What Anastasia is saying in their answers it is
acceptable for women to be on multiple web sites chatting under many aliases
even though it says in Anastasia’s “guarantee” that “This lady has never
authorized her name, photograph, or any profile information to appear on
another dating site while she is present on Anastasias websites. She also
accepts that she will never or seek to receive financial compensation.”
Before any investigation into this violation of
rules Anastasia contacted “Juliya”, I will use this name as she has many
aliases, and had her scrub her profiles on other web sites so they did not to
have refund my money. I think that was done over state lines wasn’t it? Huh
What is in Anastasia’s answer is that it is
perfectly acceptable for this type of woman who has many aliases to be a woman
of good standing on Anastasia. HUH I guess I will have to make that known.
Known scammers are allowed on Anastasia’s web site in clear violation of their
policy.

above, is not enforced but that policy is used to deceive Anastasia’s male
customers into a false sense of security.
This is the only time I will mention why I broke
up with Juliya since you keep trying to get a dig in me about it. I found her
chatting with other men on other web sites after she promised we were
exclusive. She was also found in a scammer’s web site with detailed information
about the scam which mirrored if not was word for word from my e-mails. She
also told me she had other women that helped her which I guess is somewhat
standard practice for foreign dating web sites.
One more thing, your customer service people
said in our discussions that ‘Juliya” clearly violated your policy, and you can
find that in the e-mails sent back and forth, oh yea I copied them so I know
they won’t disappear like Hillary’s e-mails, but Mr. V[redacted] I guess can not
read Anastasia’s own rules.
Return all my money spent which is in your
rules.

Not quite; I have accepted Anastasia's reply to the Revdex.com only because it has refunded all of the charges it placed on my credit card. It is a scam and has been the subject of numerous complaints online. Had it not refunded the charges, I was prepared to file a complaint with the NY Attorney General. Online dating sites of knowingly promise more than they can possibly deliver. Their sites may reasonably be described as engaging in  "fraud in the inducement." I should not be surprised if the Revdex.com hears more about AnastasiaDate if it has not already done so. Thank you Revdex.com for your prompt attention to this matter. I looked through the customer service section of the site.  Nowhere did I see a referecne to calling in to delete my profile.  In fact, in your entire FAQ section (which is where you land when you click 'contact us'), there is no mention of any ability to delete your profile.

I just double checked every one of these, and nothing talks about deleting.  Going through your *entire* FAQ one-by-one, I found the following excerpt under Membership -> Termination:

This is the only place on your entire site I see any information about deleting a profile.  Why do you not offer a simple "delete my profile" button?
As far as using my profile on others sites, if they are all drawn from the same source, does that mean that if you delete my profile on one site, it will be deleted from ALL of them?  And just because you snuck it into the ToA doesn't make it right.  I assumed "contacted by affiliate sites" was some small advertising deal, not 20 messages a day because they are using my profile and having their fake members contact me over it.
Speaking of which, if you care about the perception of your female "customers" as fake, perhaps they shouldn't all use generic messages intended to entice users into paying for your services?  Are you willing to let Revdex.com interview 20 of the 220 members who contacted me in the first week - AT RANDOM, to determine whether they are real people, and whether they are honestly on your site in order to be matched with a partner?  Every review of your site I've found online after signing up flags you with warnings of being approached by women on the site who don't actually want to meet - they just want to get you to pay for membership so you can read what they write.

I have just looked on my accounts and I have ANOTHER charge that just posted TODAY from this site!!!!!. I told them to stop via an E mail and through here BUT still nothing??? I will try to call all the numbers they gave BUT if no resolve soon and no money given back I will be in contact next with my lawyer re this situ and they will be paying me back more than what they have taken. You complaint seems to have morphed.  First you complained that the girl you were dating online was getting paid to communicate with you or it seems that was your implied issue.  Now it seems you are complaining that she has a boyfriend and thus she is a scammer is some way because of it?  You also reference other websites and content about a person that we are not aware of such as ** or [redacted].  Without references to these links, how can we verify your story?  How can we verify if these sites were not created by anyone including yourself?  My point here is in my years of working for the company, I have seen clients go to great lengths to have another member deleted from our site when a relationship ends.  It is rare but it happens as the way people respond to rejection or breakups can range from nothing to out right crazy things I won't even mention.  People are people.  
Given your latest issue seems to be around a girl dating other guys, just as you can date other ladies...I believe you already agreed this is pausable.  Thus, even if she is or you are for example, does not mean you are not also interested in finding someone serious.  Sometimes people date when they are lonely or just want to be with someone.  The reasons are endless but at the end of the day they may not be satisfied with anyone until they meet the right person...thus it takes time to become exclusive and eventually take dating to the level of marriage.
Weather she or you are on our site or any other...dating can and will occur until someone finds the right person.  As for saying she loves you and dating another guy...does not mean she doesn't love you or love the other guy more or less.  Love is not easy to define and you might want to ask her what it means if she is dating other people.  If she tells you she isn't dating someone else, that could be true too...as she may not consider it dating.  If you have never met her in real life she may not take you serious...and this is a reality that guys find out sometimes when they wait to long.  
It is my understanding you never filed an anti-scam claim against her.  I suggest you do so we can investigate your issue.  And provide us with any evidence that you stated here but have not shared in the details such as photos, urls, etc.  Please do so this week so as we can have our team contact her to get her side of the story.
My reply to you is not meant to suggest you are an [redacted] as you previously stated...just want to be clear about that.  I understand you are frustrated your relationship did not develop into something more serious...and I hope you can understand there is another side to this story that we cannot know until you provide us more details at this point.  Nevertheless, I do not see a basis for refund at the moment.

Thanks for providing the ID numbers of the ladies from our site for us to investigate.  I believe our CSD team has tried to contact you recently to request you please complete an Anti-scam Claim on any of them which you believe have scammed you in some way.  You mentioned that some seemed to have changed "stories", I am not sure how that constitues a scam.  Changing jobs certainly does not constitute scam.  People have been known to either be vauge at stories or detailed depending on how close they are to another person...so I won't speculate but I can only suggest that you ask for details or more information if it confusing or conflicts other statements.  
As for ladies from China, translation of words can be difficult nevertheless.  As for the lady that said she would meet you and didn't come to USA...we can try to get her side of the story.  I am aware of people making promises to see someone and then back out...again this is not a scam as she could have gotten cold feet for any reason.  The fact she may be taunting you is another concern.  If you can provide us references to these chats or emails that imply she is not sincere and causing you stress we can do something about it.  When we get her side of the story we will know more.  
I am aware at times ladies become panicky when travelling to meet someone or even lie about coming out when they have a hard time saying they are afraid or possibly stressed or feel pressured.  I am unaware of what is the situation in this case...but it could be she just didn't want to go to the next level yet or with you in particular.  We need to review the chat messages to see what was communicated and have better understanding of the situation.
If you can please fill out the anti-scam claim this week will be great as we can contact the lady to begin our investigation.

Hello [redacted], I have read your complaint and understand you seem to have not had much luck in using our site and now wish to seek a refund on the basis of it was too expensive and that you feel the ladies were not serious in you/dating/etc.For starters our members are serious as you are if...

they find the right person...which can take time.  It is a premium site for members that are serious in finding friends, spouse, etc.  As a premium site it is not for everyone.  When you signed up you agreed to having your credit card recharged every time your amount of credits dipped near zero.  You used the site and got the service you signed up for.  However I cannot refund you for was seems a failure to find someone and realizing that it was too expensive for you to continue.  We can cancel and terminate your account.  You could have contacted customer service long ago to disable auto-recharge or delete your account but you didn't.  In the future be careful using online sites that have monthly membership fees for example.  I have a subscription to Microsoft Office 365...and it is on auto-recharge too.  I am aware I signed up for that just as you did.  Good luck to you in the future. Sincerely, Gregory V[redacted]CSD Director

Anastasia Date delivers on it's promise of enabling me to communicate with women from Europe. The service is easy to use and quite fun. I probably have no intention of going overseas to meet anyone in person but the online communication is a great way to cure my loneliness.

[redacted], I can assure you that we are not the only company in the world that has auto-charge enabled for it's members.  I recently signed up for [redacted] and I am auto-charged every month for continued service.  Our practice is no different.  In your case, your refund of your balance has been refunded to your account and as stated earlier can take a few weeks for your credit card and bank to apply to your account.  This is no longer in our control.  I advise you contact your bank if you want to confirm when they will post your refund.  Your account has been cancelled as per your request.Thank you for understanding.Sincerely,Gregory V[redacted]CSD Director
