As for assuming that the chat invites are automated, that is entirely incorrect. Dear [redacted], It appears you are using the site as a joke to trick members into chatting with someone that is not genuine then after spending your credits in trying to communicate with them, complain to us that you want your money back for conducting "research" on non-suspecting members....

 You mention you have been on our site for 5 years or so and I am sure by know familiar with our pricing plans.  The fact that you have not been sincere and most likely this has been noticed by other members which is why you most likely not had any luck is evident to why you are not in a positive relationship like the majority of all our other members.  Just like you accuse members of scamming you, you have been scamming them it appears.  This is not tolerated and as you know we have a strong anti-scam policy against it.  You have never once specified in your claim who has scammed you, nor any specific incident.  Rather you make broad alligatgions which are baseless and unfounded.  As such there is nothing we can do to investigate, nor any reason to refund you.  You used your credits to communicate with members and did not find love which we and no other dating site can guarantee.  Your account has been deleted for violation of our policy of using the platform to trick members.  I can assure you that most likely other members assumed you were not serious and joked with you in this regard in fun.  Like you said you never even had a profile photo uploaded to your profile thus how could you ever get success?  We recommend everyone to have a complete detailed profile.  As for your comment of sex chat and chaperones, we do not offer that.  If you discussed that with a member privately, that was your communication...and not that of our site nor staff.Wish you good luck in finding a mate elsewhere...thanks for understanding.Sincerely, [redacted]CSD Director

I am in receipt of your complaint regarding AmoLatina.  I understand from the core issue of your complaint is that the cost to be a member is either too high for you in spite of the fact you have been with us as a VIP member for quite some time. ...

You have made some general allegations of girls not being sincere or flirting but not serious.  I want to point out that communication takes different forms and it is very possible that some girls may flirt online as guys do and some girls may not be serious with everyone until they find the right person.  Thus just because someone is communicating with you does not mean they will marry you in the future…if you get my point.
Relationships do take time and investment.  In some countries if you do not ever make plans to visit a girl face to face, she will never take you serious as a marriage minded man until you do.  Likewise if you never send her a gift she may not take you serious compared to the other guys that do.  Fair to say dating takes different forms and costumes are varied worldwide.
Your vague and generalized complaint of the online dating industry is something I am familiar with.  However I can assure you that we do not chat with our clients…only members do.  If you have a specific case of scam we can investigate it.  We have an anti-scam policy that can return any credits you have spent on any member that may have scammed you.  To initiate this, you simply need to fill out an anti-scam claim and provide the details of the member, the situation that occurred, etc.  However vague complaints are not accepted without any merit.
As such to simply say I want my money back because I was not successful on a dating site is not appropriate.  Nor is the broad allegation of any wrong doing on the part of our site without any details.  My experience tells me that you did not have success and after spending some time and money at it, you want your money back.  
I will contact our customer service team to reach out to you in hopes you can begin the anti-scam claim form process so we can investigate any specific member.  We have been in business for over 20 years and I can assure you that we are the leaders in fighting scam more than any other dating site and will get to the bottom of any issue you may have…but I hope you can appreciate that right now on the basis of your complaint – there is not much for us to go on.

Account Deleted...suggested to client to contact CSD directly as per terms in conditions on how to delete his account.  He failed to follow instructions on how to have his account deleted and created this unfortunate circumstance himself.

I would advise you check your spam filters as emails go out to all our members if there is any change to pricing.  Not to mention it is also available for you to read on our website.  Please also note that per the terms and conditions of our service, we like any other company, has the right to change membership costs.  The fact that you cannot even afford a basic membership is the real problem due to your unfortunate financial situation.  Now you are making absurd allegations that are simply untrue...and if they were you would not be complaining now about not being able to use our services.  I understand you are upset but there really isn't anything we can do and hope you will return in the future when you can sort our your personal situation.

They tell me that their site is legit but everytime chat with the person you can tell they're lying and they're using a steel video that move back and forth and you can tell is fake and then when you call them you talk to another person just not even them. And I've been having a lot complains as I've been doing research on them but a lot of customers saying that they are fake and scammers you should check insights to allow people post bad comments bad customer service customer service screams at customers to tear the rigid but they never prove to youFix the problem could being a scammer in telling the people that you girls are true and they're not.

Hello [redacted], I am in reciept of our complait filed with the Revdex.com.  I want to reiterate what our customer service representative tried to explain to you when you signed up for our service.  For starters, when you joined you agreed to be auto-charged every time your credits were...

running low.  This means that as you use our service and your credits go down, we auto-charge you so as you do not experience a disruption in service.  By the way, this was introduced at the request of our customers many years ago.  I also want to point out that you have always had an option to simply turn this feature off so you would not be auto-charged.  Apparently you did not.  This was however disclosed to you in our terms and conditions when you joined our site as a member.  We are not the only company with such a feature.  As a matter of fact even Micorsoft does it when you sign up for their office 360 online.  I get auto-charged each month and can decide to turn it of at any time.The interesting thing is you used our site for services which were rendered to you.  Each time you used our site and your credits ran low you were auto-charged.  Thus why it is not possible for us to refund you.  We can disable auto-charge for you if you wish or you can as well in your account settings by unticking the auto-charge check box.  This might be a good idea as you may not be fully aware of how much you use the site and services you ultimately get charged for.  If you can no longer use our site, it means you have run out of credits.  This has a consequence however, which is why we have this feature, if you are in the middle of a communication with anyone...it will cut you off and thus why auto-charge prevents this.Thanks for understanding and I wish you success in the future. Kind regards, [redacted]CSD Director

Have you filled out an anti-scam claim?  I am unclear why you are complaining here and not following our process for refunds.  As such I cannot refund you any monies as you have not even provided us the details of the member you claim has scammed you by...

having a boyfriend.  By the way, we do not ban members from dating other members, as it is their choice.  Many members date multiple individuals until they decide on the one to settle down with.  It would be anther thing however if any party was married which in this case is not the situation it seems.  I think you may have ended your relationship for any matter of reasons and thus blaming the site for not being able to guarantee love, which no dating site can do.  If you have been scammed for anything other than someone dating multiple members, I would suggest you file an anti-scam claim form as we can investigate this matter in more detail based on your assistance to what what said, claims of evidence you have discovered, etc.  We are aware at times that some members will fake a reason for a refund when in reality they just didn't find love...so I hope you can apprecaite we have to investigate your claim like all the rest and look into all communications between the parties to determine if any scam did take place.  Again, dating mutliple people is not scam.  I would also point out that to most women if you never met them before, they may not take you serious...so if you can clarify if you ever met would also help.

Dear [redacted], I have read through your complaint carefully for several reasons.  You have been a member of our site for a long time.  You have spent a considerable amount of time and money as well.  It is unfortunate that you have not had the results you ideally would have...

preferred.  Every day we receive new client with aims that are no different than yourself.  However, I believe you understand that there is not a dating site on earth that can guarantee “love”, “success in finding a wife” (in your case), or even go on a date.  Though we have an anti-scam policy that was created to prevent scam from taking place on our site, this is not a guarantee that people will avoid falling victim to scam.  This can only be done if members follow “some common sense” in how the conduct themselves online.  One way for example is to not send money to anyone you have never met or unsure about.  To this point we cannot guarantee customer satisfaction as there are simply too many variables beyond our control in the online dating sphere. As you have noted by your own admission, it seems you spent more money trying to find love online than you would have desired.  However, I must remind you that this was a choice you made.  I suppose I could use the gambling analogy.  One can go to Vegas to spend some money in hopes they get lucky but there are no guarantees anyone will win.  Therefore, not a good idea to spend one’s life fortune.  I understand you realize this now and probably could have used better restraint to prevent the situation that you caused yourself.  Needless to say, I don’t believe the casinos will give you any money back if you lose.  Like gamblers have gambling problems…I think this is my first case of hearing anyone having an online dating problem. You managed to go on a date.  I know this may be a surprise to you but at least that is something.  There are many couples that never meet in person for various reasons and likewise people are free to change their minds after meeting someone in person.  Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee dates just as no other dating site can.  We are also not in the business of spontaneously arranging dates for customers and thus we do not “produce” dates.  This is only something that can be done by 2 willing people and has nothing to do with the site…we are simply the communication platform. Your implied suggestion of scams, false profiles, etc., is probably due to you being upset as it simply not true and we as you already noted we have anti-scam policies to make our site safer for our clients.  As I stated earlier, results are up to you to achieve…we are not a marriage agency nor a match maker.  We are simply a communication platform for people to meet online and decide who they want to date.  We are in no way a site that “gets you dates” – no online dating site is. Needless to say, I am afraid there is not much I can do but to advise that you not online date given your history and current situation that has developed. I cannot refund you for services that were rendered while you were a member of the site.  I think in lieu of your situation it may be good to suspend your account so as you not ensure even bigger costs which may not positively influence your future. Dear [redacted]We have read your complaint and it seems that your case was already solved as soon as you contacted our Customer Support department.We were able to check your transactions and prove that you made a purchase of credits worth of $399. When you registered to the site you were offered...

three bundles of credits with different prices. All our logs show that you selected the $399 package, completed your billing information and pressed the checkout button  not changing the selected amount of credits. In addition, I can confirm that there is not an initial offer of $15.99 for 20 credits as you mentioned in your complaint. We have other better prices for our new members. That makes me think that you are referring to the price of the package available after the first purchase and that you noted later.  In any case your message was received by our dedicated customer care department that solved your issue in less than 24 hours.  From your words we understood that you made a mistake selecting the appropriate package of credits and accused our site for taking more than you though were buying.We completely understand that mistakes happen specially if you don’t pay attention to the selected amount listed in two parts of our purchase form before actually paying.  Your message was received and in a few hours you were offered to select from the packages of credits according to the amount available in your profile. The same day a partial refund was issued to your card adjusting the purchase to the minimal amount you mentioned in this complaint ($15.99). We are terrible sorry to hear that you decide to involve third parties to solve an issue, that was the result of your own selection and that could be fixed with a quick call to our customer support. I am concerned on one hand you claim fraud and yet you want to keep in contact with the same members you alledge are no honest or scamming you in some way?  I understand being in the relationship buisiness that sometimes things don't work out and people react as they choose.  Would it be fair to say you may have been upset and complained and now are backtracking?  We typically do not restore accounts in cases like this as members vent against members for a variety of reasons that is at times not always amicable.  I can restore your account but I need to know your issues are behind us.
