On 4/23/I purchased a bed frameWe moved into a new apartmentWe took it out of the box on may 19, We slept on that night and noticed that the bed was saggingWe removed the mattress and founf out that the frame was brokenWe called american freight and was told that they would not refund our moneyWe never asked for the moneyAll we wanted was to exchange it According to the receipt there id no day policy written on the receipt Plus, it had not been daysThis place is a rip offCould you please investigate this matter and see if we could get a refund or a new non broken bed frame

If you go to their website and type into the search engine queen size mattress scroll down to the ones that say at this time they were $ POSTURE PLUS QUEEN MATTRESS there's a picture there that looks like a regular real mattress but when I went into the store to find this fabulous mattress and box springs for $each piece I find a mattress that looks like it belongs on a cot not in my bedroom It's faults advertisement plan and simpleOf course if they put a picture of the real cot mattress on their website no one would come in and buy anything Thank you for your timeI appreciate itI really can't see with things like this how they could have an A+ from the Revdex.com

I bought a bed from them for my vacation home on the third time sleeping on it with be and my husband it fell in on us while we was sleeping in the middle of the night the supports broke holding the mattress up ( we are not heavy people ) , I took pictures and showed them what happen they said that the bed had been discontinued so they would fix it with the parts they had because they had a lot of them they send they third party person out who took the bed a part and the left saying he'd be back never Heard from them so finally call they said the guy said we jumped up and down on the bed why would adults jump up and down on a $bed now they say there's nothing they will do and keep giving us the run around this is clearly a low quilality bed or was put together wrong by them we had to pay $only in cash for them to put it together , this is dangerous and we could of been seriously hurt I'm in my 50's and have never had something like this happen

The company called me and said I can come in and get a new mattressI don't have to bring the old one backMy complaint is resolved

All our sales are final, there can be no refunds
After examining the dresser we will replace itWe have ordered a new and it will take about weeks to get it inThis customer will be called when it comes in to our ware

How long is this legal to keep going?

American Freight has investigated this complaint. After two months of sleeping on this mattress customer wanted to return it and be replaced. We explained to this customer our sales are final which is also written on his receipt, especially on a mattresses! We cannot have a
customer tryout out a mattress and after months of sleeping on them decide he does not like them and just want to return it. Nonetheless in good faith we offered a good deal on another mattress he wanted which was the Glendora King. We told customer we would sell it for $plus the warranty and could give this deal because there was a small tare in the mattress cover only but we would also include the warranty. Customer refused and demanded it for $and we explained we could not do this, customer got upset and wrote the Revdex.com. Our Sales are Final! Our showroom floor shows exactly what we sell. In fact it represents mattress that have been looked at and tried by others representing wear and tare. Our deal still holds....we will still sell the mattress the Glendora King with warranty to this customer for $but this customer will not received a free mattress!

I purchased a warranty on my dining room table Was told it covered breakage scratches rips tears etcPretty much anything Warranty was expensive as was dining room setContacted store and was told to email pictures to corporate officeI did on May 29th and have heard nothing Called store today and now am being told it tskes 4-weeks I am being given the run around and have a broken chair as well as chairs with rips and a table with a white mark on it looks like from heat but only a pizza was put there

First, they advertised same day delivery and financing for their furnitureI selected a set I hoped to receive the same day and was told near checkout time that a bed rail and side panel to a particular bed set were missing/damaged and that they would have to send those missing parts up to thirty days afterI told him I didn’t want that set if I couldn’t have it that night as they offered same day deliveryI chose another set, to find out they didn’t have it at that store but would send it out the next dayI agreed to receive it the next day even though it was a inconvenience as I needed a bed set ASAPI changed my whole work schedule so that I would be home earlier to receive my bed set and mattressI told them I would be home after 4pm and they promised I would receive itThey called me @5:30pm to tell me the furniture I out of stock and they would deliver it two days laterI said no this can not happen, I NEED the furniture before thanksgiving as I am having company over

Went to their store to but bedroom furniture and was lied to about it being delivered and was missing furniture that we paid in full for

I bought furniture from American freight in Knoxville tennesseI purchased it on July 12th I also purchased a year protection planI ended up spending almost 1400, for pieces of furnitureThe day I purchased it, the Guardian information was supposed to be sent over while I was still in the storeI called the Guardian people in December, and they told me that American freight had not sent over my information as the were supposed to the day of purchaseSo months later, after having to call over and over, they sent the information to the Guardian careAfter guardian got my information, they asked what damages had happened to the couchI informed them of all the problems, and where the damages were they told me to contact American frieght, because of where the damages were taking place, it should be covered by themSo I contact Adam once again at American freighthe had me email him pictures of the damages the first week of januaryCome friday, February 19th, I stil

The business response was a complete fabrication Myself nor my husband were ever rude to anyone The American freight representatives and salesperson were the ones that were rudeAttached you will see that the item number for the mattress we purchased is the same in the paper ad, the online ad, and on our receipt. The mattress we purchased is the same one as the mattress in the photo in the online adThe online ad and paper ad state a price of $each piece, but as our receipt shows, we were charged $for the mattress This business practice is just unacceptable!!

After delivery of the sofa I noticed damage to the back of the sofaI called, was told a new one would be delivered, but I was sent a sofa that was too large  & wouldn't fit thru the corner of the aptI then asked to have the sofa repaired & was told on separate dates, the 10th, 11th & then the 15th that someone would come & repair it but no one called & no one showed upThen the problem & complaint

This customer has been refunded....put back on customer credit card

I purchased an extended warranty though the store to cover any accidental damage to the furnitureWhen I filed a a claim it was deniedWhen I called the store to ask about the warranties they sell the salesperson I first spoke with was not helpful and told me to call the next day to speak with the managerThe manager (Brock) was rude and disrespectful to me as a customer with a legitimate problem He in no way tried to help me resolve the issueI believe that the warranties this company sells are fraudulent and are never paid due to some technicality not named in the contract

Our layaway policy is on all our customer receipts, ALL LAYAWAYS CANCELLED AFTER DAYS BECOME A STORE CREDITThis has been our policy since we started this company, no employee would explain different!!

The claim they aproved in april was not what I picked out so I wrote refuse this not the matress picked please call me ,no one contacted me on june I call juan and was told he had to see whats going on I then wrote the Revdex.com end of july they contacted me ,juan gave me a number saying I need call them and file a complant I called still no contact ,they have giving me nothing but the run a round not to mention munipulating and ignoring me from april until now they took my money , I also wrote a letter in detail

I went on to American Freight's website to look for a mattress for my sonWhen I looked I saw a mattress for $It stated you had to buy them in sets (Mattress & Boxspring)I called stores till I found that the Northfield Oh store had in stockAfter work I drove up there with my children only to see a mattress that was NOT what was pictured onlineThe pictures of this mattress online looked just like a mattress in thickness but when I got to the store, it was about inches thick at mostIt was like one of those mattresses you roll up and take campingI then asked to see the one they advertised online for $each which was also pictured as a looking mattressWhen they showed me that one, it was the same inch thick roll up mattressI live in Mentor and drove minutes to this store to purchase this mattress set only to find out that it's not what they had picturedIt's the old Bait & SwitchI had already drove all the way there and I needed to b

Purchased a sofa, loveseat and table from American FreightThey had a sub contractor who I can't find any information or get any information from American Freight, to file a claim, about the contractor who delivered itemsThe contractor is refusing to repair damage to front door that he and his partner damaged when leaving taking the new couch that was brought to my house damaged back to the store and damaged my door I want my door repaired back to the way it was prior to the contractor delivering the furniture!

I HAD A LAWAWAY FOR COUPLE OF WEEKS WITH THE GAINESVILLE, FL STORE AND I SUBSEQUENTLY CANCELLED BUT THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME WITH MY MONEY US$
