We have received your complaint.  It appears you were deducted credits for service you were provided.  As you mention you wrote letters and communicated with the ladies.  The fact scheduling issues arose with trying to either get you on the...

phone or the lady on the phone is beyond our control.  You were never charged for any call that did not take place.  We apologize that you will not be getting a refund as it appears you may have had a falling out with this lady for any number of reasons.  I suggest going forward that you update your profile yourself.  You have access to change your phone number and email address if you chose.  Typically this is not something we do as this should be done by you to avoid any miscommunications or misunderstandings.
Good luck to you with the other ladies you are communicating with.  You might want to send them flowers with your number.  If they are interested they will call you.

Hello,When you registered for the system you agreed in the tems and conditions to be renewed for additional credits as your balance dropped low or close to zero.  As such you were "topped off".  You used these credits for various services and thus you were rendered services that you know...

you were funding from credits you purchased.  To say you were unaware is inaccurate as you were never given credits for free to use our services which is why you signed up and provided your credit card details and agreed to auto-renewal of credits.  You should have disabled this by simply clicking the check box to remove the defult acceptance in your account settings.  I imagine you did not find love on our site and thus you are not satisfied with your success...that however does not mean you were not rendered the services you signed up for, paid, and were provided.Is that more clear as to why customer service is a bit shocked and cannot do much as you spent credits you purchased and used for services.  It is like eating an entire pizza at pizza hut and then saying...I didn't like it and I want my money back.  Thanks for understanding,[redacted]

Your site claims to provide women who are looking for foreign men for serious relationships/marriage.  In my instance, this was certainly not true.  I have joined an organization that researches and finds fraudulent profiles on sites like Anastasiadate.   Of course, I was using your site before I joined the organization.  When I divulged who I was talking to at Anastasiadate, my friends found the profile of [redacted].  It was obvious she was not looking for a relationship with any foreign man, let alone myself.   Months later, they found out that she had a longtime boyfriend via her [redacted] account.   They posted the video online.  You are right.  She can date whomever she chooses.  She can have boyfriends.  But you should not charge the men who use your service, to talk to her or any woman.   It is obvious you cannot guarantee the women at your site are looking for serious relationships.  You compare yourself to other dating sites but you omit something that is obvious.  At other sites, I can pay a fee and talk to any woman I wish.  At your site, I have to pay to talk to [redacted] without knowing any of this information.  I have to find it myself.  So the question is this, why is she at your site in the first place, when it is obvious she has a longtime boyfriend whom she loves very much?  What could motivate her to do deceive men who are at the site?  I was told you would respond to me like I was an [redacted].  But I guess I am just too naive.  I thought perhaps, this was all a misunderstanding.  Of course, it isn't.  Good day, sir.

I understand that your major point is the credits used during these purchases were used. My chief complaint is that these purchases were not authorized by me. I not at anytime during this account active time purchased $96.00 packages before these two disputed transactions. Nor were either of these on the auto update system as you have previously claimed.  I had hoped a simple easy and quick resolution to this but it seems that your company does not believe in customer service and is there only to take money from paid members without any regard for there safety or concern for them. I have already cancelled and after a few requests had my account removed from the system.  I had hoped a reasonable course of action be taken from and by your company before submitting a complaint to Revdex.com but it seems that even that you careless about as your history here shows. You fight about the money because virtual credits were used, no expense to either yourself personally or the company as it is all pure profit. Messages are auto translated by your software and your non paying (Lady) members are advised to at no time give out or share personal information with paying members. Even to the point of threatening them with removal of account. Your are a business to make money this I understand all businesses are. Your disregard of the request purely on the "But the credits have been used" scenario is both unreasonable and selfish. I have been polite and understanding of your points. I have not made threats or in anyway sought anything beyond what I believe is due and have attempted I feel to be reasonable in my request for return payment. I have taken a copy of all transactions as fortunately your system emails every transaction made. I am aware that you are basing your stand on communications read between me and a couple of your non paying members and the fees involved in such communications. The fact that your staff have readly available access to membership emails and communications is frightening.

Hello,I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com.  Yet I am unclear why you failed to file an anti-scam claim with us first?  We have a very clearly stated anti-scam policy posted on our website.  To be clear it states that you should not send any money online to...

anyone.  Thus, you violated the terms and conditions of our website...and now you are complaining to the Revdex.com because we told you to not do it???  This makes no logical sense.  Additionally, it appears as you have failed to file a complaint properly with us, that you now feel because you most likely did not find love on our site based on your statements that you are alleging the girls are "professional daters"?  This is a false claim as is to suggest that we did't warn you to not send money to anyone you have never met.  Sorry but dating online is the same as it is in real life.  You should never give money to anyone you never know very well much less online.  Additionally, if you date someone and break up it does not mean the girl you dated is a professional dater...maybe you did something that brought this upon yourself?  As such, I wish you good luck elsewhere if you were not successful unlike the many other couples that do and even get married and live happily ever after.Your claim is unfair, goes against logic and our policies, and provides no proof of any wrong doing aside of your own.Thank you for understanding.Sincerely,[redacted]

When you signed up to enter your credit card details the tick box was there for you from the start.  You however did not un-check it, and apparently you did not read the terms and conditions of joining as a member which seems you should have done.  Again as I have mentioned, this business practice is hardly a rare one as many subscription based service operate in the same fashion.
Your credit balance is available for you to check under your settings.  Thus it is advised to not go without checking it to give you an idea of what you have or have been topped off for.  
We have thousands of member and it is rare then this happens but usually it is due to folks that sign up for something so fast that they don't really understand what they are doing.  I apologize you feel cheated but you were rendered the services you were charged for.  If I recall you signed up for a trial that would not have run indefinite nor without limits.  Please be cautious in the future when signing up for online based subscription services as you may run into a similar situation on another site.

Dear [redacted], I have read your complaint regarding you case you had with our customer service and verification teams.  Though you may feel you have contradicting video of repeating loops, it seems that the company did not agree with you in this case.  I am not a video expert so I...

cannot comment on this nor have I seen the video  you claim to have recorded of it looping.  I can only imagine that is someone is chatting online in one position and on occasion looking up at the screen that it may appear to be repetitive but it is not looping - rather a repetitive motion.  Nevertheless the company does not feel your video is of what you describe in your complaint.  That being said, what was the amount of time you spent on this member...maybe you have an idea of the cost of your communication with this particular member?  If not I can try to find out.  I will say this, recording video of other members is a violation of our terms and conditions as it violates their privacy, not to mention they may not want you uploading pics of them or video online.  As such I imagine the company has already put a request to terminate your member ship.  Have you read the terms and conditions of being a member?  I want to point out that refunds of un-used credits are lost and thus not refunded to your credit card.  I would advise you to use up your credits before your account is disabled for violation of member rights (terms and conditions.)I understand the member in question contacted you.  I am not sure what was exchanged there, but did she offer an explanation to why it may have appeared her video was looping?  Maybe there was a technical issue and your session kept reloading?  I have never run across a complaint like yours...and not exactly sure there is much we can do in light of the strange situation you are in.  Nevertheless, I will see what I can do.Sincerely, Gregory V[redacted]CSD Director

[redacted], You complaint seems to have morphed.  First you complained that the girl you were dating online was getting paid to communicate with you or it seems that was your implied issue.  Now it seems you are complaining that she has a boyfriend and thus she is a scammer is some way because of it?  You also reference other websites and content about a person that we are not aware of such as ** or [redacted].  Without references to these links, how can we verify your story?  How can we verify if these sites were not created by anyone including yourself?  My point here is in my years of working for the company, I have seen clients go to great lengths to have another member deleted from our site when a relationship ends.  It is rare but it happens as the way people respond to rejection or breakups can range from nothing to out right crazy things I won't even mention.  People are people.  Given your latest issue seems to be around a girl dating other guys, just as you can date other ladies...I believe you already agreed this is pausable.  Thus, even if she is or you are for example, does not mean you are not also interested in finding someone serious.  Sometimes people date when they are lonely or just want to be with someone.  The reasons are endless but at the end of the day they may not be satisfied with anyone until they meet the right person...thus it takes time to become exclusive and eventually take dating to the level of marriage.Weather she or you are on our site or any other...dating can and will occur until someone finds the right person.  As for saying she loves you and dating another guy...does not mean she doesn't love you or love the other guy more or less.  Love is not easy to define and you might want to ask her what it means if she is dating other people.  If she tells you she isn't dating someone else, that could be true too...as she may not consider it dating.  If you have never met her in real life she may not take you serious...and this is a reality that guys find out sometimes when they wait to long.  It is my understanding you never filed an anti-scam claim against her.  I suggest you do so we can investigate your issue.  And provide us with any evidence that you stated here but have not shared in the details such as photos, urls, etc.  Please do so this week so as we can have our team contact her to get her side of the story.My reply to you is not meant to suggest you are an [redacted] as you previously stated...just want to be clear about that.  I understand you are frustrated your relationship did not develop into something more serious...and I hope you can understand there is another side to this story that we cannot know until you provide us more details at this point.  Nevertheless, I do not see a basis for refund at the moment. Sincerely, Gregory V[redacted]CSD Director

Dear [redacted], "You authorize this message?"  I believe the elections are over.  Not certain if your claim is just a joke and your aim is to just have fun.  My guess is that this is a fake review/report for various reasons:1.  We are not a marriage site and have never...

claimed to be.  You seem to confuse us with either another site or type of service.  A member as long as you imply you are would already know that.2.  You authorized the site to charge your credit card for all the monies that were charged to it.  You claim you are out 40,000 and travelled to Ukraine over a period of time.  And you only just now realized your credit card was being recharged?  This seems strange indeed not to mention you accepted the terms of auto re-charge from the get-go.  You also could have contacted customer service about this months ago if it was a sincere concern...you didn't as they would have disabled auto re-charge for you.3.  You claim you had a private investigator follow girls or report some sort of evidence that they were what...exclusive to you and only dating you?  Like you, all members can date and live with whomever they want.  We are all adults and if you had concerns in any one member, you could have found someone else...like most people do while dating online.  That said we are aware that local private investigators in "developing countries" can say whatever you want them to for a little money.  4.  We did not arrange any dates for you in advance of your trip nor did we provide you a tour...this you did on your own and at your free will.  There is not a dating site on the planet that will compensate you for failed attempts at dates.  Life is life and as an adult you know that nobody is going to guarantee a love match.  For all I know you may have been refused by the ladies for being rude, unattractive, cheap, etc...and they did not want to pursue a relationship with you.  Again, there could be a million reasons why you may have not been successful.5.  If a girl has a photo of an ex boyfriend, husband, brother, son, etc...it is her decision.  It does not mean she is a bad person.  Again if you think she was cheating or dating other guys...it is possible.  Everyone is free to conduct themselves as they wish in life.  Dating online is no different than in real life.  It takes time to find the right person you are looking for.  Unfortunately I do not see any basis for your questionable claim.  Be careful in the future while dating online and find someone that is less risky if you feel you don't trust them.  Remember they are dating online as you are and not exclusive as you are not until you both go offline.  That is just common sense.  Until then dating whoever you want in life is everyones choice.Sincerely, Gregory V[redacted]CSD Director

continued to use the service, balanced dropped again, recharged, etc., etc.  You have to disable auto recharge from your account to avoid your credit card recharging you.  This is not much different if you use Skype or Office 360 on a monthly subscription like I do.  I am recharged automatically unless I disable it.  If you need assistance, please contact our customer service department.  However we are unable to refund as services were rendered.  Again, if you haven't already, please disable auto-recharge or contact customer service for assistance with that.   Thank you for understanding, Gregory V[redacted]CSD Director
