The response does not address the specific allegation that the site requires payment for chats with members, many of whom are not actually initiating the chats The site also sends letters to customers that are not actually sent from its members, but rather auto-generated to the customer by the website program/software Both of these deceptive tactics give the impression that the customer is receiving actual invitations to chat or write letters to members of the site, when this is completely false, but results in the customer spending money on the impression that another member of the site is actually interested in them The tactic of auto-generating chat invites and letters is deceptive and false I joined the site under the impression that the members would actually be interested in exchanging chats and letters, and this is NOT the case at all Therefore I am seeking a full refund of all monies paid to the site to chat and/or read/write letters

Hello,I have read through your complaint. You state that a girl from our site has scammed you? If so, can you state how that has occurred. Our anti-scam policy does not prevent you from having profiles on other sites, thus not sure if you basis for refund is because
she was on a site prior to joining ours. If that was the case, it seems she has contacted those other sites to ensure her profile is removed. Have you made any effort to visit her in your time on the site...without doing so, she would not be able to marry you as per international law given you would not be able to obtain the fiance visa without it. I understand you are disabled...but you may want to contact an immigration attorney to advise you on how to date and marry a foreign woman. I am sorry you seem to have had a bad experience. Though I am unclear if your relations ended and this is why you are upset and thus complaining on Revdex.com. I see no evidence of foul play or scam in any way shape or form. If you delete your account you will unfortunately lose them. These terms and conditions were provided to you and you agreed to them when you signed up to register to the site. Please be careful in the future to read over any site policies before becoming a member or wishing to remove yourself. I can appreciate you registering quickly and not paying attention but that does not warrant an excuse for now knowing and non-compliance. I hope you can understand and wish you success in you search

You have been directed to make a anti-scam claim. You have not done so. You claim your account is blocked yet you do not have to even have an ccount to file the claim online. Thus, I suggest you file the claim as instructed...and I expect to see it with the evidence you claim you have provided which you have not as you have already said yourself that you never filed the anti-scam claim form. I have no knowledge of your relations with the lady you are referencing in your message nor do I have any information from any lady member against you or that can even confirm what you are saying is fact. The reality is we have never had such an complaint like yours from my experience at AnastasiaDate and I have been with the company for months

I am in reciept of our complait filed with the Revdex.com I want to reiterate what our customer service representative tried to explain to you when you signed up for our service For starters, when you joined you agreed to be auto-charged every time
your credits were running low This means that as you use our service and your credits go down, we auto-charge you so as you do not experience a disruption in service By the way, this was introduced at the request of our customers many years ago I also want to point out that you have always had an option to simply turn this feature off so you would not be auto-charged Apparently you did not This was however disclosed to you in our terms and conditions when you joined our site as a member We are not the only company with such a feature As a matter of fact even Micorsoft does it when you sign up for their office online I get auto-charged each month and can decide to turn it of at any time.The interesting thing is you used our site for services which were rendered to you Each time you used our site and your credits ran low you were auto-charged Thus why it is not possible for us to refund you We can disable auto-charge for you if you wish or you can as well in your account settings by unticking the auto-charge check box This might be a good idea as you may not be fully aware of how much you use the site and services you ultimately get charged for If you can no longer use our site, it means you have run out of credits This has a consequence however, which is why we have this feature, if you are in the middle of a communication with anyone...it will cut you off and thus why auto-charge prevents thisThanks for understanding and I wish you success in the future

I have read your review and wanted to remind you that when you signed up you opted to have "auto recharge" applied to your account purchases when your account balance drops down and you are about to run out of credits As such your account dropped after
usage, recharged, you continued to use the service, balanced dropped again, recharged, etc., etc You have to disable auto recharge from your account to avoid your credit card recharging you This is not much different if you use Skype or Office on a monthly subscription like I do I am recharged automatically unless I disable it
If you need assistance, please contact our customer service department However we are unable to refund as services were rendered Again, if you haven't already, please disable auto-recharge or contact customer service for assistance with that

Hello, I have gotten your complaint recently regarding your membership I want to first remind you of the terms and conditions of the site that you agreed to when you joined You agreed to get invites from our network of dating sites which all are related and all pull from one primary
profile you created As for the emails you are getting you can disable that in the settings Likewise you can call customer service to ask them to delete your account It appears you have not done that from your letter I suggest you contact them if you get more emails after weeks or so as the system will need to clear your records...and can take a few weeks to do soI will contact CSD to have your account deleted which will also help In the future, please read the terms of any site you join to avoid this in the future and follow the instructions on how to disable or delete your account In this case a simple phone call from you to customer service would have solved this long ago Lastly, we are aware of the claims posted online about our site and take our reputation seriously Your assumptions about paid members chatting with you is false Nobody is paid and anyone can contact anyone whenever and as often as they wishSincerely,

What Anastasia is saying in their answers it is
acceptable for women to be on multiple web sites chatting under many aliases
even though it says in Anastasia’s “guarantee” that “This lady has never
authorized her name, photograph, or any profile information to appear on
another dating site while she is present on Anastasias websitesShe also
accepts that she will never or seek to receive financial compensation.”
Before any investigation into this violation of
rules Anastasia contacted “***”, I will use this name as she has many
aliases, and had her scrub her profiles on other web sites so they did not to
have refund my moneyI think that was done over state lines wasn’t it? Huh
What is in Anastasia’s answer is that it is
perfectly acceptable for this type of woman who has many aliases to be a woman
of good standing on AnastasiaHUH I guess I will have to make that known
Known scammers are allowed on Anastasia’s web site in clear violation of their

now admitted that the guarantee that is on Anastasia’s website, which is listed
above, is not enforced but that policy is used to deceive Anastasia’s male
customers into a sense of securityThis is the only time I will mention why I broke
up with *** since you keep trying to get a dig in me about itI found her
chatting with other men on other web sites after she promised we were
exclusiveShe was also found in a scammer’s web site with detailed information
about the scam which mirrored if not was word for word from my e-mailsShe
also told me she had other women that helped her which I guess is somewhat
standard practice for foreign dating web sites
One more thing, your customer service people
said in our discussions that ‘***” clearly violated your policy, and you can
find that in the e-mails sent back and forth, oh yea I copied them so I know
they won’t disappear like ***’s e-mails, but MrV*** I guess can not
read Anastasia’s own rulesReturn all my money spent which is in your

First of all, the only option people see on the
screen is to accept to be a member for $It does not say that one will be
charged automatically or at least I did not check that box personally myself.You do not say when the credit runs low and that
you have charged the credit cardIn any case you should give notice every time
you charge a credit card because one has no means to know when that has

single day without me being aware of itI do not even know why it was soI

Not quite; I have accepted Anastasia's reply to the Revdex.com only because it has refunded all of the charges it placed on my credit cardIt is a scam and has been the subject of numerous complaints onlineHad it not refunded the charges, I was prepared to file a complaint with the NY Attorney GeneralOnline dating sites of knowingly promise more than they can possibly deliverTheir sites may reasonably be described as engaging in "fraud in the inducement." I should not be surprised if the Revdex.com hears more about AnastasiaDate if it has not already done so
