I purchased a sectional in February
Paid cash and also purchased Insurance
In October I moved
I noticed on my sectional that the inner fabric was ripped
(where the cushions go) My brother explained to me that one on the kids stood in the sofa without the cushions in trying to place an object in a high place...that's when the sofa ripped
I sent pictures to Angel at shop 113, and he advised I need to contact Guardian the insurance company
I did this and was told my insurance does not cover this
I was on the phone constantly with these people back and forth
I was even given a phone number *** *** *** to contact Grace a regional managerThe number never worked
I was even written up for making personal phones too much at my job
I decided I needed my job more than the sectional
However after looking at all the monies I spent for a sectional that lasted less than a year , I decided I want my section replaced

So here we go again with this company I had to do this a few months ago for my couch and this time is for the love seat I contacted them in august for it broken in the back I still have a year warranty that they do seem to want to honor I can't tell you I will ever recommend this company to a friend or purchase from them again

BUYER BEWARE! If you purchase here, make sure ADAM IS NOT YOUR SALES PERSON! Request ANYONE else! Not only was he on his phone the entire time while I spent $1,with him, he was so rude ANDHe straight up LIED to me about the frame and headboard included in the price I paid for the bed (mattress and box spring) he straight up LIED to my face and my mom as well since she was with meALSO, I called yesterday to mention it to the manager, Leroy (I never complainI am a very calm person and understand things happen everywhere but this was completely unacceptable) and Leroy never called me backI will be making a corporate complaint as well as the Revdex.com and possibly furtherHe was absolutely terribleDO NOT BUY FROM HERE !
Also not to mention the tables I got were such low quality that they didn't even align when putting them together! Not low priceslow quality!

I purchased a bunk bed on the of MayWhen putting itogether there was a crack in the woodI called the store to try to get some assistance with replacing the piece that was damaged or exchanging the entire productI was told no they couldn't do either, even though it wasn't even a week since I purchased itI asked to speak with a managerI was placed on hold, no one ever came to the phoneI was hung up onI tried repeatedly calling back, but there was no answer

This customer furniture just came in last night. This customer is also welcome to a full refund if they would like. Or we would be happy to offer them a free upgrade to another item. However they would like to proceed we are sorry for any inconvenience

We are finished with this issue, add started in our earlier response we were refunded, however the business is completely lying as the finance manager Gina stated there was a recall to *** *** directlySince this is a resolution process we feel it's important to make sure this business does not treat other customers like this in the future We are completely satisfied with the refund, but not by how the business handles their customer service

In the Loves Park locationWent in to purchase a new mattress set Picked one out After paying they tried to give me the display model Then when they didn't have a new one they said they couldn't give me a refund and I would have to take the used one After saying I was going to call the police they said they were crediting my credit card I checked my card a few days later and no credit Had to call the credit card company I also discovered why they have so many good ratings on google They have a big sign saying if you give them a good rating on google, they give you a lamp as a payoff for that good rating

I went to the store on the February 26th and purchased some furniture the was suppose to deliver my furniture on March 4th I never received a call about my furniture I called up to the store later that day and Pat one of the CSR informed me that my merchandise was had been damaged and I had to wait a whole days to receive my furnitureI went to the store on the 6th do get a refund and Melvin that was the manager did my refundI have received my $back on my card but every time I call them about my $corporate check the keep giving me the run around like they don't know where my money is I'm becoming very impatient with this companyI just want my check so I can cut ties with them

I have five year replacement on furniture going on a third couch plus when they bring u a couch they charge $delivery fee

I purchase furniture eight months ago the Springs are sticking out from under the love seatI took a picture and so they could see it said it was not covered under the one-year warranty

***we ordered mattresses with my mom's furniture ordermy mom ordered new living room furniture and I ordered twin matresses and although we did seperate orders we had asked american freight since me and my mom live next door to each other in the same trailer park to put my matress order on the same truck as my mothers furniture orderwe called american frieght several times for days since last thursday(thursday, friday, and saturday) asking if our order(s) were all on the truck for delivery and they were suppose to deliver on friday night and never did however they did deliver saturday night at around 8:- 8:pm after they unloaded and assembled the new furniture we asked them where the mattresses we ordered were and they told us they weren't on the truck and it wasn't on their list for delivery and they showed us their list and it showed just the living room furniture and no matresses and now we've been calling american freight and we paid the $delivery fee one time

I bought two mattresses and box springsThe salesman said that there is a $delivery charge but included removal of old mattressesThey stated the fee had to be paid in cashWhen they arrived here they stated they needed another $to take away the old mattressesThis is not what the salesman told meI called today and reached a manager and informed them I would be reporting this to the Revdex.comWe ended up paying the $because we were stuck with the mattresses and box springs

American Freight has placed an order for this table and American Freight will deliver it free!

I purchased a sofa on 2/19/ was told it would be delivered that night They called to say they wouldn't be able to make it but would be there in the morning again never showedvery rude and hung up on me multiple timesI called the chattnooga store aND the manager was supposed to help me solve the problem on Sunday the Was told he would not leave the store until my thing we're delivered It is now pm and they have closed without delivering my things again I was was told I could not get a refund They will not answere calls anymoreplease help

I purchased a new bed on the 16th of December I called the store on the 21st of December I told the person my mattress has a sink in the bed manager was not in called later manager told me to email pictures to I did as he asked four different times I emailed again and reminded him that I had sent pictures to him four times he emailed me back that he had not gotten them he asked me to bring my phone to him to get the pictures off of my phone he said he would be back in touch me by Friday I called today because he did not call one of the said manager was busy but could he help I told him I wanted a refund he said once the bed leaves the store there can not be a refund even if the bed was sinking I bought the bed home I have most all of my emails my bed is not in good condition help please

I contacted American Freight at the end of May in regards to a sectional I purchased that was fraying and seams were coming apart on seat cushions, the couches back cushions and even the pillows
Upon contacting American Freight they told me to email the pictures of the furniture where the seams were popping so I sent them to the store manager Zach Lewis at the Morse Rd locationI didn't hear back until I called and they stated that they had not received the emailSo I sent the email again on June 10, I had to argue with the company to get then to honor the year warranty I purchased on the furnitureI was told I should have called sooner and they couldn't do anythingI had to demand to speak with upper senior management to get them to even put in a "request" to replace the furniture after I told them to come pick it up I want my money back

I don't know where to begin, because I am so angry with this company, and filing a complaint here will hopefully gain some traction with a PROPER RESOLUTIONIn the end of October, my wife and I went into the local furniture American Freight in Port Orange, FLWe found a particular sofa/loveseat set that we both liked, and paid upfrontWe set the appointment for the middle of November, we were moving to a new place and wanted to make sure we had the furniture there the weekend after the new home becomes oursOn the day of the delivery of the furniture, we receive a call from Tim, the man who sold us the furniture and the manager of the local storeHe tells us that the furniture was damaged with several tears on the loveseat and sofaHe offered to replace the furniture in to days and not charge us a second delivery feeMy wife and I were completely fine with thatThat to days came, and we heard nothingMy wife and I were very busy people and we couldn’t call them right awayIf they didn’t call us, we would call them on the weekend, when we had more timeWe had to call them today (12/2/2017) to find out what is the deal with the furnitureThey received the furniture yesterday afternoon, but did not inform us of the furniture delivery, or when it would comeDid I forget to mention that the person we talked to today was Tim, the local manager? He tells us, at 11:30am today, that the furniture will be delivered to us soonFive or six hours later, still no furnitureMy wife calls back, and asks the company where the furniture isIt was STILL IN THE STORE! My wife wanted the phone number of the regional manager of the area, whose name was MikeMy wife calls this guy, and from how my wife tells it, he had a condescending toneHe was offering my wife lamps and then a $store creditMy wife wasn't hearing that, and told *** *** Mike to call meHe called me the first time, but I was talking with my wife and missed the callMy wife explained to me what happened and what this regional manager offeredIt was a complete insult, and the condescending tone part made me really upsetWhen he contacted me again, I gave him the business on his offer, believing it to be completely insulting, given that we were paying customers (who paid the items in full), who were given damaged furniture by the company, and having to wait weeks, beyond the time that was given to us by Tim, the local store managerI asked for half my money back to Mike for these reasons:
We paid for the items in full
The furniture was damaged upon arrival
We were told by the manager of the local store to days for replacement
The store did not follow up with us
We had to wait many hours from the time we called today to receive the itemsAfter much conversation with Mike, he gave me an offer for $dollars cash back and $store creditReluctantly, I agreed to that offerAfter mentioning this to my wife, she was told by Mike that his offer to her was the best I can doIt was an hour later after this call, about 7:PM, that the movers arrivedThey did an excellent job with moving the furniture in and applying to legs to the setHowever, after the movers removed the plastic the sofa, I went to inspect the item and found several scratches, tears and indentationsWhen they brought in the loveseat, there were some of the same things as wellTook pictures of the damageMy wife and I were upset, as we should beWhen a PAYING customer receives furniture, there should be damage to itWe told the delivery guys that they are not at fault, but it is the company, and whoever is moving their product into the stores that should take responsibility for thisWe, as paying customers, should not be resorted to this treatment, nor should be treated in anyway but with the utmost respectSO, TO MAKE THIS CLEAR IN LARGE CAPITAL LETTERS, I IMPLORE THAT ANYONE READING THIS UNDERSTANDS: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANYTHEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, KEEP PROMISING YOU THINGS, BUT THEY CANNOT KEEP UP WITH THEIR END OF THE BARGAIN, AND CANNOT GIVE YOU A QUALITY PRODUCTWHEN YOU DO COMPLAIN ABOUT WHAT YOU PAID FOR, THEY WILL TREAT YOU, A PAYING CUSTOMER, LIKE DO NOT MATTERPLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHEREDO NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP MY WIFE AND I FELL INLet me mention that this is my first time complaining about any company in this fashion, because for the most part, issues were resolved amicably with other businessesHowever, the events that have unfolded with American Freight from the end of October to now makes me compelled to tell every single person in *** County, The State of Florida, and this whole country of ours in every way possibleThis company is not great, and they will do a disservice to you
