Filed a warranty claim in December The warranty was to cover the replacement of our sectional couch that had a tear in itAfter a month of the Erie office saying they sent in the claim and we're waiting to hear back I then contacted the regional managerThe regional manager submitted my claim again and after weeks she said she still didn't have an answerFrom that point on I have not been able to receive an email back or phone call back from the manager

I went and purchased a dining set on Feb 5,and waited over hours for my dining set to be brought up front to be loaded into my truckAs I waited over hours they only bring me my table and cant find the chairs on top of it was closing time so I only walked away with a table and have to return the next day for my chairsThe employees were all joking saying they have no cash back for the customers change telling other employees to go to a bankVery unprofessional!!! I will NEVER return

It's been months nowI'd like a store credit or something to go along with thisWe have already been embarrassed and force to be able to sit on the chair during gatherings

I originally bought a matress from the Altoona, PA Plankton Rd store and after a few months it sunkThe store did a swap out but I had to pay another delivery charge of $The factory ended up overstuffing the swap out mattressthat was from the Rodi Rd storeThe Rodi Rd store said they would change it out for another mattress that will work for me since I have arthritis in my backI am having to pay more for the mattress and on top of it another $delivery chargeI was informed everything was taken care of and that would be delivered on September 18th When I called to check to see where my mattress was the Rodi Road store told me that they were not even informed that there was supposed to be a delivery so they scheduled it for today Tuesday September 19th When I call to check to see when my mattress is being delivered today I was told that I did not answer the phone call I clearly called them back and they refuse to answer their voicemailI was then told that

9-18-I Went to American Freight to buy two recliners salesman Alex who said he was the manager promised me if I bought today he could promise delivery with in a weekI bought the chairs for $.after a week had passed Alex said he would check on delivery and call me back Alex never called meI called ever day until 9-29-I went to store with my wife I was meet by a new salesmen claiming that he was the manager so I handed him copy's of or contract telling him we wish to cancel the orderHe looked up order and said that chairs were never shipped from warehouse and won't be for another weekManager said they have days to deliver chairs and Alex lied to me an that Alex was on probationOn the bill/contract it has a no return policy and they don't even guarantee color or condition I pointed out that the contract was never signed by me or anyonePlus that the contract/bill has a return policy but I cancellation policy on it No product was ever received to retur

I purchased what American Freight advertised as a quality mattress from American Freight A few months after the purchase the mattress began to slope severely I sleep by myself and weigh 165lbs, when I lay in the bed the other side of the bed is almost or inches higher than the side I am laying on The pillow top completely failed, and all you can feel is the spring I contacted the manager of the store, went through the process of filing a claim (sent pictures, gave a disposition, etc) I checked back with the manager a week and a half later, he said it could take up to a month on a warranty claim I check back at about the day mark, the email went return to sender because the managers email address is no longer valid I am sick of these people screwing me around, I just want my money back or a fully functional mattress I have developed back pain, I lose sleep, and I wake up feeling hung over every day

BEEN IN CUSTOMER HOME OVER A YEAR . EXPOSURE TO JUST ABOUT ANYTHING CAN OCUR DURING THIS ELASPE OF TIME. CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE REFUNDED THOUGH A DISCOUNT ON A REPLACEMENT WILL BE GIVEN IN GOOD FAITH

I ordered furniture from American Freight Furniture and received damaged productsI The manager called me back and said he wanted proof but didn't provide a method to receive the infoEven though I showed his workers the video and pictures

My first time at America Freight in Huntington, WV was an excellent experience!!!! Josh and Austin were very professional, friendly and helpful! We’ll be back! Give those fellas a pat on the back and a bonus!

I bought a sectional sofa and the two halves do not match I sent a picture to the store and while looking at it I was told there was nothing they could do about it despite the fact the manager could see the two different colors

Purchased mattress roughly years ago, it came with a year warranty Turned into the company in November asking for a replacement, they drug it out and ignored me so I stopped by the store to find out what was going on in January They approved replacement, but then told me they don't have it in stock and it will be in stock in roughly 7-days, called them on the 10th day and they said another weekWaited another week and called again and they made more excuses, They are also telling me I have to pay for removal of old mattress and delivery of new oneThe guy I talked to today was very rude and yelled at me, stated" I was pissing him off" and hung up on me after I after a question about how can he sell that mattress if they don't have it in stockThey are very rude and at this point I want my money back to purchase a mattress at another company

I purchased a King mattress, Sofa and Love seat in AprilWe were told we were buying a brand new set from the backWhen we finally got it to our home ( delivery was a nightmare and took a long time) we realized we had received a floor model couch with a broken back and multiple holesThe drivers told us to call American Freight the next day and that they could not do anythingWhen we called they told us we would get a new set and we would not have to pay another $delivery chargeWe have called almost every day for over a monthWe have been given so many promises, excuses and stories and we have remained very patientThey never call us back when they promise they willWe wait at home all day (like today for instance) because we are promised a delivery and it never comesHorrible treatment of customers who paid good cash money for nothing

Over the course of the last few years, my wife and I have spent over $10,at the American Freight location in Lima, Ohio and for the most part we have been satisfied customers, until recentlyIn October of 2015, we purchased some furniture for our new house including two couches for the living room and we purchased the stain warranty on those two couchesThe warranty states that if the couches are stained, and are not able to be cleaned, then they will be replacedThat is what we paid for, so that is what we expectThe couches had picked up some stains in several places by May of 2016, so we intended to utilize the warranty that we had purchased as anyone would, but we were stonewalled several times by people at the American Freight location in Lima when we called in to ask how we were supposed to proceed as per the warrantyWe had to try several times to get someone in management to take our call, and when we finally did one of the assistant managers told us to go ahead and tr

American Freight will not give any further compensation for this customer. Customer originally purchased a table and chairs. The items were out of stock so in March she was upgraded to a more expensive 9pcdining set and given chairs for free. Total upgrade was
$plus she was offered the $in in-store credit Customer currently has of chairs in her possessionThe table she originally purchased even came back in stock and I offered to bring that set out to her but she refused and chose to wait for the remaining chair. The store has made several attempts to deliver the last chair to the customer but the customer has either not answered the phone or has refused the delivery. The chair is currently in the warehouse awaiting for the customer to contact us to arrange a time

This Young Lady was taken care of the same nightShe called me the day of delivery and claimed that she was supposed to get it that day we upgraded her to the next set up and still managed to deliver it the same night

After only having my furniture for a day I noticed bugs coming out of the furniture I later found out a day or two later that they were bed bugs I called the company to tell them that the furniture that they had sold me was infested with bedbugs they denied my claim and hung up the phone

This customer started a layaway with American Freight and put down $This customer received a receipt that has the Layaway Policy on it...AF assumes that all customers read their receipts This policy states:
Layaway accounts provided to allow our customers to guarantee the price ordered on
merchandiseAmerican Freight does not represent to hold the merchandise at the sale location once the account is opened but will guarantee the price
2.All purchases must be paid off so they can be ordered if not in stock
Cust was refunded her layaway depositPlease have customer re-read her receipt
