Purchased furniture on 5/30/for $Received a phone call on 6/1/that my furniture was broken upon moving it from the shelves to the truckThey offered me $dollar discount on floor model that was in terrible condition, followed by $off when I said that was unacceptably lowI requested my money back, at which time they said that they could not refund me unless I physically presented to re-swipe my debit cardGiven my work schedule and fact that I have to drive an hour there and an hour back, I said this was unacceptable as wellThey deferred me to corporate - I called, went through people to get to an answering machineLeft message and they have still never called me back - this is two weeks later now

The company lies and uses illegal business practices to sell products You then use the argument that we are making it up or not informed We were misinformed and deceived, and you take no responsibility, because your business is based on deceiving customers- so of course you will perform illegal business practices and won't work with people to honor your word I will do my best to make sure all customers and applicable agencies are aware of your illegal practices!

I purcushed two couch sets from this store and did a full exam of the furniture before purcushedI noticed one spot was scratched one of the the couches shoulders and they issued me a dicount for $for the scratchI days later recived my furniture on delivery and two larger out of shape men delived it unwrapped in the back of a open trailer after I was told before leaving the store it would be pulled off the floor and wrapped it was a floor model I paid almost full price for beside the $off for the scratch that was already on itBefore the two guys bring the furniture in one says now you know this is a floor model there may be damagesI said back ive exammed it before purchase so im aware of what damage it was already hadAfter that being said the guy gave me a look of weitd look as something being wrong and then countiued to carried my furniture in after all done I paid them the $fee and after setting it up in my living room I notice several scratches on all my furnitu

This company will promise you the world, but when it comes to making a delivery, they will lie through their teethWe were told at 10am that we will be getting our delivery about to 7pmAt 10:30pm, we called the delivery people and they are just getting to our area and won't be here for another hour or more

Early April of I purchased a sofa and loveseat from American Freight furnitureI opted for the same day delivery and got a call a little after leaving the store and was told that they over scheduled deliveries and that I would not be receiving my furniture until the following dayI was still charged the same amount for the deliveryThree weeks after I received my furniture my sister was sitting on the furniture and when she stood up there was a loud pop and then the cushion sunk downI called the company the day it happened and was told that I would be receiving a call back from the manager within hoursNever got a call backI called again about a week later and spoke to Adam and he said he needed to speak with his manager and that he would give us a call back after he spoke to his bossNever received a call backCalled them back a week later and was told that I needed to take pictures to email to AdamI sent the pictures within a few daysI called a few days later a

When you explain to a customer that you must abide by the policies of the company....and the customer does not want to respect that nor accept that, throws a fit and wants to continue demanding and twisting, calling up to our corporate office times this pretty much explains the definition of rude behavior!
AMERICAN FREIGHT STANDS BY THEIR FIRST RESPONSE, NO REFUNDS

I purchased a bedroom set and have not received the drawer yetI keep calling no answer so, I called the finance company that are taking the payment that keep telling it's nothing they can do

I purchased furniture from this called company ans in reality they scammed people Not only I pay for next day delivery and my furniture wasn't deliver next day there were missing items I called the company multiples times and they really don't care Spoken with managers, went in person spoke with a manager about this issue of missing dresser and broken drawer and he was going to take care of it but still to this day nothing Its been 5-month they stole my money still missing furniture and still have a broken drawer I WANT MY MONEY BACK FEOM THIS THIEFS!!!! Even left a voice message on a number they have listed for customer service issues and no one called me

American Freight has security cameras all around!! This customer is taking all this to a level that is very radical and is frightening!! We have responded...refer back to the first response. These comments are what American Freight dealt with when customer was in store. American Freight wishes not to do business with this customer, his behavior is radical and frightening!!

I left her a voicemail asking how I can help. It looks like she was in the store on Friday and they reselected her. She is certainly welcome to a refund if she would like. I will update if she returns my call

I purchased two pieces of furniture on 7/30/(receipt # ***) and was told at that time that the couch wasn't in stock, but that I would have both pieces available by 8/03/ I removed the living room furniture from my home in anticipation of receiving my new couch and love seat by Thursday I called American Freight on 8/02/only to be told by an associate that the first sales person was incorrect and that it wouldn't be available for another week I asked to speak with a manager at that time, and he told me that it was true and that he would waive the cost of the shipping due to my inconvenience ($109)
I called the store again on 8/03/around 11:30am and the person whom answered the phone again confirmed that my love seat was to be shipped and the fee waived The mover called to confirm delivery, so I asked him if he knows that the fee was to be waived, and he said "no." I called the store back yet again and asked to speak to a manager and he politely indicated that
