We just purchased our mattress on August 6, from your Pittsburgh - (Store #23)We also got the mattress cover for $which guarantees a full year warrantyThe mattress is already sinking on both sides of the bedIt has a hump in the middle of the bedWe sent two emails (8/and 8/19) with pictures requesting a refundNo responseAug we go to the store for info and speak to two managersWe are told they "we're gonna get back but hadn't had a chance." I purchased a set of couches from their store in Sanford, FLThe long couch had a broken frameIt is almost ripping through the back of the couchWhen I contacted the Sanford store, they told me I would have to wait at least weeks for the corporate office to contact themI was also told that I would have to pay the delivery feeI waited over weeksAfter many calls, I was told that they finally heard from the corporate office They said it was ok to replace my couchAll of this has been going on since November....and STILL NO COUCH!! I contacted the corporate office to tell them how I did not agree with having to pay a delivery feeThe manager of the Sanford store called meAfter much discussion, he agreed that I would not have to pay a delivery feeWeeks later, I am STILL waiting for the new couch to be delivered

purchased a mattress on 11/5/ for $and the price was advertised as eachbox spring and mattress for Salesperson said it was for Queen only and we needed King Mattress onlyOn 11/6/we went on website and price was each for kingWe contacted J.T who said he was a manager and ask for refund since it WAS for kingHe said it was for each piece pricing box spring at since it has separate parts to itThis is very deceptive because you cant use half of a box spring for a mattressMark said 1/of box spring is and the other half is then and only then is the mattress That's like selling mattress for price but saying stuffing and springs to make mattress is additional priceThey should not be able to advertise falsely or bait and switch I should be refunded $because and is I paid

To be told that delivery takes place from from 1-4pm4:I placed the second call to inquire about my furniture; but this time to be told that I was told by Female sale lady that refused to give me her name when asked, that "my delivery was pushed back due to you not answering the phone when I called you at 8:am ." I first contacted American Freight yesterday (March 16th, 2017)afternoon and some with Wesley on the phone in regards to me seeking mattress encasements for my king size bed and boxspringI specifically requested an encasement with full coverage of matress and box springs to which he responded that they indeed had them in stock and quoted the price for the king size as and two twin size (I only received king size, queen size (which I didn't ask for) and twin size mattress covers that did NOT ENCASE MY MATTRESS )eachI went to the store to purchase the items as I requested in good faith that they were the specific products I asked forUpon returning home I realized they weren't what I had asked for at all they were merely covers which were not what I had asked forI attempted to get a refund today March 17, to which I was made to wait to even speak to the manager Eric for minutes just for him to tell me all sales are final and the best he could do is give

I purchased a King mattress, Sofa and Love seat in AprilWe were told we were buying a brand new set from the backWhen we finally got it to our home ( delivery was a nightmare and took a long time) we realized we had received a floor model couch with a broken back and multiple holesThe drivers told us to call American Freight the next day and that they could not do anythingWhen we called they told us we would get a new set and we would not have to pay another $delivery chargeWe have called almost every day for over a monthWe have been given so many promises, excuses and stories and we have remained very patientThey never call us back when they promise they willWe wait at home all day (like today for instance) because we are promised a delivery and it never comesHorrible treatment of customers who paid good cash money for nothing

They will be receiving today!! American Freight apologizes for this inconvenienceOur delivery crew was fired and it took some time to re-hire

On Saturday October 27, we visited American Freight to make a furniture purchase I schedule delivery for the next day Sunday I paid for all of my furniture in full and was told that delivery would cost $in cash to given to the delivery guys On Sunday I paid the delivery guys and they tried getting my furniture into the house and it turns out that the furniture did not fit I was then told I would have go back to American Freight and select furniture that would fit the delivery guys measured the entrance and assured me that the next furniture I select would fit into the home The following day Monday I went to American Freight and was showed the furniture I was able to select from so I selected from the selection that I was shown and told that would fit through the entrance On Tuesday the delivery guys arrived and I was charged a second fee for the delivery of $in cash however the furniture did not fit through the entrance I told the delivery guys the furniture

I purchased an extended warranty though the store to cover any accidental damage to the furnitureWhen I filed a a claim it was deniedWhen I called the store to ask about the warranties they sell the salesperson I first spoke with was not helpful and told me to call the next day to speak with the managerThe manager (Brock) was rude and disrespectful to me as a customer with a legitimate problem He in no way tried to help me resolve the issueI believe that the warranties this company sells are fraudulent and are never paid due to some technicality not named in the contract

My husband and I purchased a Carlton by Stewart and Hamilton When we received the mattress you could clearly tell that there was a large lump in the middle of the mattress Then one laying on the mattress one side is extremely firm and the other side extremely soft So soft that you feel like you are going to fall off of the mattress I have called and spoken with American Freight and they will not refund the money and was asked to take picture of the mattress with a broom handle laying on top of it so they can see if there is an issue We were then told that once the pictures were received by management and American Freight they would then send off the pictures and paperwork asking for a replacement mattress I feel as though this mattress should have never been given to any customer and then I have to wait 2-weeks for the manufacturer to tell me if I get a replacement when they have $of my money And on top of that sleeping on a terrible mattress for the next 2-weeks Not happy with the outcome on American Freight side or Stewart and Hamilton which are the manufacturer

American Freight sent our people to fix her love seat and customer is satisfied

Ive been shopping around for furniture in Rockford this being my first purchase for all new furniture for myself so Ive been to quite a few stores and back and forth a few times but I ended up at American Freight in Loves Park where I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was asked my needs but I was just doing homework for my new furniture and I really just wanted to check prices which were definitely in my budget I felt no pressure to buy like I did at a few other places ive been to I actually found my new couch set kitchen table and new queen size mattress I really enjoyed my experience there all the employees seemed really fun and had a good time with me im just glad they were patient with me this was a big first time purchase for me I definitely recommend them thank you guys

After almost six weeks of waiting, speaking to the regional manager a few times, calling every store near me, after being quoted three weeks for delivery after purchase, I'm done Three thousand dollars was spent on total, and we still have not one piece of our five piece King bed set, or our mattress I'm *** There has been next to NOTHING for communication, when I've reached out to the regional manager Cana, she gave me some half *** voicemail in return, I've been sent in a wild goose chase to even find this woman Plenty of friends and even strangers are now aware of the *** service that American Freight has to offer to anyone who actually makes them moneyAnd I am not the oneAlready done a review on their page with much more detail, but I'm sure it won't make it to the public because there's literally proof of my communication to them with nothing in return So Have fun getting out of the hot water on this one, American Freight Many people in Delaware and Dublin have changed their minds on the business they will be choosing to finish their homes

In May I went in to the business and purchased almost $worth of furnitureI am a very large woman so I made them check weight ratings on everything that I would be sitting onEverything was supposed to have a weight rating of lbsI purchased a couch, kitchen dining room suite and some other minor piecesThe kitchen table and chairs could not be sit in because they wobbledThey delivered another set the following week and that's when I showed them that the couch was broken, within a week of purchasing it Within a week of getting the second kitchen set one of the chairs collapsed with me in it! I was stuck on the ground for two hours before someone came to help Within another week a second, of four, chairs collapsed under my lb husband, cutting his legI called weekly trying to get everything repaired and it wasn't until September when someone came to look at the couchHe said it would have to be replaced but warranty would cover it and said that my new couch

Upon purchase of furniture, I was given a contract stating that delivery fee was $60, to be paid in cash upon arrival On their way to delivery my furniture, they called me and stated that the price was now $ The only justification I was given when I called to resolve the problem was that the salesperson who did this was "new." I was refused my request for the additional $to be refunded to me

I have been contacted by different regional
managers Both have told me that we should be able to resolve my issue and get me a new couch However, since they are both indicating they are not the appropriate regional manager, I am still waiting to hear from the appropriate regional manager I would like to keep this complain open until I get it resolved

This customer was not told by our store ANY "bad information", we know AND ARE TRAINED TO KNOW that's not how this warranty works!! If this customer and her husband wanted to know ANYTHING AT ALL about the warranty why did they not read the paperwork in the warranty packet--there for customers to understand the warranty!! Our store claims the husband called Guardian first and Guardian told them to clean stain first NOT OUR STORE, than husband called Guardian back and Guardian denied the claim. American Freight holds an A- as our rating....WHY WOULD WE EVER WANT TO FABRICATE ANYTHING TO CUSTOMER, THEY ARE WHAT KEEPS US IN BUISNESS!

Customer needs to re read her receipt.....third paragraph: ALL SALES ARE FINAL This customer does not have to be replaced with the same item but can reselect to another design. This customer will not be refunded!
