My mattress acquired from America Freight does not last more than six months before it sags and causes pain and back problemsSix months on the dotSince purchasing the mattress December of I have had three, and now the third has gone badThey come with a ten year warranty but getting the warranty last time was very difficultI emailed the store manager of the store I purchased from in Ohio about it, asking how to resolve since I had moved from Ohio to Michigan and could not return to the same storeI got no response, even after sending two more emailsI then emailed the customer service line and got what seemed like a standard-issue response claiming they would look into itTwo weeks later I emailed again when I received no responseI got a phone number for a district manager, and my first call with her pretty much blamed me for moving from Ohio to Michigan, and there was nothing they could do to make this easierShe would look into allowing me to pick up a new mattress

My husband and I went to Amercan Freight Tuesday evening and purchased a sectional couch for $plus tax and it was advertised that they will do same day delivery if the product was in stockWe assured that the couch was in stock due to the fact we wanted the couch that dayWe made the purchase and leftThe couch didn't come that nightWe called the next morning to find that "they didn't have time" to deliever our couch, and didn't care that they advertised same day delivery and that we didn't receive it, but assured it would be there that dayThe couch came that night, but the movers scratched our hardwood floors, bent and tore our door frame, and not to mention tore three tears our new couch over a half a foot long eachWe told the movers and they assured we would get a new one the following dayIt never cameIt is now day two of the promised new couch and they still haven't delivered itWhen we called to check what is going on they said "I wasn't here so I didn't do it,"

In September of 2015, I experienced an issue with my sofa where one of the pieces sprung out of place and is now out of place, threatening to rip a hole in my sofaI contacted the American Freight location where I purchased the sofa and I spoke to the manager at the time by the name of Bruce M***I explained the situation and he walked me through the process of initiating a warranty claimI submitted photos of the issue on 9/8/and on 9/13/15, I was advised that the claim has been sent in and the process take about weeks
In late November, I had not heard anything from the company, so I reached out and spoke to MrW***, who is currently the new manager at the Norcross locationI was advised that my claim was not properly handled prior to the previous manager's departure and that I would need to re-initiate the claimI re-submitted my claim on 11/27/and I was advised of a day turnaround at that time by MrW***
I reached out to the Norcross location on 1/2/

I paid over $to American freight for a bedroom suite and queen mattress set and twin mattress set I called weeks prior to paying off my furniture as I was told to do by the employees so my furniture was in stockI paid off my furniture Feb2016, it is now May 2016, and I still do not have any pieces of my furnitureThe local store tells me it will be another month to months, and when I called the corporate # ###-###-#### I spoke with a Susan who continually spoke to me as a child and then hung up on me, when I called back again the same Susan answered, refused to let me speak to anyone above her and said she wasn't going to do business with me and hung up againSo now this company has $of mine they have basically stolen and I have no product that I paid for

I came to buy mattress in Sanford Jorge Andrew and moe was great , and they gave me a good deal! The people here are really nice.????

n anticipation of the warranty claim being approved American Freight would be happy to authorize an immediate warranty exchange, but it is a manufacturer's warranty, so a refund is not an option. We are sorry for the inconvenience of the long warranty claim process

In April this year I put a sectional on layaway at the *** ** store, I called my payments in over the phone because I live an hour away from this location, at the end of July I called to pay my last payment, at that time I was told by the manager of the store to "hold off on that last payment" they no longer had that sectional in stock and to come down to pick something else and even if it was more money he would "eat the price" for the inconvenience , well I have been visiting their website frequently to try and find something else I like and they do not have anything else that I like so I went to the store in *** last night to discuss this with the store manager Sam, only to find out he has since been fired for stealingFor example taking peoples payments and not giving them a receipt and keeping the money! So anyway I was told I could not have a refund only store credit and to just keep checking back for something I likeOn my receipt it states "if the merchandise is not available within four week period, you will be entitled to a FULL refund or ALL LAYAWAY PAYMENTS" I am going back to the store today with my husband and getting my money back! After reading reviews on here about bedbugs and people having so many problems with this place I do not want anything from this place except my money!!

We visited the store on Sunday 6-3-at approx1pmOur mission was to try to locate a ottoman that came close to matching existing furnitureAs we walked through the area there were two smaller ottomans sitting beside a post and clearly marked $99.00each, tags were attachedThe salesperson came over and we advise him we might want one of those but wanted to look at the rest of the itemsWhen we went to the counter to purchase the $ottoman, the salesperson started keying in stuff and then oh its priced wrong, the price tags are attached to the ottomansHe then says that the correct price is $198.00, he said that was a old sign from a sale awhile ago, this is nothing but a bait and switch operation

I spoke with this gentleman on 1/12/I listened to this customers concerns and while talking to him he made several statements to meHe understood that there were less expensive mattresses available that would have been within the budget he allowed himself. He stated it didnt matter the
price of that matters, it was the one he fell in love with and its the one he had to have. He said the mattress is worth every bit of the price he paid for it and he accepted the pricing which is why he paid and accepted deliveryI advised this customer of the notices listed on the website for mattresses and how they're priced, and he awknowledged they were there and understands but still feels they are deceptive and that he is entitled to receive the bed he purchased for the pricing he saw onlineI advised the customer that it was not an option. He could either keep the bed he purchased or bring the mattress back for a full refund. He said he was happy with the mattress, didn't want to return it. But wanted me to make sure I spoke with whoever about how deceptive he felt the pricing is listed in our advertisements. SEE BELOW!! We purchased brand new sofa and love seat in early November of as well as purchased the extended warranty plannot even a month went by and the recliner on the love seat broke, I called right away and told them what happened and they asked me to send them picturesI instantly emailed them pictures and they told me it would be a couple weeks and I would have my new pieceI called them in the middle of Dec and was given some excuse that corporate had to approve that it would be a few more weeks so I waited and never heard anything back from the companyI called them again and the manager said I am getting you a new piece it will be in in a couple days I waited for two weeks to hear back and nothing so I called and got a story oh the wrong piece came in but if you want we can give you another new couch for the same price or I could have the used loveseat off the floor that different other customers have sat inI said no I paid for the set I want the set and I want new like

I Don't agree with there response because the web site said a per pieice at $it does not say anything that a thin mattress that thin will be $dollars like they were trying to charge me and my spouse as yet corporate still has refuse to contact me in this matter like they said they were wonder why they are guilty as call Revdex.com it is a shame that business like this is trying to take advantage of people and I think
