Purchased a sofa from their Carnegie, PA store 12/17/Used the financing they offer through American First FinanceWarning.....do not fall for this scam!!! None of the terms were gone over with meI never even got paperwork regarding the finance coWas told the first days were interest freeJust checked my balance and it has only gone down $Checked my emails and did find the paperwork from the finance co in my spam folderThe finance rep forged my signature on the paperwork!! If your company is going to offer financing the terms should be reviewed with the customer before purchase! I want the company to come get their sofa and I will be stopping payment with my bankAt this point, I don't care if my credit takes a hitSCAM!!

I purchased a couch from them a year ago at their store in Lafayette, IndianaI paid for the couch in full with cashAfter only having the couch for a month, it started to make a noise when you sat on itApproximately months later when someone sat on it, the couch completely collapsedI went to the store and was told to submit a claim, along with picturesI submitted the claim back in February of I was told I would hear something within daysAfter not hearing from anyone, I finally contacted the store managerAll he will tell me is that they are "working on it." Here it is almost months later and I still have a broken couch that is unsafe and that no one can sit onI have sent multiple emails to the store manager and now I am getting no response at allI have no idea where to go from here.I have even asked the store manager if there is someone else that I could contact and I have yet to receive a response

I went online to look for prices of a queen size mattress and I came across American Freight's websiteon their website it listed a queen size mattress for $a piecewhen I went into the store in Maumee, oh the sales person there told me that if I just wanted the mattress I had to pay morethis is advertising because I did not get the mattress for $plus tax I paid $plus $tax for a total of $this was more than I wanted to pay for a mattressi was hoping to get it for what the website said the price was

I bought a leather sectional from them almost years ago now, and the leather has been peeling off for months I paid an extra $for a protection plan for years and they will not honor it Now I'm left with a sectional that looks terrible, and they won't do anything to replace it even though it's under warranty

I purchased a king size mattress and cover from this location a few years ago In Jan we lost our home to a fire We returned to this location to purchase a full size bed and a dresser We purchased the smaller bed due to the space in our rental home At that time we mentioned the fire and Dwayne the salesman told us that since we had purchased the mattress cover with our king size mattresses we would be able to have those replaced by the manufacturer In August we returned to the store to purchase a king size bedroom set Again Dwayne assured us that the mattresses were replaceable due to the cover and he even stated that if the warranty didn't cover them per the manager the store would take care of the refund Dwayne asked for pictures to prove that we lost our home to a fire which I was able to show him pictures on my cell phone of the actual bed that was lost in the fire He advised at that time while we were still in the store he had emailed the appropriate p

Problem number -On April 21, I made a $down payment on a sectional sofa at the Antioch, TN office of American Freight I returned to the store on June 02, to pay the remaining balance of $and to let them know I was moving out of town and needed to pick my merchandise up on SatJune 04, I was informed that my sofa was no longer in the store because I wasn't making weekly payments I was not informed by the salesman that I needed to make weekly payments I made $down payment and if I had known making weekly payments would not have been an issue This was a major issue because I had rented a U-Haul for hours and people to help move The manager on duty on Sat June 02, called the Clarksville store and arranged for me to pick up the same kind of sofa at that location
