My mattress acquired from America Freight does not last more than six months before it sags and causes pain and back problemsSix months on the dotSince purchasing the mattress December of I have had three, and now the third has gone badThey come with a ten year warranty but getting the warranty last time was very difficultI emailed the store manager of the store I purchased from in Ohio about it, asking how to resolve since I had moved from Ohio to Michigan and could not return to the same storeI got no response, even after sending two more emailsI then emailed the customer service line and got what seemed like a standard-issue response claiming they would look into itTwo weeks later I emailed again when I received no responseI got a phone number for a district manager, and my first call with her pretty much blamed me for moving from Ohio to Michigan, and there was nothing they could do to make this easierShe would look into allowing me to pick up a new mattress

I purchased a kitchen table set from American Freight, in November of At that time I also purchased a extended warranty in were I was told that ANY damage that occurs to my table or the chairs would be coveredWith that in mind I called to place a claim because one of my chair legs completly broke offAt that time I was told that my warranty would not cover the damage and the store manager at the Waukesha, WI location began speaking very negative and unwilling to help resolve the issueI then contacted corporate which they declined to return my callSo this is my last hope I can't have a table with only chairsFurthermore I was constantly having to tighten the screws under the table and chairs which was surprising to me because I never have to do this with any other product I purchased

On Wednesday August 10, I went to American Freight to look at and possible purchase mattresses for me and my family When I got there this gentleman JoQuin just started talking and truthfully I kept making him repeat himself but he was talking in circles he showed us 3-different mattresses I wasn't sure what we were getting and he kept changing what he was saying Needless to say no one told me that "All sales were final"! The next day when they brought the merchandise it was not what I had expected the queen mattress which is advertised on their website was not what was shown on the website it is a 3" foam mattress with material I got right on the phone and call to speak to the store manager Nate and spoke to a really rude employee and I had to call several times before speaking to Nate and then Nate gave me the run around tell me he would call me and never did I had to call him again several times before getting him on the phone to talk Finally I asked to speak to the R

I ordered a living room set and a Bedroom set and a Kitchen set from you and they were suppose to replace the end table to the living room over months ago and the table and other end tables are scratched and the mattress are not comfortable and they keep telling me days they are coming to replaces the items and never show up are called and I spent my money well over thousands of dollars for everything to be right and keep getting the run around

***we ordered mattresses with my mom's furniture ordermy mom ordered new living room furniture and I ordered twin matresses and although we did seperate orders we had asked american freight since me and my mom live next door to each other in the same trailer park to put my matress order on the same truck as my mothers furniture orderwe called american frieght several times for days since last thursday(thursday, friday, and saturday) asking if our order(s) were all on the truck for delivery and they were suppose to deliver on friday night and never did however they did deliver saturday night at around 8:- 8:pm after they unloaded and assembled the new furniture we asked them where the mattresses we ordered were and they told us they weren't on the truck and it wasn't on their list for delivery and they showed us their list and it showed just the living room furniture and no matresses and now we've been calling american freight and we paid the $delivery fee one time

As of we were sending emails to a b*** then come to find out he was no longer there and sent to db*** If the warranty had run out why was I not notified as of 2014?I am not asking for something that I am not entitled to, if I had been told from the beginning I would not be writing to anyone

I had received an Customer service email from this customer this morning with questions about returns/refunds. There was no mention in the email about damaged product. I've attempted to call this customer this morning but she did not answer and have left a message. This customer
did call the store today and asked to return it and get a refund. The store advised her all sales are final as clearly stated on her receipt. She then asked if she could just get a refund on the warranty, in which they said no as she had received the warranty kit and the product had already been treated. Never once did this customer mention damage to the product when she spoke with the store this morningThe return sectional this customer is speaking about on her receipt is in regards to warranties. My wife and I purchased a new *** Glendora x-firm king mattress set after comparing their showroom mattress with the *** Del Aire plush King We were seeking a mattress with firmer support than the pillow top we have had for years The showroom Glendora provided a firmer feel but still had a Gel Touch foam for comfort The mattress that we received was hard as a rock and compared nothing to the showroom floor sample I inquired several times with the store and regional manager I went back to the showroom to compare their mattress to the one we received There is significant presentation of the product in the showroom versus the received product I escalated my complaint to the website Customer Service number, again negative results They offered my a torn Del Aire if I would pay their cost of $ So on top of paying $for a full set, they wanted me to pay an additional $for a new mattress Their showroom mattress misrepresents the true product a

This customer has received her recliner.This customer had a layaway with us. When customers start a layaway they receive a receipt explaining our policy. On our policy it states purchase must be paid in full before receiving, if furniture is not in stock at that time
of payoff it is ordered and if the order does not come weeks the customer is totally refunded. A layaway does not hold the furniture but the price
