and they told us that all furniture in their store was MANUFACTURED IN THE US The sales repalso told us this informationWe bought a "Standard" sofa set and when it was delivered the boxes were very clearly marked MADE IN CHINA
The company LIED to make the saleThe furniture is not holding up well and it is only month old

Purchase the mattress on June 29, from the beginning they give me the wrong mattress I paid for a beauty rest and they give me a Excelsior Queen mattress the coouple night & lay on it, it was laid in note an a the bed make noise when you turn on itIn the morning when you get up the same place you laid their is a hole in there I call several time no one give me a good answer they keep giving me the run around and no good answer I need my money back will not buy nothing more from themSo disappointment not a good sale & business place

On Jul 2016, I purchased two pieces of furniture from American Freight Furniture and Mattress store, located in North Charleston, SC and our salesman was Randy We purchased the a Flannel Espresso sectional couch (pieces - Corner 3810LSFFE, Cuddler 3815RSFFE, and Loveseat 3822ALFE) along with a Gazette Basil recliner (AF7409) At the time of purchase, we did not have a home yet as we had just moved to the Charleston, SC area from the DC Metro area Randy assured us that once we found a home, please contact their store to setup delivery of the furniture, which we did The day of the delivery, I called the store as the driver had not arrived at the specify time The lady on the phone seemed put out to have to even talk with me Thankfully the furniture did arrive and the delivery driver and his helper set the furniture up The delivery driver noted a hole on one of the sections of the couch He made noted of it, I snapped a photo, and he said he would notify the store of the

THIS PLACE HAS BED BUGS!!! I put some furniture on layaway I put hundred and fifty down then I when back in a couple of weeks and I paid it it off and at the time he told me I can't pick it up because there was a problem in the computer and I had to give them days to get the furniture, I gave him days and counting and still no furniture or money, nobody will talk to me about giving me my money back

We bought the mattress and box springs back, we were going to refund but customer did a charge back for the whole ticket. American Freight will accept the charge back for item not received. Credit Card service has been informed of the furniture customer still/has in her

They called me a week before I wanted my stuff delivered set up a delivery date, the day before my delivery they called and told me my dresser was not in, I asked if would have to pay two delivery fees if I got my order in two shipments they told me that I would not have to pay two feesSo I had my bed delivered I called and asked about my dresser and they told me they were trying to get it from another storeSo I called back a few days later and everyone in the store acted like I was stupid and told me they can't transfer store to storeSo I asked when my dresser would be in they told me in a few daysWell a month later my dresser is in and now they are wanting me to pay another delivery feeI tried contacting the corporate office they don't call me back I called the regional manager of the store and she doesn't get back toI just want to get this resolved

have bought all of my items from the store from the past years I go to use one of my warrantees they will not honor itI have tried to call and submit claims for the past two years I even had proof in my email stating so they told me they have never had a claim from methey were very rude very unacceptable experience I have been tossed back-and-forth for the last year over this finally I called corporate and they called me a liars told me I made the whole thing up, said I never purchased the warranty and hung up on me! My bed is sagging, the fabric is tearing apart, inside of the mattress were dead bugs (who knows what kind) very poor furniture so now I purchased this warranty and nothing can be done what a waste of $500, how does my warrenty just disappear?
