Over the course of the last few years, my wife and I have spent over $10,at the American Freight location in Lima, Ohio and for the most part we have been satisfied customers, until recentlyIn October of 2015, we purchased some furniture for our new house including two couches for the living room and we purchased the stain warranty on those two couchesThe warranty states that if the couches are stained, and are not able to be cleaned, then they will be replacedThat is what we paid for, so that is what we expectThe couches had picked up some stains in several places by May of 2016, so we intended to utilize the warranty that we had purchased as anyone would, but we were stonewalled several times by people at the American Freight location in Lima when we called in to ask how we were supposed to proceed as per the warrantyWe had to try several times to get someone in management to take our call, and when we finally did one of the assistant managers told us to go ahead and tr

I bought a pillow top mattress set which I bought on February 28,it is sinking in the middle of the mattress which shouldn't be happening in such a short period of time I spoke to a clerk at the store and they told me to email pictures to show the difference in depths of the mattress I did so on several occasions asking them to please contact me I have not heard from the company at all I just want to exchange this unfit mattress for a new one

We purchased a bunk bed from American Freight in Knoxville, TN, on 11/11/ Since the bed was not in-store, we were told it would be delivered in no longer than days The sales manager said it normally does not take the full days for delivery but they would keep in touch with us throughout the process We called them twice after several weeks because we had not heard from them, being assured each time the bed was would be delivered any day On 1/31/(days later), we went to the store to ask about the status of the bedThe manager told us the bed had been delivered to the store and asked if we would be available for delivery the next day Delivery was set up for 2/1/between - 5pm The manager called on 2/1/at 12:pm to tell us the bed had been discontinued but he could bring a cheaper bed for the same price When we told him that was not acceptable and we wanted our money back, he said he was unable to return our money and would have to request a refund from corporate because we paid with a check and that we would receive a refund in - business days He, then, told us if we have a problem with it, we could just call corporate Three phone calls to corporate and business days later, we still have not received our $refund from corporate The last two phone calls to corporate tell us the check has been mailed (each time it was mailed on different days) and blame the US Postal Service for the delay

I ordered furniture 8/17/I was told I would not pay for furniture until it was picked upThey would have it available 9/7/My furniture was not available and I never picked it upThey charged my card 9/18/I did speak to someone who refunded that payment backBut did not refund my inital payment of back to me as of yetShe assured me that I could cancel the order and would no longer be chargedI have copies of the screenshots from that online message exchangeThey added the full amount to my credit report and have been calling my phone leaving vm and text messages for furniture I never gotAfter they told me everything was cancelledI talked to someone in october and I threaten going to Revdex.com and they said they git a supervisor involved who would see the account closedIm still getting calls telling me I have to pay for sonething I never gotId like them to stop calling and remove the open account from my credit report immediatelyIf I can get my refund

we had to go get our furniture they wouldnt delivery it so im letting you know that they are not a good company to deal with

I went online to look for prices of a queen size mattress and I came across American Freight's websiteon their website it listed a queen size mattress for $a piecewhen I went into the store in Maumee, oh the sales person there told me that if I just wanted the mattress I had to pay morethis is advertising because I did not get the mattress for $plus tax I paid $plus $tax for a total of $this was more than I wanted to pay for a mattressi was hoping to get it for what the website said the price was

After almost six weeks of waiting, speaking to the regional manager a few times, calling every store near me, after being quoted three weeks for delivery after purchase, I'm done Three thousand dollars was spent on total, and we still have not one piece of our five piece King bed set, or our mattress I'm *** There has been next to NOTHING for communication, when I've reached out to the regional manager Cana, she gave me some half *** voicemail in return, I've been sent in a wild goose chase to even find this woman Plenty of friends and even strangers are now aware of the *** service that American Freight has to offer to anyone who actually makes them moneyAnd I am not the oneAlready done a review on their page with much more detail, but I'm sure it won't make it to the public because there's literally proof of my communication to them with nothing in return So Have fun getting out of the hot water on this one, American Freight Many people in Delaware and Dublin have changed their minds on the business they will be choosing to finish their homes

Bed was paid to be assembled but was completely in correctly put together..been giving the run arounds for months and they tried to send a guy out at 930pm I wasnt home..he came the next day but didnt have the pieces that were missing and they havent helped me and has been very rude I spent cash..I shouldnt be treated this way

I had bought a couch from American Freight on Mulhauser Rd in Cincinnati, OHWhen the couch was delivered to my home it was too big and would not fitI was still charged a delivery fee of $And they took the couch back to the storeI went back to the store to exchange it for a smaller couchSpoke with a manager and he assist me with the exchangeNot knowing that I was not supposed to been charged a delivery charge which was documented at the bottom of my receiptI was told by the people *** delivered my couch that there was still a charge and I gave it to themWhen I realized I was not supposed to have been charge I immediately called back to American Freight and spoke to a manager in regards to it he said he would look into itWhen I came up to American Freight to pick up my mattress I asked about the issue with the delivery chargeHe told me that he is not responsible and do not have proof that I paid and the ones that delivery my furniture took the money since it was

*** *** called up to our Corporate Office wanting to speak to our Customer Relations department. Ms*** was so rude to our receptionist that she considered her aggressive so she gave me the call. I direct the Customer Relations for our
company. This customer was exceedingly disrespectful to myself and our people here at our corporate office. I let go of her calls because she became so very belligerent she could not be reasoned with. None the less my team investigated her complaint and American Freight will be refunding Ms*** so not to continue to do business with her. Ms*** has been contacted of this refund

This store sells cheap garbageI bought my couch months ago and the frame brokeThey said it was two months over its warrantyMy butt is hitting the ground

On August 26, I purchased a Windsor King bed from American Freight I also purchased a king mattress, box frames and sofa/loveseat through financingI scheduled delivery for October 5, On October 5, 2018, they delivered the bed, box frames and sofa/loveseat; but no mattress I called Mike who handled my order and at first, he had the nerve to tell me I didn't order a mattress and I said that I would purchase it at another store I was irateHowever, after having to email him proof of purchase, he apologized and sent the mattress later on that night with a free pillowOn October 6, my boyfriend put the bed together and I noticed that it wasn't the bed that I purchased on August 26, It was a Windsor but the incorrect model I called Mike and again he said that I didn't have the wrong bed And again, I had to email him proof He then apologized and said that he would have to see if the bed is in the back He didn't call back I called him the next day

We will be happy to refund this customer, if this customer wishes not to do a claim to have it replaced...but because they don't like it...they must pay to have it returnedAmerican Freight would be happy to discount the delivery to $
Again American Freight will be happy to refund but because they do not wish to do a claim for a replacement and wish to return it because they don't like it and a claim was not made to determine a defect.....customer must return it themselves....delivery has been discounted $for this customer

We purchased a King size bed from American Freight less than months agoI noticed at the warehouse the mattress had an odd odorThe salesman said that was and to give it 6-weeks to normalizeThat odor is still on the bed and is,keeping me from sleeping wellThe mattress is also insanely firm, I was told this would be broken in within the same timeframeWe spent over $on this bedWe want to return it and choose a better bed but they reuse to let us return itThey had a sign hung up on a poster board that said "NO RETURNS" when I asked the salespeople about that the day we came in to purchase they said they do not enforce that if the quality of the bed is the reason for needing to returnIn this case, it's got an odor as well as beyond hard to the point our body's hurt when we get out of bedThis happens every single dayCan you please help me?! When looking at the Posture Plus and PTon the website there is a disclaimer in the description of both sets that states "Photos are for advertising purposes only. It also states that "Mattresses sold in sets only"These mattresses are the only pictures on the website that show a general
overview of a warehouse and not of the individual mattress by itself

I received furniture July First with this company, they promised (their "guarantee") it to be delivered at a certain time, which was not However, the main issue is that my furniture, both the couch amd loveseat, were delivered with tearsI contacted the store and the sales person of the tear that were not even caused by me They were contacted multiple times right awayI also took pictures and even went up to the store The sales person that I was dealing with (who no longer works there) said the furniture that I had was out of stock and can take weeksI wanted the same furniture that I already had since I just moved and purchased other items for the living room as wellSo I was given just a $credit which I told the store I may use on a dinning room table (which I never did) and still was waiting on the status of when that furniture would be in stock In addition, I did purchase the year warranty which I felt I should not have to file against my warranty for damag
