I spoke and read receipt as well discusses refunds and returns when I discussed with manager he had told me I would be able to pick out something else for sectional or for store credit because I need something that is going to last so I am asking for either refund or be able to find something using store credit for same price or something beacuse I will not except same thing or do I need only replacement pieces of this poorly put together sectionalMy worry is if I get more furniture for my living is it goin to fall apart as well

yes they are correct, I did receive my replacement loveseat, after over months and all of a sudden it comes in when I file a complaint with the Revdex.com the day the company receives the complaint and miraclessly it came in on that day? I am glad we finally got our replacement but very disappointed still that it took months and always got the run aroundIf I wouldn’t have filed this complaint I still probably would not have gotten it when I did, anyway thank you Revdex.com I would not recommend this company! I just pray we don’t have to use our warranty anymore, we don’t want to go through all this hassel ever again

On December 13th of I had called to ask for a refund on my bed set that was falling apart I did everything they asked sent pictures took down my one star on fb about the bed my refund so I was told was approved and it would take - weeks to get here and when it does I was to bring the bed set back and swap for the checkWell after weeks and not receiving a phone call about the refund check it called and kept getting a run around from the employee's about it not being there yet so I asked for a Manger and come to find out my refund check was not put through to be approved so they have lied to me for about weeks So when I called on January 2nd I was told that this time it was put through and it was going to be rushed for my inconvenience So I waited about a week and call and the Manger would not get on the phone with me or call me back I was told that it was not there yet and that they would call when they get it I'm getting very up set that it's been another weeks t

We went to American Freight on 5/30/looking for a kitchen table & chairsSabrina helped us out & we found a great counter height square table & chairs/benchShe mentioned the protection plan that would basically cover anything; sounded perfect for usFast forward to summer 'we noticed small cuts in the fabric of the seatsI called in to American Freight on 8/& they explained the year protection plan is through GuardianI called Guardian & Carla said it would not be covered because it sounds like a defect in the fabricShe said the manufacturer or American Freight would take care of itI called back to American Freight on 9/1, spoke to Joe who transferred me to Hayden, store manager He looked up my information then the computers went downHe said he would call me back in minutesI missed a call from him minutes later & then called back but had to leave him another voicemail; no call backI called again on 9/& spoke to HaydenHe

Ordered $in furniture and scheduled delivery, never received a confirmation call the day before deliveryCalled in to confirm, they don't have us on the list and don't have our furniture on holdGet a free upgrade to whatever furniture they did have in stock, but still missing a $chair (don't have it in stock and not willing to get something else)Call in a week later to find out if they got my chair in, they did but again never called meSchedule delivery for the following week, again no confirmation callSo I call them again to be told once more that I'm not on the list for delivery, but they do have my chair in stockHave to pay ANOTHER delivery fee for this chairDelivery man comes and asks me for twice as much than what I was told over the phoneI'm then told by him that I'm being charged for same day shipping, even though it was again their faultLong story short it took me a month to get all of my furniture, and even though I like my furniture I do not like the customer service here AT ALLI will not be a returning customer

I purchased a couch from them a year ago at their store in Lafayette, IndianaI paid for the couch in full with cashAfter only having the couch for a month, it started to make a noise when you sat on itApproximately months later when someone sat on it, the couch completely collapsedI went to the store and was told to submit a claim, along with picturesI submitted the claim back in February of I was told I would hear something within daysAfter not hearing from anyone, I finally contacted the store managerAll he will tell me is that they are "working on it." It's been almost five months now and I haven't received a new sofa or loveseat fr this company yet I've been waiting patiently, and No One has given me a call, text, or email to update me about the status of receiving my replacement setI'm starting to feel as if the company is procrastinating and trying to let my warranty expireI didn't realize purchasing a warranty would be this difficult for me to receive a replacement I'm not satisfied with this company and the way my ase been handled , so once again I'm filling s complaint, and I'm also asking when can I get my furniture replaced or my cash back? I purchased a sectional couch at American Freight and Mattress on April 8, Two months later one of the springs on the couch snapped and no longer structurally supports the people sitting on the couchIt's uncomfortable and it continues to wear out over timeI didn't think the issue was that big of a deal at first but over time it got worse and eventually I reported it to American Freight on June 15, under my warranty that I paid an additional $forThe total cost of the sectional was $including the year warranty which, according to the agreement is supposed to cover any structural damages to the couchThey said to give it two weeks for corporate to review my claim and get back to meHowever it's been over a month and I haven't received any calls or emails referring to my situationLast weekend I bought a new couch from another store and got rid of the old oneI still have pictures of the old one I can provideHowever I shouldn't have had to buy a new couc

In the Loves Park locationWent in to purchase a new mattress set Picked one out After paying they tried to give me the display model Then when they didn't have a new one they said they couldn't give me a refund and I would have to take the used one After saying I was going to call the police they said they were crediting my credit card I checked my card a few days later and no credit Had to call the credit card company I also discovered why they have so many good ratings on google They have a big sign saying if you give them a good rating on google, they give you a lamp as a payoff for that good rating

I bought over five thousand dollars in furniture from the tampa flstorewe bought a place in old fort tn .well thry have a store in chattanooga tnthat would delivery our furniture to us so they didbut after they left and we went through our stuff as we were putting it up we didnt have our recliner or a headboard to one of the twin bedswell we call the florida store and told them about itwell after they finally got back to us they said that the chattanooga store had sold it well they said it got damagedso we call the chattanooga store when we were there last year and they told us to come pick out another recliner so we did so we told the manager that we would be back this year so he said to call a week ahead of timeso we called last night and they said that the manager wasnt there anymore and they couldnt find us in ther systemthey have been us the run around for a year trying to get the rest of our furniture we are fed up and want something done

on 5/25/this customers furniture was delivered out, customer refused it. Our records show a delivery made on 7/30/15, a confirmed address by customer, and a sign delivery memo from this customer. It is now a YEAR LATER and customer is inquiring about furniture never

OF $2050.00. CUSTOMER STILL HAS OUR FURNITURE IN HER HOME.ON THE CUSTOMERS RECEIPT......EACH PIECE OF FURNITURE IS ITEMIZED INDIVIDUALLY. THERE IS NO WHERE ON THE RECEIPT STATING A PACKAGED DEAL. CUSTOMER WANTED A PACKAGED DEAL BUT BECAUSE A SOFA AND LOVESEAT WERE NOT BOUGHT....BECAUSE CUSTOMER DID NOT LIKE OR WANT THE SOFA AND LOVESEAT....THERE WAS NO PACKAGED DEAL GIVEN. A PACKAGED DEAL CAN ONLY BE GIVEN IF A LOVESEAT AND SOFA ARE BOUGHT.CUSTOMER BELIEVES SHE PAID FOR A PACKAGED DEAL......AGAIN......NO WHERE ON THE RECEIPT DOES IT STATE "PACKAGED DEAL" AND THERE WAS NO PACKAGED DEAL BOUGHT BECAUSE NO SOFA AND LOVESEAT BOUGHT TO MAKE A PACKAGED DEAL.!! I put mattress in layaway, but fortunately, I no longer need themI went in to get a refundThe manager in the store said that he could not refund meSo I called his bossHe said the same thingThey said I could only receive store creditUnfortunately, there is not anything else I want from this storeI called corporate and Susan was very rude and said that it was not her concern that I could not find anything else for store creditShe also hung up in my faceI tried calling back several timesThey put a recording up saying stop harrassingI simply want a refundAnd to never visit the store again

I ordered and paid for a bedroom set for my daughter June 2nd The headboard was on back order and they said they would call me in to daysThey didn't call so I didThe headboard was still not inI call a couple more times and even went there to see if I could get a refundI was told I can't get a refund because it was a packaged dealIt's now October and I still don't have a headboard

I purchased a couch in the storeI paid $in cashThe delivery personnel could not get the couch into the houseI called the next morning to ask for a refundThey told me they would send their more "experienced" delivery guys the next dayI decided I no longer wanted the couch, with the stipulation that they may have to take the back off of it

I purchased worth of furniture and paid cash at the Brooklyn Ohio store My salesman was Ozzie Not one time did Ozzie tell me there is a so called set up fee When the guys delivered my furniture, they said they were only delivering the furniture not putting it together The told me there was a 30.00/hr charge to do that I told them I was never told about the set up charge The delivery guy advised me to call the manager Tim at the store I called Tim and he promptly gave me to Ozzie I argued back and forth with Ozzie over the fact that I was not told of the fee to set up the furniture He basically was calling me a liar! He then said to put the delivery guy on the phone He told them to go ahead with the set up but the problem was they didn't have the time to set up my furniture I made arrangements to have him stop back to put my furniture together That was going to be a few days because I work during the week In the days after, I tried to put my furniture

AF is going to replace this item/sofa for this customer and do a claim with the manufacturerPlease tell customer this piece has been discontinued but tell him the original one he wanted in the first place is now availablePlease have him go down to the store to reselect to this piece or
reselect to another sofa of the same monies!
