Purchased bedroom suite and the foot board of ned frame broke have contacted them several times regarding this very unprofessional no custmer service skillsManager at store and also genetal managerAlso contacted their corporate office no responseThey have to contact warranty company through email which custmer do not have a direct line to warranty company to contact themselvesWhich is bad businessThey are worried aboutto much about getting their sales and not the customers that have purchased items through them multiple itemsNeedless to say it's been over a month now and I still have no resolution to thisCurrently my bed is on floor in my living room since have no other means of a bed

I purchased a bed from American Freight in April On Friday August 11, my year old daughter put her hand on the headboard to put her shoe on and the headboard cracked and brokeI was advised to call manufacturer (American Furniture Company) about this issue, however all phone numbers for that co.pany are no longer in serviceI believe American Freight should be responsible for replacing the item that they sold me if the manufacturer is not longer in businessThis break is clearly due to poor craftsmanship not abuse tonthe furniture

On local advertisement the company claimed to have piece living room sets available, get to the store and no such thingWhen asked about the ad that was run, the reply was sorry, we don't have any in stock and there is option available, but you don't select you choiceI left irritated that I had driven almost an hour for ADVERTISEMENT!

I started a laway with this company in February the total came to 2,dollars I put down a deposit of down on my laway after speaking to a few people I know purchase furniture from American Freight I realize well maybe I will go else so I called this *** location to ask for my money they explain to me that they had a day policy after days you can't get your money back you can only use store credit So this left me with dollar store credit which the store associate said it can be used anytime I get ready so I go to this *** location on the 3rd of July to use my store credit and I was told from the store manager Brook that they have me using my store credit in *** ** on June the which I explain to them I did not do this at all If that is the case why am I here now I call dough which is suppose to be corporate store he not helping me either when I'm telling both parties it was not me at all I showed them my Identification my debi

I went into the Boardman location on 5-2-18, to purchase a furniture setI was told by the manager in the store that the set I was interested in was not in stock, it was on back order but it would be available for reorder on 5-15-I went back into the store on 5-15-to order the set, I explained that I wanted to use the financing option to pay for the purchase I spoke to Tim and Terry which did the transaction, and they said that they would give the order to the manager the next day and he would place the orderThey told me when the order came in we would complete the financing optionThey also called another Co-worker, Keilan over to confirm what they had told meTim told me to put $down, and told Terry to add in the comments that the $would be refundable at any timeI called to check on the order and when I was told the order was not placed because the balance was not paid, I explained to them what I was told and the person on the phone told me I was told incorrec

This letter is to notify you on 2/17/about a problem I am having with the LSF Corner Sofa Flannel Espresso that I bought at your North Memorial Parkway location on 2/12/
I am dissatisfied with your service because the sofa was promised to be delivered on Sunday, February 14th, I was originally offered to have the product delivered to me on that Friday, February but the sales rep did not have an estimated time could be delivered so my wife asked for it to be delivered on the following Sunday(2/14/1016)Granted, I know this was a busy weekend but I received no communication, none whatsoever about est arrival time, canceling delivery or a reschedulingI had to call to verify if the delivery could be made but no one could give an answerThis happened again the following dayA promise was made to have the product delivered on Monday 2/15/

Over a month ago I purchased furniture from American Freight and they had to get my sofa brought over from another store location The furniture wasn't delivered on the day it was supposed to be Over a month ago they finally delivered the sofa and it was damagedI was told to go ahead and use the sofa as they had on order and once one came in they would swap it outI finally got a phone call on Sat 3-telling me the sofa was in and scheduled delivery for Tues 3-On 3-at 6:30pm when the sofa hadn't been delivered yet I called the delivery person and they said "oh the store was supposed to call youThe new sofa was damaged worse than the original one." I called the store and was told the store manager or the regional manager would be calling me no later than Wed3/It is now 3/and I still haven't heard from anyone American Freight has the worst customer service I have ever had

We purchased our couch from American freight and were talked into purchasing the year warranty because we have children and animals, we were assured that in the event of a issue our warranty would be honored, it has been months and months I have emailed twice and called the store and they keep directing me to email corporate which I have done and at this point I am sick of doing someone else’s job I just want our warranty that we paid good money for honored, there’s splits in our couch cushions that we spent almost $on and is barely a year oldwe were promised how much they care do for customers and honored these warranty’s but when it Comes time to file a claim they are no where to be foundI don’t appreciate it one but m, if I spend good money somewhere I expect to have better serviceI can’t afford to buy a whole new couch as this was the point of the warranty purchase

On March 20, my husband and I went to American Freight in Montgomery, Alabama to purchase a mattress set We looked at the American Freight website and decided on a mattress set that was listed as $each piece(full size) on saleWhen we arrived we asked to see the set that we had seen onlineWe were shown a yellow piece of foam that we declinedWe were then shown other mattresses When I told the salesman the one we were looking at was the one online, I was informed that this was not the same item, the first foam pad was the sale itemWe purchased the mattress setWhile my husband paid for the items, I excused myself and waited for him to sign off on the piWhen we got home I looked at the itemized receipt and to my surprise...we had purchased the mattress set that was online for $each piece (same item number as the set online) but we were charged $for the mattress and $for the foundation (and were given a "courtesy" adjustment of $25)All total we paid

My wife and I bought a $sofa set from American FreightWe called the store in late May and they told us that all furniture in their store was MANUFACTURED IN THE US The sales repalso told us this informationWe bought a "Standard" sofa set and when it was delivered the boxes were very clearly marked MADE IN CHINA

We first purchased a sectional from American Freight in We paid an extra $to have it delivered to us Upon delivery, we noticed that there was a tear at the back of the sectional We went back to have it exchanged but the one we purchased wasn't in stock We chose a different sectional that was in stock, and cheaper We decided to purchase the warranty that comes with it Manager informed us that it covers all accidents (pets, etc.) We were told that WE had to pay for delivery for the first one to be returned and the new one to be brought to us We thought it was pretty stupid, but agreed because we desperately needed the couch
The first time we put in a claim was just replacing a couple of the cushions as the material had been coming apart LESS than a year later It took two weeks before we decided to call and get an update They told us that it was approved and we could come in to get the cushions If we hadn't called, I don't think anyone would have informe
