The whole process was painless. I just made a phone call, and that same day, I had a letter saying that Kitty, my mother-in-law's cockatiel, was an emotional support animal. This letter has saved my mother-in-law hundreds of dollars and was well worth the low price. Would highly recommend!

I would like to start by thanking American Service Pets for their help in obtaining an ESA letter for travel and housing. In the last few years it has become very difficult to cope with day to day life due to personal health issues. My ESA is truly important to my wellbeing and American Service Pets made it possible and did it extremely quickly. Appreciate what they do for patients that are in real need.

I was able to get an emotional support certificate from ASP last year and traveled with my dog to Spain. I encountered no problems and they even chkd my certificate before stamping his papers. I know the doctor who signed my certificate is real because I have seen her and know she us on a site displaying her picture snd name.
This is no scam but a real help. Maybe the applicants who are disputing ASP are the scammers???? Just saying ....

I recently updated my certification for my service animal without an issue. I use your documents for airline travel, hotel and vacation home stays. I have gained admission to museums, boat tours and public transportation without any hassles. I am so pleased
to be able to experience the joys of life with my animal as support. Thank you fir your great service.

This worked well and seamlessly for me. I got a response immediately and received a letter from psychologist and certification docs and the vest I ordered in short order. I have traveled a number of times, primarily on Southwest Airlines without any hiccups - not sure why others have had such problems, but I am a totally satisfied customer.

I have been using American Service Pet for two years now. They are amazing!!! They came through for me when I needed them. I suffer from stress. Flying is very difficult. This company sends over professional documents that were accepted by the airlines and hotels. They communicated well and their fees are reasonable.

My letter came fast and it was approved by my condo association. I live in NJ and had no issues. I am very glad I went with this company. I have nothing bad to say. The doctor/ASP sends several follow up emails as well to check up on you and to see if you have any questions.
Fyi-The letter does expire after a year and cost about $99.

American Service Pets is a legitimate business helping clients with emotional support animals. Interview (on line) with a psychologist licensed to practice in my state. Fees were very reasonable and documentation met requirements for ADA. Clients need to be aware of regulations for their individual states, which may vary from federal. ASP staff were knowledgeable about process.

5 stars! I was incredibly pleased with the importance and urgency American Service Pets had for me when I submitted my application. I've recommended this company to many of friends to get their pets easily and professionally certified. This is absolutely not a scam nor an inefficient company. I'm not sure why there is a flood of 1 stars. To reiterate, I absolutely give them 5 stars!!

The service was pretty easy to apply for and they were quick to connect me we a Dr locally that took time to evaluate my needs. Needing a service animal is not an easy thing to cope with and it can be embarrassing at times to ask for help. Thank you for streamlining the process for me and I can say that having a service animal has changed my life in such a great way!
