American Service Pets is amazing! It’s quick and easy to fill out their application, and it literally takes me 24 hours to get a determination from their health professionals, as stated. Their website is easy to use and you can clearly see and decide what you’re being charged for or if you want more added, and how much. The cost is VERY affordable for just basic approval and certification of your pet. I’ve never had a problem. This is my second year with American Service Pets and I will continue to pass along this great service.

ADP was there every step of the way with me. Tho handicapped by the China virus, the staff was always there to answer any and ally questions.

I was needing to certify my pet for emotional support for traveling. I was searching for a company to be helpful and knowledgable for the process, I was very pleased. I completed the necessary documents and was approved soon after. I received my package with my pets harness, a certificate and travel certificate card within days. A follow up email was sent to me to confirm that I received my package and any additional support was available thank you american pet services

I give American service pets.com a 5 plus rating. They were quick,companionate,and understanding. Because of the deep love they have for animals,my wife and I didn’t have to say goodbye to our 13 year old Doberman. I find it very disgusting that people would post fake reviews, but I also understand,because people today Are disgusting. Thank God for ASP,and the people who work for them. I would recommend them to anyone.

American Service Pets is the BEST!! I’ve taken my 65 lb dog on several flights now with no problems.

My mom passed away recently and I needed to fly cross country to stay with my dad. I suffer from severe anxiety on top of my grief after losing mom. I really needed to fly with Chi Chi my emotional support dog. Within an hour I had my travel letter and the next day I was with my dad. American Service Pets did an outstanding job and I highly recommend their services to anyone out there who is in need of a legal document for their emotional support pet.

Felt like the site was kind of sketchy. Firstly, the doctor never called me, and I thought they would have to talk with you to get some scope of why you need a service animal. My two letters were identical and my apartment complex said they needed more documentation for my two cats. The rules in Florida for service animals had just changed and they wanted a document stating why I needed two service animals (completely legal). I messed around calling the “doctors office” for over a week to finally get the letter. It was almost identical to my ESA letter and I’m pretty sure the doctor wasn’t the one who wrote it. All in all I would probably use a more reputable website and pay a little more.
