We have already previously replied to *** ***. He continues to complain over and over which is inappropriate as all he is trying to do is create black PR in the proecess. He has been told to file an anti-scam complaint which he has failed to do. There is nothing else we can do at this point other than remind him to review the clearly posted terms and conditions of our site which he also agreed to when he registered

Hello,I have read through your complaint. You state that a girl from our site has scammed you? If so, can you state how that has occurred. Our anti-scam policy does not prevent you from having profiles on other sites, thus not sure if you basis for refund is because she was on a
site prior to joining ours. If that was the case, it seems she has contacted those other sites to ensure her profile is removed. Have you made any effort to visit her in your time on the site...without doing so, she would not be able to marry you as per international law given you would not be able to obtain the fiance visa without it. I understand you are disabled...but you may want to contact an immigration attorney to advise you on how to date and marry a foreign woman. I am sorry you seem to have had a bad experience. Though I am unclear if your relations ended and this is why you are upset and thus complaining on Revdex.com. I see no evidence of foul play or scam in any way shape or form. Hello and thanks for your message, I understand that you still feel the video was looping As I mentioned earlier we could not replicate that on our side We also are aware that the girl in question also contacted you to say she was chatting with you and that you were wrong to suggest she had a looping video I understand you spent hours on your vacation looking into this issue which I must say is a bit much don't you think? We are not talking about many credits here Also, we have in good faith to simply satisfy you as a customer in the past given you free credits simply to give you the benefit of the doubt However we can no longer do that and must suspend your account as we see a pattern of questionable complaints, refunds, bad reviews, refunds, questionable complaints, etc We are aware of fake review about our site as it common these days in all areas of business regardless of what country, product or service We also have any successful customers that find friend, true love, and even marry due to our platform I don't think you have had as much luck as our usual members but can assure you that you are certainly an exception We simply have never had such a bizzar allegation like yours ever before, no do I think any of the other competitors in our field have...which we are at times in contact to stop scammers We wish you better luck on another site and hope you ask future members to wave or something so you don't have to make these strange conclusions.Sincerely,Gregory V***CSD Director

This is the only place on your entire site I see any information about deleting a profile. Why do you not offer a simple "delete my profile" button?As far as using my profile on others sites, if they are all drawn from the same source, does that mean that if you delete my profile on one site, it will be deleted from ALL of them? And just because you snuck it into the ToA doesn't make it right. I assumed "contacted by affiliate sites" was some small advertising deal, not messages a day because they are using my profile and having their fake members contact me over it.Speaking of which, if you care about the perception of your female "customers" as fake, perhaps they shouldn't all use generic messages intended to entice users into paying for your services? Are you willing to let Revdex.com interview of the members who contacted me in the first week - AT RANDOM, to determine whether they are real people, and whether they are honestly on your site in order to be matched with a partner? Every review of your site I've found online after signing up flags you with warnings of being approached by women on the site who don't actually want to meet - they just want to get you to pay for membership so you can read what they write.

you charge a credit card because one has no means to know when that has

** ***, When you signed up to enter your credit card details the tick box was there for you from the start You however did not un-check it, and apparently you did not read the terms and conditions of joining as a member which seems you should have done Again as I have mentioned, this business practice is hardly a rare one as many subscription based service operate in the same fashion.Your credit balance is available for you to check under your settings Thus it is advised to not go without checking it to give you an idea of what you have or have been topped off for We have thousands of member and it is rare then this happens but usually it is due to folks that sign up for something so fast that they don't really understand what they are doing I apologize you feel cheated but you were rendered the services you were charged for If I recall you signed up for a trial that would not have run indefinite nor without limits Please be cautious in the future when signing up for online based subscription services as you may run into a similar situation on another site.Thank you for understanding, Gregory V***CSD Director

While no amicable solution may be reached, I will now specify the "members" who I dealt with while on the siteI only changed my profile after my photos started getting deleted daily and read up on similar experiences others have had while there (ID: ***) This one proposed to me and claimed to live in New YorkShe actually lives in China (ID: ***) This one is now on her third story lineCurrently she is claiming to be tire of being a millionarePrior stories were government employee and shop owner (ID: ***) This one sent only fake computer generated pictures and disappeared after trading email addressesShe has since reappeared (ID: ***) This one is on her 2nd story now1st was cosmetic sales and now uses a phony nurse lineWe traded info and emails were sentShe claims that none would get through her net, but every time I said I would leave the site, magically an email would appear that very day (ID: ***) and finally this member set up plans to come to the US and I made arrangements here and never even got a ***She faked the entire trip, including claiming she was robbed at the Seattle airport and had to return to ChinaAfter making a few calls the next day, I found that she never even left China or bought ticketsThe airport was closed during the times of the fake robberyI asked her about this online and she admitted the deception and now appears from time to time with taunting comments about itLogically, The only reason these women would continue to keep a person chatting only on the site is if they are getting something for the effortI have submitted photos of the "automated" letter writing which appears to use an insertion program

We have looked into the history of all transactions within this customer's account. The account feature for auto-charge was disabled after the client was charged and used the credits. He claims he did not authorize it however he did authorize auto-charge when he opened his account. We have very strict polliceis of sticking to our terms and conditions. All clients can disable this feature if they wish and in this case this client didn't and seems to have realized it after the fact and more importantly after he also used the credits he says he now never authorized. In this case a refund for authorized auto-charge and credits spent is not warranted. This is and has always been our position in cases like this. Thank you for understanding,*** *** ***

Hello, I have gotten your complaint recently regarding your membership I want to first remind you of the terms and conditions of the site that you agreed to when you joined You agreed to get invites from our network of dating sites which all are related and all pull from one primary
