Hello My Name is ***I ordered a Dining table and came home and fitted itThe store staff were very sweet and kind enoughThere was a missing part on all the chairsI went to the store and they helped me get a replacement so kindNow, I am seeing there are some damages and the chairs are not proper can I ask for a returnSeems, you dont have a return policy

American Freight does not have good business practicesI went in to purchase a sofa and love seat and was advised the one I requested was not in their warehouseAfter purchase I was advise it would be a monthUpon getting a call from a 3rd party delivery service, I was advise it would cost me for deliverySomething that was never devolved during my purchase or on my receiptWhen I called Americn Freight Brian was unkind not willing to give me his last name and stated they use a 3rd party delivery service and the cost was He would not discuss the fact that my receipt did not reflect a delivery change or the reason why the salesman did not share this informarion prior to purchase

On 5/12/17, I called about using my warranty to replace or fix my furnitureI was given an email address to submit pictures of my furniture to and I did soI was told it would take weeks to be processedAs of today, nothing has been done to resolve my issueOn 7/17/17, I was on hold for over minutes to be told to call rhem back at the end of the week to check and see if its been resolvedTwo years ago, I received two couches in different colors, one black & one brownI had just experienced the loss of my boyfriend & was emotionally sick & wasn't able to be home for a swapBut even then I had to speak with their corporate office for over a month before a responseI just want my warranty to be honoredThey've had two months to make this happen & now expect me to call them to keep checkingThat is not doing good business

We purchased our couch from American freight and were talked into purchasing the year warranty because we have children and animals, we were assured that in the event of a issue our warranty would be honored, it has been months and months I have emailed twice and called the store and they keep directing me to email corporate which I have done and at this point I am sick of doing someone else’s job I just want our warranty that we paid good money for honored, there’s splits in our couch cushions that we spent almost $on and is barely a year oldwe were promised how much they care do for customers and honored these warranty’s but when it Comes time to file a claim they are no where to be foundI don’t appreciate it one but m, if I spend good money somewhere I expect to have better serviceI can’t afford to buy a whole new couch as this was the point of the warranty purchase

I am writing over a situation that has become one of the biggest nightmare's anyone could imagine - all from buying furniture at American Freight located in Altoona, PA I had purchased a living room suit that included a sofa, couch and chair for $2062.76, which was delivered to my home on Dec 23, On Dec25, I reclined the sofa and the part where your legs were to go had the stiching all unravelingOn Dec27, I waited for all the salespeople to return and then informed them of my situation with the couch - I was then told not to worry about it - they will take care of it and gave me an email addto send pictures and I sent pictures showing the damage and was told over the phone - I told the manager Eric M*** the tags are still on the sofa and it was never used - I reclined it on Christmas Day and seen all the stiching unravelingEvery one kept telling me I would be receiving a new sofa and I continued to inform them that it hasn't been used - tags

On Jul 2016, I purchased two pieces of furniture from American Freight Furniture and Mattress store, located in *** *** ** and our salesman was RandyWe purchased the a Flannel Espresso sectional couch (pieces - Corner 3810LSFFE, Cuddler 3815RSFFE, and Loveseat 3822ALFE) along with a Gazette Basil recliner (AF7409) I paid in cash for my purchase (a total of $1,785)During the last year of owning the furniture, we've experienced several issues The recliner's stuffing has fallen out and a wooden beam from the sectional is now clearly visible When I purchased the furniture, I purchased it with the intent to get several years of use out of both sets...I've been allotted one year I've maintained my furniture and it is upsetting to see the hard earned cashed I paid for, I have essentially wasted The sectional sofa is the third sofa I've owned The other sets I owned lasted a good years or so, including several military moves! I am active duty military station

I bought mattress & box spring set and after weeks noticed the mattress was not sewn together on one sideAfter many phone calls and pictures of the mattress I got a phone call on 8-24-from Derick G*** saying they would replace the mattress and I have heard nothing elseAt this time I would like a refund of my $

As soon as I bought sectional not even weeks later began to fall apart I explained to manager said send pictures and explain damage and he said would process refund with corporate now they arent trying to refund me for this some dollar sectional that is completely junk and falling apartI have no money to be able to even purchase something else for me and my familyThey have just been giving me the run around and I have been waiting I bought this sectional on 2/29/and received it in march.And now sit on floor because of how low quality ut is and falking apart at seams

I sent an email to *** *** about American Freight F M returning money on my debit card-- visa at the store last evening, 12/08/ I was told it may take aboutdays to be credited back to my account by the bank Not so sure why it would take so long to be returned to my account, but I just wanted my funds back.Your message stated that they would send a check to the store in up to days They have my address listed on the computer, which is recorded on my sales receipt.I am thinking that they could mail the check to my address directly Thanks for all your helpAs a consumer, I am happy that Revdex.com is there to assist people I will be truly careful on my shopping from now on

I purchased a sectional couch and ottoman from this company and paid for delivery While the delivery man was assembling it he stated that a leg to the ottoman was broken and would return with a new one the next day Nobody shows the next day and I call and they said it would be there by the end of that dayI called for days in a row only to be promised it would be dropped off only to be stood up for the whole week To this day I still do not have the leg for it and would like this issue resolved

I purchased a couch and love seat from American Freight on 4/5/as a wedding present for my daughterThe sales rep’s name was Jennifer W***Because I paid in full ($854.80) rather than setting up a layaway plan, Jennifer told me that American Freight would store it for me through August if I needed thatIt turns out that I did need that storage because my daughter and her husband ended up living at my house to save up money for their own house
I got a phone call from American Freight in August/September telling me they were on their way to deliver my furnitureI said NO NO NO, it isn’t supposed to be delivered and that no one called me to set up a delivery dateBesides, I was not planning to pay for delivery Jennifer phoned me several times near the end of and into asking if I was going to pick up the furnitureI told her that I still needed to leave it with themShe said that they needed the warehouse spaceI told her she said they’d store it unt

I purchased a king size mattress and cover from this location a few years ago In Jan we lost our home to a fire We returned to this location to purchase a full size bed and a dresser We purchased the smaller bed due to the space in our rental home At that time we mentioned the fire and Dwayne the salesman told us that since we had purchased the mattress cover with our king size mattresses we would be able to have those replaced by the manufacturer In August we returned to the store to purchase a king size bedroom set Again Dwayne assured us that the mattresses were replaceable due to the cover and he even stated that if the warranty didn't cover them per the manager the store would take care of the refund Dwayne asked for pictures to prove that we lost our home to a fire which I was able to show him pictures on my cell phone of the actual bed that was lost in the fire He advised at that time while we were still in the store he had emailed the appropriate p

I ordered furniture from American Freight Furniture and received damaged productsI The manager called me back and said he wanted proof but didn't provide a method to receive the infoEven though I showed his workers the video and pictures

Mr*** was given a receipt with a merchant # on it showing it pinged his serviceHe must call his bank to find out when they will post the refundEach bank service has their own policies of when they posts refunds to an account

This letter is to notify you on 2/17/about a problem I am having with the LSF Corner Sofa Flannel Espresso that I bought at your North Memorial Parkway location on 2/12/
I am dissatisfied with your service because the sofa was promised to be delivered on Sunday, February 14th, I was originally offered to have the product delivered to me on that Friday, February but the sales rep did not have an estimated time could be delivered so my wife asked for it to be delivered on the following Sunday(2/14/1016)Granted, I know this was a busy weekend but I received no communication, none whatsoever about est arrival time, canceling delivery or a reschedulingI had to call to verify if the delivery could be made but no one could give an answerThis happened again the following dayA promise was made to have the product delivered on Monday 2/15/

I filed a claim on furniture purchased from this locationThe employees at the store were unprofessional, especially the lady workingThere was a gentleman that wasn’t usually at this location that remained courteous throughout the entire experienceThey made it impossible to get another couch except the one I originally purchased, which broke within monthsI was told I had a $creditI was also told I had a credit of $for a warranty I paid for (I didn’t even realize I had)When I wanted to purchase a more expensive couch and pay the difference they told me I could but I HAD to also pay for another $warranty! I told them I didn’t want it, I wasn’t paying an additional $all togetherThey also had an ottoman in the set and the store made signs that said “included” in the piece sectionalWhen I asked about it they said it was an additional cost? I placed an order for new furniture over a month agoIn between me placing my order and yesterday, I called times to see when I should expect my furniture The response was always the same: 'Your furniture is not in yet.? Growing frustrated with that reply, I decided to take a trip to the store yesterday to see what was going on The initial employee told me that he was unauthorized to look up customer's orders; that is typically a manager's job He told me he could call a manager and call me later This answer was completely unacceptable as I have been getting runaround responses this entire time I needed to know something about my furniture ASAP He reluctantly called a manager who was able to assist me From speaking with the manager, I was informed that no one fulfilled my order to have my furniture delivered to me! How is this possible? American Freight was ok with taking my money, but couldn't be bothered with actually placing the order? Even worse, instead of tell

Product- decent furniture, serving its purpose for my motherCustomer service- SUCKS TO THE HIGHEST, professionalism is in the bottom of the barreltrying to get an issue resolved due to miscommunication and misunderstanding understandings and/or deliberately falsified informationUpon getting approved for credit for purchase I specifically asked the sales associate if that was a monthly payment , he confirmed several times in fact even showing me the paper work stating that it was to going to be my MONTHLY payment, however week later I received a call from financial department stating my payments are weekly and was requested another payment outside the scheduled payment date After trying numerous times to explain and ask for understanding I kept being passed around as well as shuffled as someone they really didn't care to help or show any concern forDealing with my mother in hospital fighting cancer and having to leave to deal with this foolishnessEven from leadership , the quality of service was not at all present or represented from a company who prides themselves on customer service , is extremely horribleI have spread and recommended all my family and friends as well as future potential customer to RUN to another source for furniture, DO NOT come to american freight, ESPECIALLY do not get anything financed, bunch of liars
