On April 3, In June the couch started coming apart at the seams and they have yet to replace it
On April 3, I went in and bought a couch for $and matching ottoman for $108, also purchased the Guardian Value Plan for $ In June the couch started coming apart at the seams, so I called and they gave me the number for the Guardian Value Plan, when called they said since it was less than a year, I had to deal with American Freight So I called the Manager, Jacob He told me he would order a new couch and it should be in the store in about days I waited weeks and called back, he then stated that I would just be getting new covers, which I agreed to as long as they match the rest of the couch Well, here it is November and I still don't have any covers I call at least once a week, I have posted a review on Facebook, I have called the corporate office and left several messages I have emailed the corporate office and no response I am at a loss of what else to do

I do have my paper and nothing on it says non refundablePlus on American Freight websites states I have a 1year factory warranty as wellContradicting to what Ms.Susan lied about in her email to me So with these facts I have a justified case in this matter against American FreightTo resolve this matter I just want my back and I will go elsewhere to get my sectional cleanSince American Freight don't want to honor their warranty they have sold to me

This is what they show on the website for the mattress I paid for But the bottom pic is what I got, to me that is advertising and I really do not think I should pay for thinks that are not what they are showing Picture is what I wanted and was expecting to get because that is what is up on the website Picture is what was delivered to me house and I was completely baffled I do not want to deal with this company at all I want my money back and I want to be able to go somewhere else to do my business American Freight is completely unprofessional and some of the employees are really rude I'm done with the company as a whole!!!!!

In May, I purchased a sofa and loveseat set and a bedroom set from American Freight in *** *** NY and paid for delivery services Within two weeks, the seam started splitting on the loveseat I promptly contacted the store and was provided with instructions to file a warranty claim which I did It took over the expected time to receive approval to exchange the loveseat via the warranty claim The loveseat was exchanged and I was not charged a delivery fee for this exchange I filed another claim regarding the sofa as the same thing occurred in which the seam split After waiting four weeks which was the expectation set from my previous claim, I was told that it could take up to six weeks, which this was not previously explained I followed up again and received approval on my warranty claim to exchange the sofa I was instructed to call the store to arrange for the exchange When I did, the employees I spoke with said that I would be charged a delivery fee even though

Spoke with customer and told her she can come in and get any recliner in the store at no additional costShe is very happy now

On January 8, I stopped in American Freight to see if they still had a living room set that was there this past summer and they did So I finance the living room set and was told it could be delivered at the cost of $I went for that deal...The furniture was delivered on Friday 1/11/I was called and told the $had to be paid at the door by credit card so I paid it...One of the sofas would not fit in my doorway, I was told it could be hoisted to my top porch for an additional $that I didn't have at the time, I was told the furniture could go back to the store but no refund of the $

We purchased bedroom furniture and mattress/boxspring in By we noticed the mattress had a lump we called furniture store who stated it was still under warranty so they would call me back, never didI continuously called, I sent pictures via email, in was told to resubmit pictures to another person because that manager was not there so forwarded to a D B***, I have been the one calling 4-times a month and all I would be told is they had to call there main office
The mattress is worse We chose this mattress because we thought it would be good for my husband who has a back injury from the military
It is bad customer service not to at least return call and giving the person a status of the request I believe they are not contacting me waiting for the warranty date to run out

I visited American Freight on 4/6/after working night shift at the hospital in search of new mattressI was helped by jeremy which was awesome I was in and out within an hour When the workers were loading my mattress onto my SUV which has crossbars the guys broke my sunroof wind protectorI contacted the manager I looked up the piece and it was about $The manager agreed to refund me the $I took my car to get fixed and the sunroof wind protector was not the only thing broken to the unnecessary force of the men loading my car and my bill came out to dollarsThe manager told me to contact corporate if the price was differentThis was not my fault so I am not going to pay for this out of my pocketI need the remainder $refunded to me or there will be legal action takenIf you have people loading cars they need to know what they are doing!

On 8/24/I went into American Freight and paid off my layaway in fullTotal being $We purchased a reclining love seatAmerican Freight told us that when it was paid in full the couch would be ordered and delivered to their store in 2-weeksOn 09/19/we called to see if the couch has been delivered to the store, they said no and that they would go pick one up from the other store and will have it available for us on Saturday 09/24/We called on Friday 09/23/and asked if our couch would be ready to pick up on Saturday 09/24/and American Freight stated the couch was there and anytime Saturday would be fine for pick upI called on Saturday morning to let them know that we were on our way( our friend took off work to come help us) and they stated that they did not have our couch and they did go to other stores but could not find one(which makes no sense, because why wouldn't you just call the other stores)Also called us a liar about speaking with someone the day before to confirm I asked when will my couch be in, and they proceeded to tell me it could be 2-more weeks but really have no idea when we could expect our couch to be in the storeWell as you could imagine I was very upset (and I am pregnant with no couch at all because I got rid of my old couch...expecting my new couch)I than asked for a refund, if they could not give me a delivery date ( which they could not) and they proceeded to claim that I could have the floor model that everyone has been sitting on for months at no discounted rate and it voided any warranty I could get to protect itWell of course I said no and they told me that they would not refund my money until 10/03/I explained it was American Freight that did not preform not me, I paid in full a month agoThey said to badWell I cooled off and called back, spoke to the managerI explained that this was not our fault and needed our money to buy another couchAfter a 1/hour he told us to bring in our bank card we used and he would credit our money backSo I didNow I went to my bank and they said it would be in our account within 24-hoursIt was notI called the corporate # of American Freight and told them the whole story and they said, well it could take up to days to refund it to your account...our processing center is very slowThe customer service was terrible throughout this experienceThe manager at the Boardman OH store was rude on the phone and to my faceThey smirked at me and were just flat out rudeI would advise anyone to use another accredited store like Ashley Furniture right down the street

Horrible!!! My sectional I purchased from them for over $didnt last two years! The springs calapsed and so did the cushionsStay away from themTheir furniture is very poorly made

I ordered a pink bed frame that has a bottom drawer down on the bottom, when the delivery people came and dropped off the product I put the bed together and saw that it was the wrong frame so I called the store the next day and she apologized for the mistake and she said she would take care of the problem and order the correct one and it would get dwlivered in a couple of weeksI have been waiting months and called the store to see what the hold up was and the store manager Juan said that I have to pay a difference to get the bedFirst of all I purchased the right frame and they made the mistake on theyre end so why are they giving me a run around now? Second I was told that they would order a correct frame and deliver it to me and the now im getting lied to and I have to pay extra for theyre mistake? Please help!!!!
