I have a sectional sofa purchased from this company's location in greater Richmond, VA in May, I paid extra for the Protection Plan I have called the company numerous times, and wrote to them on the matter in early Feb,
I only used the sofa about months After about months the stuffing came apart Initially it was just one pillow/cushion, then the adjoining ones came apart in a similar manner This sofa was used in my living room; just family use I do not allow pets on my furniture at all
I believe this is a case of poor workmanship The seams along the bottom of the upper cushions on the longer section of the item has come apart, and some of the stuffing kept coming out (I have pictures) After about months of use I put the sofa in the garage, as it was unusable
I called the company when the damage first started appearing, as I believe the Protection Plan would cover the damage, and I wanted to have the sofa repaired But I was told

I purchased a dream Sleep King SET, box springs and mattress but was switched for a cheap junk box spring and NOT the one I orderedI have called the store and they are unwilling to fix this issueAlex made the switch without my knowledge or consentIf need be I will seek legal action

While the girl we dealt with making the purchase was incredibly kind, nothing was explained to us as far as how long it would take to receive the furnitureWe explained to her that we were moving and would need it in two weeksShe said it wouldn't be a problem, so we placed a layaway so we could delay it during the move, and have it deliveredShe explained it would be delivered through a third party company to whom we would owe a certain amount in cashEverything was fineLess than a week later, we were ready for the furniture earlier than we expected and paid the remaining amountAt that time, my husband was informed the couch was on order and they had no idea how long it would takeThey asked us to give them four weeks to provide delivery of the itemThis is absolutely not acceptableWhen we called the store to discuss options, as the website says the order could be canceled and refunded within ten days of the initial paymentTomorrow is the tenth business day, and we've been informed they're unable to do anything to speed up the process and that we will need to wait to see if the furniture arrives within days

we purchases a reclining sofa and recliner a couple years ago from this companyWe have the furniture in our condo which we use three months out of the yearThe leather is cracking and the finish is peeling offThe company has avoided my calls and emails and finally sent an email they will not cover the product
I believe if this is what they are selling and won't stand behind their junk they need to be out of business

This customer decided to Re-Select. Customer choose the Huntington which was a difference in price and I told them that we would meet them halfway on the difference in prices. Customer explained they didn't have any extra to spend so we comp them the metal fame so they could get the

Called store that I purchased my sofa on 07/06/and Javier asked me to send an email with pictures and he would contact manufacturer to file my warranty claim
0709/Javier called me back saying that he can't file a claim because I bought my couch discounted He said to look for it on receipt that it stated no warrantyI looked at my receipt and it does not state that the item had no manufacture warrantyIt says NO REFUND, NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGEI am not asking for any of thisI am only asking to get the sofa fixed , so yes, I am asking that your store stays behind the quality of your productIf I had read the reviews on Revdex.com before going to the store, I would never buy a couch from you

I bought two mattresses and box springsThe salesman said that there is a $delivery charge but included removal of old mattressesThey stated the fee had to be paid in cashWhen they arrived here they stated they needed another $to take away the old mattressesThis is not what the salesman told meI called today and reached a manager and informed them I would be reporting this to the Revdex.comWe ended up paying the $because we were stuck with the mattresses and box springs

I just bought a couch from American Freight months agoThe sales man told us that the couch we picked was puncture resistant, and that we could purchase a protection plan that covers and stains, holes and tears caused by animal or human bodily fluids and even cat scratches, etcWell, its only been months and the fabric on the cushions are splitting in multiple areas!!! I called the protection plan company and tried to file a claim since our salesperson assured us that it would cover this sort of thingMy claim was denied immediately!!! The plan only covers holes/tears if it was an "accident" and since I "did not know how the tears got there, it is not an accident"!!! I don't know who I am more upset with, our salesperson that sold us an $couch with a protection plan that we were told would cover everything, or the protection plan people who cover virtually nothing!!! I am so frustrated that I just spent almost $on a couch that is falling apart after only months!!

This is total BT - but is a typical response from the Revdex.com. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO MENTION OF ANY REQUEST FOR A $MATTRESS. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ MY COMPLAINT - IN IT'S ENTIRETY ! I complained because they gave me a box spring instead of a mattress. We called the customer and left a voicemail. We apologized about the situation and stated that we would cover the delivery for the even exchange as requested. The Regional Manager left their contact information if they should have any questions or concerns
