I purchased a sectional couch at American Freight and Mattress on April 8, Two months later one of the springs on the couch snapped and no longer structurally supports the people sitting on the couchIt's uncomfortable and it continues to wear out over timeI didn't think the issue was that big of a deal at first but over time it got worse and eventually I reported it to American Freight on June 15, under my warranty that I paid an additional $forThe total cost of the sectional was $including the year warranty which, according to the agreement is supposed to cover any structural damages to the couchThey said to give it two weeks for corporate to review my claim and get back to meHowever it's been over a month and I haven't received any calls or emails referring to my situationLast weekend I bought a new couch from another store and got rid of the old oneI still have pictures of the old one I can provideHowever I shouldn't have had to buy a new couc

Yes my name is *** *** writing a complaint on American freight furniture fuon on the 9-2-I purchased two bedroom sets of the same ones bedroom sets that I haven't received the long dresses that you put your mirror on I have called numerous of times talking to the store manager and corporate about getting my money back and letting me pick something else from the floor of the same price but they didn't want to work it out that way I ask them for the inconvenience can I just pick something that was already in the store because from my point of view they told me that the furniture that I paid for and for that they had it in the store but still waiting 3month for my dresser that I paid for and I still haven't receive my furniture them I know that I had to send back furniture that don't be long to what paid for something wrong with it or it didn't match up so I feel that they got over on me on my furniture and my money and I'm asking for help on this case and resolving it

I bought furniture on 2/26/ Once it was delivered and opened, I noticed a few small tears in it already, it is very cheaply made I looked on my paper work to see what the return policy is, and it says that a receipt is needed for a return and refund I called the store and they told me that all says are final and that my items can not be returned I explained that It doesn't say that on their website , nor on my paper work He told me that there is a sign behind the desk, which I did not see I haven't even had this furniture for hours, I have the full receipt and according to their website and my paper work, I should be able to return this and recieve a full refund

My husband and I purchased a pc sectional sofa from American Freight in *** ** for $plus $for the Guardian Value year insplan on 02/24/ Soon after receiving it we noticed there was a manufacturing flaw in the one section in between where the back of the bottom seat cushions meet the bottom of the back rest cushionsIts kind of hard to explain but I did contact the inscompany and the store with photos and they said they would take care of it and that we will hear from themThat the inscodid approve it and still no wordWell we call numerous times with no resultsI want to exchange this set for something else but they also said I would have to pay another $delivery and pick up fee which I dont think I should have to pay again for shoddy workmanship of their merchandiseI believe they should waive this fee 100%

Started off I went in to the store helped by a man named ray ..looked around didn't have the couch in stock.so as me and my husband were leaving we we're approached by a new man the was at the deck and he bullied me in to a couch .so we purchased it and asked do you work on commission he replied now so we were in the paring lot and talked to a manger and ask the same thing he told me yes and the he would make sure that the man that helped me in the beginning would get it.I was lied tothat I now have waited for now weeks .so I had called and was rudely told that they cant deliver something that isn't there!As I explained that I now have no couch and family in town he told me to pretty much tell the family to come a different dayAnd I would have to come in for my money back

Went to the store to get a mattress setBefore we went my wife called and confirmed that they did have the set we wanted at the price advertisedIt’s a minute drive for me so I wanted to make sure they had the set we wantedMy wife called one more time and spoke with a different person and they confirmed they had the setUpon arrival they immediately knew who we wereThey then told us what direction to go to get itminutes of looking for the sales guy shows up and says that they don’t have itMy wife says we just talked about this on the phone and you said you had the setHis reply was “let me get my manager”He left and came back with the stock lady.(not the manager) she then says we can sell you this set right here(This set was triple the price of the set we wanted)The lady was very rude about the whole situation and presses us to buy the more expensive setWe bought nothing from them and never will

I brought a sofa & love seat set from this company on 3/28/ Upon purchasing it, I was talked into purchasing their guardian value plan that guarantees repair on fabric, leather/vinyl, wood & hard surface for years after purchase Today, November 17, 2016, I filed a claim because the wood on the arm on my sofa/love seat is starting to sink down, I have a rip on the love seat, & stains that I was told at the time of purchase, my guardian value plan would cover Well I was told today that the warranty only applies to fabric only There is no way on God's green earth, I would have paid $for a warranty that only covers fabric I only had this set for year & it's already breaking down on me & now, I find out that my warranty isn't worth the money I paid for it So I am a unhappy customer because I feel I was lied to to purchase this warranty plan that really doesn't cover anything

When you walk into American Freight there is a big sign that says "same day delivery", there's signs all over that says thatThe bedroom furniture I have I only brought it because the salesmen claimed he went to go check and see if they had it in the backHe comes back and tells me he has the whole set and once we paid they would load it up and deliver it to my houseWhen pay then another salesman says that two pieces weren't in the store and they had to go to NashvilleSo we called everyday for over a week asking about the furnitureSome days they didn't answer then some days they told us they had the pieces they were going to be delivered but they never came or called to let us know! My experience was horrible and I will not be shopping there againWe relieved out pieces July 30,around 9:40pm after a week of being lied about where the furniture was and when we would get it! They should not advertise same day delivery and we have to wait weeks to get it! I'm still missing

I purchased a bed from American Freight in April On Friday August 11, my year old daughter put her hand on the headboard to put her shoe on and the headboard cracked and brokeI was advised to call manufacturer (American Furniture Company) about this issue, however all phone numbers for that co.pany are no longer in serviceI believe American Freight should be responsible for replacing the item that they sold me if the manufacturer is not longer in businessThis break is clearly due to poor craftsmanship not abuse tonthe furniture

After speaking with the store and following up with Julie about the warranty going on for this customer. The warranty was denied due to insufficient pictures to support their claim. The customer never supplied new pictures for the claim. While speaking with the store the customer
actually came into the store. He stated that the mattress doesn't sag at all unless sitting on the mattress. This customer purchased an Iframe, we have advised the customer to bring the Iframe back to us, and we will give them the free upgrade to the ICS-frame at no charge to the customer. This is a heavy duty option with a middle support brace that should eliminate their issue. We will also swap out the customers mattress as well to eliminate all aspects of this customer having issues with their bed so there is no more back and forth or future issues arisingCustomer was satisfied with this resolution and should be taken care of today

I received my furniture from this store with a missing black chair which was placed in their layaway however when I went back to find what happen to my chair I was told by the store manger a man came in cancelled the chair(I signed the contract), no one called me to tell me of the change The manger Thomas then went on to say the chair had been discontinued (again no call ) to inform so I could find another chair or get a refundthe manger said as first the chair was not on my contracts however I still had my original contract which shows different information from contract redone 11-8-2016.I will never purchase anything from them again and will advise everyone "Buyer Aware"

I visited this store on 9/23/2017, I purchased a bed set for my daughterIt was a pink set with diamondsI purchased the set and I selected to have self pick upWhen my truck arrived they stated that they had RESOLD my item because the worker did not remove the tag and the family the sold it to did not want to take it off of their truckI was told there was nothing they could do, I tried to call the police and the manager allowed the other family to leave with the setIt was the last set and there were no othersI screamed in horror and I begin to demand answersThe manager was nonchalant and unresponsiveI finally called the district rep *** who allowed me to pick another bed setI left feeling frustrated, undervalued and discouraged that my money and purchase was not valuedMy daughter cried about the set and I feel just horrible as a parent because this company did this to our family
